[Resolved] State Cargo Packers & Movers — NOT DELIVERING MY THINGS ON PROMISED TIME AND MISS BEHAVE | |||
I hired STATE CARGO PACKERS AND MOVERS for shifting my house hold things to Udaipur from Ghaziabad necause of my new posting at udaipur LICHFL. They took all thing from my home on saturday evening at 8 pm and promised me to deliver things on monday. i waited whole day for my thingsBut after monday everytime they are saying today your things will be delivered and sometimes they bang the phone. I took payment in advance and now miss behaving like any thing. I want a strict action against them and my goods should be delivered to me as early as possible. I would request to cancel their ISO9001: 2000 certificate i don't think they deserved this. Was this information helpful? | |||

State Cargo Packers & Movers — Froud & Cheating
My name is Arun Mishra, on 23rd Mar.10 I transferred from bhiwadi to bhilai, and unfortunately I took services of “state cargo packer and movers” for shifting my household goodsI am filing this complaint after getting so much frustration and disappointment from their employees in delhi and raipur. I booked my household item on 23rd march. Before that I had a negotiation with their representative mrs.Sannu against their quotation & ordered by mail mentioning clearly the amount
which was mutually agreed over telephone.
Packing & moving - rs. 26500/- (Considering rs.-500/- Discount)
tax - rs. 2730/- (@ 10.3%)
total - rs. 29230/-
I can forward the mail & their acceptance by return mail.
As per their quotation 3% extra should be for insurance.
As per my order it should be a direct truck. But after loading the goods they took it in part load 7 caused lot of damage of my goods
but after loading the goods in truck they changed their total commitment & charged 34034/- & 5% (Rs. 5000/-)extra for insurance.
I had no way at time other than compromise because it was the last time & my total program had finalized. I was expecting at last good service after that. But I faced lot of miss conduct from their employees. After lot up follow up them finally gave me the bill with insurance charge but till date they are not giving me the insurance paper.
At unloading end none of their representative handed over me the goods. The truck driver threw my goods here & there in my house & got back.
I had claimed insurance for the damaged goods, showcase, guitar, diwan, mandir, Bick etc with photograph. But no response from them till date.
I have all the documents with me towards the prove.
I want the justice
