Smart Card No. [protected] S.Muthu 97/2, Central Revenue Quarters, 15th Main Road, Anna Nagar, Chennai - 600 040 Mobile No.[protected] Even after making repeated calls to Customer Care Number, Dish adjustment has not been done so far. So we are not getting Vijay TV, Raj TV, Sun Music, Kalaingar TV etc., The local distributor M/s.Ranga Agencies, Villivakkam, Chennai - 600 049. has not lifted landline as well as mobile phone. I made many calls for Dish adjustement for the new Satellite and they lodged a complaint . But no use. The call takers were assured of prompt service of wth in that day. Slowly they are removing channels one by one. There is no meaning o[censored]sing using Sun Direct. We are forced to watch only those channels thery are telecasting. Very bad experience. Sun Direct DTH to kindly do the needful immediately.
