I have to apply for the new credit card but i cant get the application form. I had visited the sbi branch but they also dont have the forms. I call to Customer care and add my number also but they did not reply me from last 1 month. SBI site is also not working properly so i cant download from the site also. I dont get any numbers of sales representative of SBI Credit card at Rajkot (Gujarat). If the SBI Bank dont have the contact number then how the customer will got the numbers. I was applied for credit card but i didnt recieve anything for u r side and initially i go5t information that i will recieve card within 7or maxium 15 days but till to now just i got reference number and u r representive not attaining my call. Dear Sir / Madam,

i am holding yr gold card for the last 3 years, but i couldnt book the railway ticket viz e-ticket with yr crad. i tried apply for sbirailway card, but i didnt get the application. is it possible for changing my present gold card to sbi railway cradit card then pl. send me the application form immidiataly, so as to enable me to book the railway ticakt viz e-ticket.

State Bank of India / Credit Card — Railway Credit Card
I have applied for a Railway credit card through your web site, no one has contacted till date. I have requested 2 months ago. I have called your call centre and the responce was "some one will contact you with in 2 week of request" and again contacted for the same after 2 weeks and they told wait or get some other bank card. This is disgusting and i have already told the same to one credit card holder and he has cancelled after that. I'm going to do it with any one who comes across with your cards.Regards,
