[Resolved] Sulekha Deal — Very Delay in Product Shipment | |||
Dear Sir, Greetings This is my First Deal in SULEKHA.COM. I have ordered BSNL Pental 701C Tablet - Rs. 4450/- on 01 September 2012 through Net Banking. Payment Made Successfully and received mail about the same. (Order Number: SUL[protected]) While booking order itself I got a detail like "If the product is not shipped on or before Sep 05 2012, you will get a 100% refund". By 5th September I got a message saying that little delay in shipment and will send the same as soon as. By 6th I called to Customer Care they have asked me to wait for 2 days. In the meanwhile they are TAKING Orders from various people (Details shown in Product Page as RECENT BUYERS), Sulekha Deals not interested to ship rather than getting new orders. Again 8th they told 12th september we will ship the product. Today I called , asked me to wait till tomorrow evening. More than 10 Days Wasted by this BAD SELLER. Amount Refund will take again 15 days. Some other online shopping sites are delivering goods on the same day. IF THERE IS NO STOCK MEANS SULEKHA CAN STOP TAKING NEW ORDERS Know or can put "OUT OF STOCK". Pls Help me Regarding This & lift me from this problem. Thanks.
