Sulekha. Com — Recharge not done but balance deducted and not yet refunded | |
Sir/Ma'am I made a debit card transaction (recharged a mobile) of Rs 150 on 13TH Feb on mobiles.sulekha.com but the recharge was unsuccessful and also the balance was deducted from my account. I waited for some days as the balance in this kind of situation is always refunded but this time it was not refunded. Please look into this matter as already 9 days have gone...
