[Resolved] Sun Direct — No channels are available to due to change in the Satellite position | |||
My smart card number is [protected]. I am stayinng in JP Nagar 7th phase Bangalore. From past weeks I am unable to view any channels as sun direct has moved to the new satellite. I have raised a complaint regarding this(Complaint number [protected]) but no action has been taken. When I called the customer care they gave me mobile number of Trade Horizon, however no one responds when I called to that mobile number. Even Sun direct customer care tell me all the time that they will send a technician but no one contacts me or fixes this problem. I believe Sun direct customer care is the worst among all the Vendors and they are least bothered about their valued customers. Same problem. I tried to contact them by mail, they are not answering.. Tey dont take calls and the dealer asks 250 rupees for changing the position of the dish..

Since 2 months they have not attended to disc positioning. I am in Chennai Rajakilpakkam
Even after complaining on 25th Oct with no[protected], I have been talking to them daily.
They would check card no and name and confirm first and add the subcription due on date.Then they would hear all you have to say and reply surely we would inform ypu sir.
That is it..
Your energy is spent and no futher help and action.
