Sulekha. Com — non-delivery of product ordered | |||
I had ordered a mobile phone through Sulekha.com vide Order No. SUL[protected] on 28th May. Their site keeps saying that Order Status is "Being Processed". I have written several e-mails to them verifying whether they have adequate stock and whether they will deliver, however, they keep saying that in case it will not be shipped, we will refund your money. This is not the way to do business. You cannot dupe customers by making false promises regarding your ability to deliver your orders and then just brush them off by refunding the money. I am sure now that they are going to cancel my order on the date of delivery i.e. 4/6/12 citing stock issues. No other online retailer does this and every site now has the cash on delivery facility available but sulekha.com. They are just using our funds without paying any interest and this is a way of harassing customers and nothing else. I request sulekha.com to get their act together and start respecting their customers otherwise they are going to pay heavy price for their flawed business strategies.
