sudharshan — landline not working
Dear sir,my land line is not working from 1 week and i have complaint .but i has not been resolved yet( complaint no 8337422). but i get sms that my land line problem is resolved. how come you send these sms with out resolving.when i talk to customer care they tell it will take some time to resolve the problem.i am losing my business. My broad band is working but land line not working....when i asked one o[censored]r techinal staff that i given complaint and will u do it. He tells i cannot do as airtel staff.u pay me separately i will do ur work .... i don"t understand this is the service u give us?
