[Resolved]  Sukam Inverter — No response to Customer Complaint

Dear Sir,
I am having an 800 va Inverter, which was purchased from Gwalior(MP) on 14.07.07,
The inverter is in Two year warranty,
I had launched a complaint (No-129020) with Service Incharge Mr. Madan in Jaipur on phone no-[protected], on -that the inverter was not properly charging my battry since last two months, and hence my Invaqueen battry got damaged.
He had assured me that the complaint is been assigned to service engineer Mr. Bhupendra Solanki(Mob-[protected]) and shall be entertained in 3 days,
Now almost 1.5 months have gone past and even after doing rigorous follow-up with both of them, no body has addressed the issue.
I have got fed up with the attitude of their service center representative/engineer.
I need the resolution of my inverter problem and compensation for my battry which got damaged due to the problem in inverter.
