PRIL — debit for duplicate issue of PIN

received chequebook, telebanking pin, debit card card Nos.[protected] on 27/12/2007. But not received PIN no. Informed to concerned branch(GOLPARK-KOLKATA).After one month received two PIN no. at a time & Rs. 58/- is debited from my A/C for duplicate PIN no. But why it is so?
If PIN no. is not despatched in proper time, why should I pay for that . This is the mistake either of your concerned branch or courier agency. Please credit the same amount in favour of my A/C.

With reference to the above account, I had purchased a mobile phone through my Debit card from Big Bazar, Sahara Ganj, Shahnajaf Raod, Hazratganj, Lucknow on 27/12/2008. But my account has been debited twice for the same amount of Rs 7270/-, as my bank account debited on 27/12/2008. I had gone and talked to the shopkeeper”BIG BAZAR” and they assured that they have received only Rs 7270/-. I have also signed only once on the payment voucher. Please do the needful and give credit to my accountfor Rs 7270/.

I enclosed herewith the Bank statement and the transaction bill for your kind attention.

I am moving around the Branch from last three months, but I am not getting any hope to get the amount. I would have no other option then to go to lodge an FIR against you and to consumer forum.

My name is Sandeep Bhargava and I am son of Mr. Swadesh Kumar Bhargava who is looking forward to have loan to facilitate his business. He is at the age of 69 trying to get loan which he applied in the month of Feb. 2009...Now people in Main Branch like Mr. Agarwal & Mr. Arvind Diwedi not co-operating rather on daily basis my father is visiting the main branch but not able to get the loan...These people are not co-operative and trying to convey their officer attitude...On 20th of August they asked my father to have an current account in Canal Road, Kanpur branch where also he faced lot of problem like non co-opeartive staff and no one was guiding to fill the account opening form...after a week they opened the account on 28th of August and after that Mr. Agarwal told that he has forwarded the file to Mr. Arvind who has always been on some survey and no one is giving his phone number even ...which disabled us to contact him as he is never found on his desk...

One more major problem is that as my father's firm M/s-Kumar Brothers, A/c No. [protected] at Canal Road, Kanpur Branch...which is a partnership firm and other part is my grandmother who has already crossed 87 years of age...now Mr. Agarwal and other staff person asking her to bring to the branch office...

Kindly take some action to grant the loan otherwise these people should refuse to provide the loan...so that we could take some other path to run our business...

I withdrawn cash Rs.4000/- from SBI ATM, Mothinagar, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh on 03/10/2008.
I opened my account statement using internet on 04/10/2008. I surprised. In my account statement twice debited with Rs.4000/- each with the same transaction number. but I withdrawn and collected only 4000/-. I given complant to my SBI Branch Manager. but till date (13/10/2008) they did not credit Rs.4000/- in may account.

My saving bank account no. is [protected] at rajender nagar branch ghaziabad up. i tried to withdrawl Rs.7000/- on dt.26/12/2008 from the atm of sbi at seemapuri near about 7 pm but the cash not recd by me & the such amount deducted from my oversaid account regarding the same i inform to my branch in writing & the seemapuri branch both but the said case is still pending. so concerned auuthority requested to look into the matter & arrange to credit the same in my sb account immediately

On 20/04/2009, I went to SBI ATM (Opposite to Shoppers stop, Andheri (W)) to withdraw some amount. I was needed Rs. 40000/-, so I decided to get it in two parts. In first part I choose Rs.25000/- & gave the instructions to dispense Rs.25000/- and I got Rs 25000/-. In the second part I choose Rs.15000/- & gave the instruction to dispense Rs.15000/, but I didn't get. A message that flashed on the screen was “Cash can't be dispensed" & I didn't get my money. After that I checked my balance, and then it showed that my account was debited by (Rs.25000 + Rs.15000). That is I got only Rs.25000/- but didn’t get Rs.15000/-, and my account was debited by Rs.40000/- instead of Rs.25000/- . Also there were two different quotes for both transactions (for Rs.25000/- & for Rs.15000/-). For Rs.25000/-, it was ATM-WDL, & for Rs.15000/- it was CSH-WDL. After completion of the transactions I waited outside the ATM for 1-2 hours, but nothing happened. Again I checked my balance, but it was useless. After that I returned.
The next morning (21st April, 2009) I went to withdraw money from the YES bank ATM, near TATA Compound, IRLA, Andheri (W).I was needed Rs.22000/-. So first I gave instructions to dispense cash Rs.15000/- & I got the cash. For 2nd transaction I gave instructions to dispense cash Rs.7000/- but I didn’t get. There was a message that flashed on screen was “your Time is out so transaction is not completed” & I didn’t get the money. Again I inserted my ATM to withdraw the amount & mentioned the same amount & followed the same procedure. This time I got my money. While checking the account balance in YES Bank ATM it was showing “0” balance, so I decided to check my account balance later on. After 2-3 hours I visited a nearby SBI ATM centre & checked the balance. I was surprised that the amount Rs.7000/- was deducted 2 times instead of 1. That is from YES BANK ATM I withdrew Rs.22000/- only, but my account balance was debited by Rs.29000/-.

Till now my Account has not been credited. So, I request the concerned person to please help me & credit the said amount (Rs.22000/-) into my account (SBI-Account number- [protected]). For this I will always be grateful to you.

On 01.08.2009 when I got mini statement by using ATM Card for confirmation of the same, I found that Rs. 6, 000=00, Rs.3, 000=00 & Rs.6, 000=00 total Rs. 15, 000=00 have already been withdrawn from the said account on 22.07.2009, 27.07.2009 & 30.07.2009 respectively that too from ATM. Is it possible that without using my ATM Card someone can withdraw money from the account by using PIN only, if any how known to him.

I went to SBBJ ATM in Bharatpur ( Near of regional office, circular road) to withdraw Rs 10000 using my PNB ATM card on 8-3-2010. I withdrew an amount of Rs. 20, 000/- from SBI ATM, Silpukhuri, Guwahati on 17.04.2010 at 11:27 hr. I tried to withdraw an additional amount of Rs. 20, 000/ on the same day after an hour, as my mother was admitted at ICU, Nemcare Hospital. But the machine failed to deliver the amount even after trying for 7/8 times. Last the machine showed that maximun limit is reached. I was surprised as maximum Lt. for a day is 40, 000/- and i withdrew Rs. 20, 000/- only. On making balance enquiry to my utter surprise I found that 40, 000/- had been debitted from my account, whereas i withdrew only Rs. 20, 000/- I immediately lodged complaint to Rangiya Branch (Assam), where I have my saving actt . More than one month gone. Neither ATM authority Nor Bank Authority could do anything positive so that i may get back the lost amount. Whenever i meet or talk to ATM authority of Rangiya their explanation seems to be fruitles. Finding no other alternative i am posting complint here so that some knowledgable authority may take least effort so that lost money may be recovered, the error being committed by machine, and i am let to suffer. It will be not out of place to let u know that in the mean time my mother had expired and that Rs. 20, 000/- could not be utilized for her last treatment

approximately, I contact the HDFC Bank immediately as the Atm don’t have the helpline he asked me to contact my own bank in this regard. I

I have ATM Card bearing machine No[protected] of state bank of India Mashila branch situated Andul, Howrah. On 03 Feb 2011, I withdrawal of Rs.15, 000/-vide ATM Token No TXN 9538 on same day. Due some mechanism fault/Net problem of this ATM machine, I got Rs 9500/- out of Rs 15000/-. Immediately I informed to my nearest SBI Branch (SBI-Mashila, Code No 8556). But one and half month past, the balance amount Rs 5500/- not yet been received till date.

Sir, it is intimated that I have logged complained all the necessary SBI Branches but no action has been taken till date to credit the amt. I have also written complain to SBI Mashila, Code No 8556 (which I have saving account) but they told me that we can, t do anything regarding this matter, you may liaise with SBI Howrah (main branch)to inform the above facts. Dye to illness, I telephonically discussed with ATM Manager of SBI Howrah (Main Branch) but they have also refused to credit the amount. Therefore, you are requested to please advised me what to do & how to get my money.

. Kindly credit Rs. 5500/- soon as possible. I am really suffering some financial hardship due to the above facts.

I am B.Lakshmi Rajyam, there is a problem during my ATM money transaction at Guntur. I have not received money during transaction but Rs.20000/ was debited from my account.Full details are given below.
On 28 June 2012, I need to withdraw amount of Rs20000 so myself and my husband went to the ATM at Jinna-tower center-GUNTUR and there are two ATM s in that room. Then we went to one ATM (S10O[protected] and checked for mini statement (Txn No: 9409). After that he punched for Rs.20000, then no amount, no slip has come from this ATM. Then we went to next ATM (S10A[protected] in that same room and punched for Rs.20000. Here also no amount and no slip has come and one lady (who did transaction before us) told me that in this particular ATM, at a time Rs.20000 will not come so you try for Rs.10000 or 15000 in single transaction. Then my husband punched for Rs.10000 then there is a comment on display that this much amount is not there in my account and no slip came this time also. we kept on tried for 2 more times and same display came. I checked during my next person transaction and he punched some amount and got the same, no excess amount has come to him. After 5min there is power cut inside ATM room. We were standing there only, then one SBI official came to ATM with empty hands and went inside ATM room. Security person has closed the shutter asking all o[censored]s to come out. This that official was there inside for 10min and came out with free hands (during this time there is no power in ATM room). We told him about our problem, then he replied that if your amount is debited mistakenly then it will be credited in one hour time and he suggested to go and check our balance at other ATM where power is available and give a complaint at Nagaram palem SBI Branch GUNTUR. Then based on the ATM security person & official suggestion I went to some other center ATM and checked for balance and found that Rs.20000 is debited from my Account. After that complained at GUNTUR Nagaram palem branch & REPUDI bank(home branch) also. After 10days we met Guntur –Nagaram palem branch people and they said that no error code is seen in transaction, so 20000/- was withdrawn from ATM and we are closing the complaint. But I have not received any amount &slip from ATM. Please help me.
Later Repudi branch manager also told that reply has come and no error in transaction and amount was withdrawn from ATM (second ATM ID: S10A[protected] in that same room with transaction No.1870, (here only I was told after my first unsuccessful transaction that more than Rs.15000 will not come in this ATM. Then as explained above I tried two times for Rs10000 but display came saying try for less amount)). It is impossible as we are waiting at that ATM for around 15min after transaction and no malpractice has happened. I am using the Debit cards from long period, never happened this kind of problem. I have not withdrawn amount from ATM IDs. S10A[protected] or S10O[protected] available in that same room. But I have been given a reply from SBI home branch REPUDI that amount is withdrawn. Kindly help me in this regard.
There are two evidence I have are, 1. One lady who took money before my transaction in ATM (S10A[protected] is also present and witnessed my unsuccessful transactions (I don’t know that lady, you may trace her and enquire).
2. You may confirm through the CC camera footage available in that ATM.
I sincerely request you to check the CC camera footage in ATM ID: S10A[protected] on 28th June-2012 around 12.20Hrs in our presence. If it is proved that I am wrong, then I am ready to pay for the expenses spent for study of CC camera footage. We don’t know how that ATM software works and how that error code comes but my case is beyond any doubt. So kindly help me in this regard and do justice to me and credit my amount as early as possible. Kindly take necessary action to get back my amount sir.

I withdrew Rs 5000/- from my sbi account on 30 th september 2008 at 08:12 pm from SBI atm Id:S1AN00144401
(Kodambakkam, Chennai). And very next day i checked my balance but In the mini statement it is seen that two entries of Rs 5000/- is withdrawned which it is dated on 1st october 2008 and it doesnt show any record which i withdrawned money on 30th sept. By this my balance reduced Rs 5000/- from my account. Kindly arrange to correct the discripancy to reach the correct balance amount in the account.

The same error occured for me too.

Last Bill for November has not been received at all & therefore, I have come to the Conclusion that your Courier System is really very Efficient as whether the Letters are delivered or not, They any way get their delivery Charges while SBI also makes profit by Charging “Late Payment / No payment” hefty Charges in my case Rs 350+82.55 = 432.55 ie both Courier & SBI CC Division make good money for not delivering the Bills.
I had given subsequently a Cheque for even the Late Payment / No Payment charges to your representative who Visited my Residence cum Office (This is my own House, where I am leaving since more than 15 Years) with the Use’s Charges in December 08. But this Time, since Last 3/4 days, your Customer Care, Madras, was phoning continuously intimating that the given Cheque has Bounced back because of in sufficient Fund in the account. I therefore, request to send back the returned cheque as I had sufficient fund in my that account (exactly Rs 31, 527.03) & I was knowing that, as usual some wrong information, was being given to me (I don’t have Phone Conversation Recorder & hence I did not record such intimation).
Now some other explanation is being given & Your Representative visited me for the Payment & I have indicated to him following to settle this issue once for all-
1.
