[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Service Went Offline.Due to Technical problem

SUN DIRECT DTH Service went Offline from 8th July 2010 Morning 8 AM ....Till Now not yet rectified .....When i called the Customer care they said it will be back in 2 Hours in Morning When again called at evening at 9PM they said it will take Another 24hrs to restore the service .When asked for what is the problem they told Some VIRUS ATTACK............... is this the way these people maintaining IT ......
Defently with this They will loose the customers......if it doesnt return even i will switch over some other DTH Service..

yes it is tru the same thing i sufferring sun tv serviswed is very bad my confirmation and complaint no is 1099764 but till today is not rectify

Sun Direct — most useless DTH Company in India

Dear Fellow People
If you want to buy a DTH TV service let me tell you outright...SUN DIRECT is the most useless company you could opt for if you ask for reasons..i dont have ONE...
So please look for some other good service provider.

Sundirect — technical problem

hi sir this venky.....from vizianagaram(dist).....andhrapradeshThe DD national DD1 is not seen since 07.07.2011. It should require to take prompt action to restart the service. this is national programme . we have only Door darshan , no any cable connection, hence this is public service kindly.
