Yes this is the worst mobile service one can imagine.
I praveen kumar stel sim 1 years ago but it has very poor network and service.

worst service pls change from stel to other network. bsnl is the best.
stel — recharge of super 199
Res. SirI pleased to inform you that, i have recharge with Rs. 199/- with etop up. The company published a plan i.e. by recharge Rs. 199/- the consumer will get 10000 secnds other local and std (second plus) and unlimited Stel to Stel local calls.
I i.e. D. Appana bearing Mob No. [protected] has recharged with the above top up on dated 11.04.2011 at 1.11 pm transaction number ORR[protected] FROM MOB NO: [protected] , but sory to inform u that i have received only Stel to Stel balance.
i am herewith attaching the screen short of the company taken on 12.04.2011 for your kind informtion and necessary action.

Complain for the Mobile number :[protected]Dear Sir/Madam
I am Binod Kumar Sahu from National Law University,Odisha.On 1st January 2012 Stel mobile service provider has deducted 35 rupees something from my above said number by automatically activated MBB pack from their end.When I ask their customer care executive they didn't take complain against this & politely said that they will not refund my balance since i have not activated this MBB pack.So many peoples are facing this problem & getting this type of answer from them.This is too much corruption Sir.I am mentally harassed & dis-satisfied.Kindly do something.I am looking forward to your justice.
