I bought a new Airtel Prepaid sim, And it was verified by me after three days of the purchase, but After some days i got my first recharge in my cell of rs. 355, but after two weeks of good service, suddenly, i dont know how, but my sim showed me, Registration failed, i tried to contact airtel customer care, they asked me to contact nearest airtel office. I did that too, & they told me the sim is deactivated permanently.
And they were unable to give me any proper reason for the deactivation of my sim. At last they told me that the sim was not verified therefore the sim was deactivated, but, i asked them that i didnt got any call from the company, before deactivation of the sim. So, please let me know what i can do, they are not ready to reactivate the sim at any cost & they are not giving me any proper response of what can be done.
I am here to file a case in consumer court, So, please let me know how it can be done, because i have almost 280 rs. balance in that card, which the company says in non refundle.
