This is regarding order no SUL[protected] which you had to cancel because you did not had the mobile in stock. This was a bad experience for me. Now on top of that Sulekha is giving me all the more bad experience. You had refunded the Money that i paid towards the cost of the phone but did not return back the money you charged towards the Processing Fee and Service Tax for converting it into EMIs. I sopke with one of your executives on the phone also, he said it usually takes 2-3 days but its getting frustrating now as i paid the money to you on 21 AUG 2012 and till today i.e 15 SEPT, you guys have not returned back my money.
