SIR I HAVE MADE THE ONLINE PAYMENT ON 10.05.2012 FOR THE MOBILE HANDSET THEY HAVE UPDATED ON THE MAIL THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE THE DETAILS OF SHIPPING/COURIER NO. BY 17.05.2012 I HAVE WITED TILL 21.05.2012 09:30 AM TILL NOW THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED THE DETAILS AND ARE SAYING THAT IF YOU WANT WE CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER (ON 18.05.2012 THEY HAVE SAID VERBALLY THAT WE HAVE SHIPPED YOUR ORDER) SIR I HAVE PAID A HEAVY AMOUNT OF INR ABOVE 14000 AND THEY ARE SAYING THAT IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 10 DAYS TO REFUND MY MONEY WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW
