[Resolved]  State Bank of Indore — THEFT OF ORNAMENTS IN 2 AC BERTH

Dhruva Kumar Singh S/o Shri Vijay Bahadur Singh with my wife Smt. Ruchi Singh and 3 years old Son Master Lakshya Singh (Working in State Bank of Indore, Richmond Road Br. Bangalore) boarded Train no 2650 KTK-Sampark Kranti Express, PNR NO [protected] from Bhopal M.P. Station at 16.20Hrs. in 2nd A/C Coach No /Birth No.HA1/3 and HA1/4,on 21/09/2009, respectively.

My wife was sleeping on birth no HA1/3 with my son.She kept her ladies Bag just below the head and around 2.40AM on 22/09/2009 she found that bag is not there . After that we started searching it aroud our seat and near places.Then we inform to TC with the coach.The following items were kept in my wife’s beg,which were stolen:


Gold Bangles 04 50 Grams
Gold Mangal Sutra-big 01 20 Grams
Gold Mangal Sutra small 01 10 Grams
Gold Finger Rings 02 10 Grams
Ear Tops 06
Silver Anklets 02 250 Grams
Cash Rs.2000/-
My wife is sure that around midnight 12.00 she was having the bag.In our opinion the bag was stolen after 12.00 midnight between Ballarshah and Kajipet. At our request the TC Informed the railway police .They just noted down my name and mobile numbers.and told me to lodge the complaints at the railway police station.They were not ready to accept my request in train. In meanwhile I handed over my complainant to TC/AC Mr. Alfred Ruben, having mobile number :[protected],addressing to railway police Kachiguda,Hyderabad,AP.


When I reached to Yashwantpur Station, I went railway police office and applied for the same.There , an on Duty officer Mr. Bhaskar M. Suggested me to sent the complaint by speed post to

Superintendent of Police ,Railway Police,Secandrabad,AP
Sir railway is same whether it is in AP or Karnataka. But the passenger is suffering during travelling No police guard was available in A/C Coach at that time(Night).I purchased A/C tickets for safe journey .Now your AC class is not much safe for a family person.I lost my hard earned money /ornaments during travelling in your are as.Even no railway authorities even asked for our statements, guidance. They are just kicking us here to there.

My matter is just hanged out in the limitation of your so called Jurisdiction.
