stel — Problem In Mnp

Sir I have applied For mnp form airtel no. to stel network in the date 11.3.2011 .My mnp No is([protected])
but till now mnp was not completed successfully. my airtel no. was diconnected after 5 days of requesting for mnp..but when i concern customer care of stel for delay in acivation of mnp they misbeheave me & they discooect my call. They always tell that server was slow . please concern Airtelcustomer care, please concern retail service .

please kindly solve my problem immediately
