[Resolved] Sun Direct — poor customer care

I have a sundirect DTH connection ( no [protected]R) at Bagalkot, Karnataka.
I deposited extra Rs 200/- for Zee Kannada channel.They have given me connection for three months only and despite the fact that they have Rs 132/- as balance with them they have disconnected Zee Kannada.I went to the local distributor Ishwari Enterprises, they are telling me that I have to remind every month SUNDIRECT to renew my Zee Kannada subscription!This is what service I am getting for paying money in advance & I dont understand why cant they give me connection for the whole amount & why I have to keep reminding every month.
will someone give me the Sundirect comlaints E mail ID so that I can write to them also
