[Resolved]  State Bank of India — REG: Unwanted Debits to my Home Loan & Suraksha Insurance Account

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a home loan with Suraksha Insurance in State Bank of India (Surandai Branch). In July 26, 2013, SBI has debited the amount Rs. 3,148 with the description of "DEBIT TRANSFER TRANSFER TO [protected] CASH MANAGEMENT PRODU" with my Suraksha Insurance account. Also, In Septemper 12, 2013, SBI has debited the amount Rs. 5258 with description of "DEBIT ADJUSTMENT SBI GENERAL INSURANCE" to my Home loan account. Please check the attached screenshots of those debits for your reference.

I did not get any information about these 2 transactions. Kindly revert the debits from my Home Loan and Suraksha
Insurance.
