[Resolved]  stel — NO NETWORK COVERAGE

I am a user of steltelecom from Jharsuguda.there is no network
coverage in our area since last 1 week.I have tried my level best to
contact to customer care but they are not responding to it. if any
problem please in steltelecom then please send mail to this address.

i ranjan ku panigrahi from rourkela, orissa completely agree that in rourkela since 28dec'2011 2pm no network coverage of Stel mobile service.We are hearing that Stel service is stopped. But its very offensive & illegal without prior information harassing cutomers. I am facing very much problem for the reason. Also due to no network can't move to other service providers through MNP. Due to the problem some important connections not being made. Pl. rectify the problem otherwise allow us to move to other service providers. Any comment Sent to: [protected]@yahoo.com.

i have been facing the same problem. I have put an unlimited pack of 199. All is waste. Since the stel network coverage has been nil for half of the month. Please look into the matter

Hello all,

I visited Burla (Sambalpur) on 8th of this month. STel network was working fine there. I made several calls successfully. But when I sent porting SMS, there was no reply SMS.

Please share any experience or valid news of STel here.
