We noted your complaint and cross checked with our records. As per our records, your order was placed on 24 Feb 2012, the order was shipped on 25th Feb 2012. Unfortunately product has been RTOed by couriers, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have however, processed the full refund on 17th March 2012.. Typically it takes 12 to 15 working days from the date of refund for the money to get credited back.
