[Resolved] Sulekha. Com — overcharging existing customer than new customer - 500% rise in price in 2 years | |||
Hi, Let me know the procedure to registered the below complaint- My name is Rajdeep Dey from MRO Soluitons (P) Limited , I have been using the services of sulekha.com from past two years with time when we bacame more dependent of their services they started increasing the price of the same serve from Rs. 5000/- to already Rs.15000/- and time for renewal they are asking Rs.25000/-. which is 70% higher and 500% from than 5years. Is it justifies in current market scenario. We have found out from their official and other cosumer who dont want to reveal their identity that the company is still charging Rs.15000/- for the same package and even they have more attractive offer for boarding in new customer . I am using their service for realestate marketing - 100 property listing + spotlight banner Duration of each package- 3 months I need a answer from sulekha.com on this disparity . when I contact their Manager Bangalore Mr. Praveen - [protected]. .His answer was very unprofessional when you are earning what is the problem in paying. I fail to understand that how a company inflate the price by 500% in 2 years.This is just cheating loyal customers or in other words taking advantage of the our conditions. At least you got some business; I did not get any even after paying 17, 000 in two segments.

Their manager's response to you is very un-professional and only given by fraudsters, cheats and goons.
They ought to be overjoyed you had business and given good service, in turn you would have definitely given them more business and huge referrals.
Indian cos don’t seem to understand this and most want to take advantage - corrupt mind.
Rather than pay them that much look for other options, post in admag, getit and another 2-3 sites, plus open your own site for about 2, 500 from big rock and get more business for the same price.
