we purchased a Zuari sofa in subha stores in 2007 July. After one week from the date of delivery of the product we noticed a manufacturing fault. We kept on informed the stores to do the needful. They delayed and was ignored by them. Later we came to know that it was not the sofa belongs to Zuari company and it was a local made furniture by subha stores itself. Till this date they did not answered us properly. We have the purchase bill from the subha stores in my husband's name. Kindly help us to get the compensation from the stores.
