I am a user of steltelecom from balasore.there is no network
coverage in our area since 5days.I have tried my level best to
contact to customer care but they are not responding to it.

I have a shop & I do mobile easy recharge.In 23/05/2011 I received a call from Stel and no key was pressed by me but after ending this call I got a message from Stel that thank you for choosing Dialer tune & 25 rupees deducted from my balance whenever I have not choosed any option to activate dialer tune.
So how could they deduct balance from my phone.Actually all the mobile...

when i want to open a site onlinesbi but couldn't open page or airtel ke net se turant khul jataa hai or 5676760 par msg bhi nahi jata hai taki sbi mobile banking chal sakey ,net ka speed bhi bahut kum hai jara sahi kijiye otherwise i wil use other service provider...

Sir I have applied For mnp form airtel no. to stel network in the date 11.3.2011 .My mnp No is([protected])
but till now mnp was not completed successfully. my airtel no. was diconnected after 5 days of requesting for mnp..but when i concern customer care of stel for delay in acivation of mnp they misbeheave me & they discooect my call. They always tell that server was slow . please concern Airtelcustomer care, please concern...

I bought a stel sim 10ndays ago but it has very poor network and service is poorest among all. I am unable to make a single call even after ring the number 100 times.Also its customer service is very poor.No one receive any customer call....
