Iam a pensioner from Solidstate Physics Lab wef 1-2-2008 D.A.arrears were firstly given in june 2009 then in Nov 2009 on the old pension.Now the pension has been revised on[protected] after some visits to you and the pension arreas of Rs77160/- have been sent in my a/c [protected] which I feel are not correct as appear to me but are very much on the higher side, I may be wrong also but you must check immediately as it will create unnecessary confusion/ complication to income tax to me and problem for you also.
If you cannot immediately check please send me in the next month .
I request you to please confirm only in one or two days enabling me to pay the correrct amount of income tax.

sir , i am ex sgt ajay kumar of indian air force.i have been drawing pension since feb 2009 from your pdo ,sbi bawana -delhi-39 vide ppo no. 08/14/b/10279/2009 dtd 06 feb 2009.now i have received corrigendum ppo no.08/14/b/corr/63472/2010 dtd 08 mar 2010.since april mid i am in contact with my pdo ,sbi bawana ,but every time they say that the case has been referred to sbi chandni chowk for final action and only sbi chandni chowk will credit the revised benefits to the pension a/c.when i contacted sbi chandni chowk it says that it has not received anything in my favour.please look into the matter seriously and enable me to get my all the dues at the earliest before something goes wrong to my life due to the tension generated by the horrible services of sbi.Before last 15 days.as per the instructions of sbi chandani chauk i have send a copy of my ppo to sbi bawana on 25 jun.bawanai have alredy inform to all the officers related to SBI but till date no any action will be taken by the bank. I have no any other source of income and my family members depend on me. if I LOSS MY LIFE DUE TO THIS REASON THAN SBI DEPARTMENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE.

State Bank of India, Chandni Chowk Centralised Pension Centre — Difference of Rs. 30/- in basic pension w.e.f. 1.4.2009
I retired from Central Govt.Service, Ministry of Finance, Deptt. of Revenue, New Delhi on 31.5.2001. At the time of retirement my basic pension was fixed at Rs. 4540/- but my post was upgradede as Sr.P.S. w.e.f. 1.6.20001. My penion was increased to Rs. 4553 w.e.f. 1.6.2010 vide Special Seal Authority Letter No. PAO/Rev/3-1/Pension/2001-02/31303 dated 24.9.2001 of the Pay & Accounts Officer, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi which was revised to Rs. 10292 by the 6th pay Commission. But I fail to understand that I am being paid pension @ Rs. 10262 i.e. less Rs. 30/- p.m. from 1.4.2009. This is with reference to the pension arrears for the PPO No.[protected] in the name of Jaipal Singh. The amount credited in the saving bank account no.- [protected] is Rs. 81, 082/- on 6th October 2009 & Rs. 19, 731/- on 4th January 2010 against pension & DA respectively instead of Rs. 89, 076/- & R. 23, 703/-. There is a difference of Rs. 7994/- against Pension & Rs. 3972/- against DA arrears.
The matter was taken to State Bank of India Jawala Heri Branch on 11th May 2010. The bank forwarded complaint to Chief Manager, Centralised Pension Processing Centre Chandi Chowk vide letter no.- 704 dated 19th August 2010 and letter no.- 783 dated 8th October 2010.
But neither bank nor I received reply till date.
This matter is long pending and requires urgent attention for redressal. I’ll appreciate if you look into the matter on priority.
Please expedite the credit of balance by taking corrective action.

Dear Sir,
1. I have made similar representation to Branch Manager, SBI Narela. They stated that the action shall be done by Sisganj branch. The details of my pension fixation problem are reproduced para wise :-
(a) I, retired from service on 31 December, 2002 vide PPO No : 08/14/B/06567/2002 dated 23 October 2002 refers.
(b) As per VIth Pay Commission my pension was revised and fixed by Bank (State Bank of India, Narela Delhi, SB Account No. [protected]) as Rs 11, 865/- but no details of working sheet for fixation / arrears paid was issued.
(c) However, through my personal efforts I could find out that my pension was fixed as per para 4.1 of GOI letter No. 17(4)/2008 (1) /D (Pen / Policy) dated 11 November 2008 and no attention given to para 5 of ibid letter where in it is clearly mentioned that if consolidated pension (as per para 4.1) so arrived happen to be lesser than 50% of the minimum of New Pay Band (Refer P.B III) i.e. Rs 15, 600 + 5400 + 6000 = Rs 27000/-, the pension should be upgraded and revised automatically which is not done in my case.
(d) In another words the pension fixed as per para 4.1 is Rs 11, 865/- being paid to me where as it should have been upgraded to and fixed as Rs 13500/- vide para 5 of GoI letter No. 17 (4)/2008 (i)/D (Pen / Policy) dated 11 November, 2008.
2. Therefore, I request you, sir, to take necessary action in this regard so that my pension is revised as stated in para 5 of Govt Letter dated 11 November 2008 without causing further delay.

it was forwarded to your branch on 25Feb2011. on 08 mar2011 my pension was credited in my pension account. so i want to give thanks to each one of you.really i must say it is a commendable job done by your branch.but in calculation one small have mistake taken place. upto feb 2011 i was eligible for full pension because in ppo para no 5 printed at the back it is clearly written that "IN CASE OF NATIONALISED BANK HIS PENSION WILL BE REDUCED WITH EFFECT FROM THE DATE ON WHICH COMMUTED VALUE OF PENSION IS CREDITED BY THE BANK TO THE PENSIONER'S ACCOUNT TO WHICH THE PENSION IS TO BE CREDITED."so kindly do the needful.

I, Gabar Singh, Ex-Hav (TS No. 28605) would like to inform you that I am not getting correct pension after the 6th pay commission. Also, I have not received the correct arrears of 6th pay commission as compared to others. I have discussed this matter with concerned authority but not action has been taken so far.
