Sun Direct — Poor service of Sun Direct & No proper response

Hi,
I am Raja T.P.K customer of Sun direct DTH vide Smart card no [protected]. I have been facing a problem ' no signal' since 5 days. I am not getting any channels on my TV. I contacted customer care.But no proper response from them.

Please do the needful at the earliest,Otherwise I will lookout for other options.

Respectable Sir,
We have been enjoying your wonderful DTH service since 15.03.2008, You give matchless variety of programs which attracted us very much and has compelled us to have your service till now. But for today, we never had any problems so far in recharging or broadcasting.
Today is suppose to be the last day for recharge, and I bought a recharge coupon for Rs.110/- (Sr No. T[protected] with PIN [protected] ) yesterday. Yesterday itself my son made a call to 43411434 from our land line 26440578 and a madam (who did not mentioned her name) answered his call and received all the details. She replied that the recharge will be done within one hour.
This morning every thing went fine until around 11.00 am suddenly we received a signal E16 Scrambled signal, which passed us a message that the recharge was not properly processed. I told my son to inquire about that around 1.20 pm, He contacted the customer care from our landline to the same number, and again a madam (who did not mentioned her name) attended the call, she asked for details and said it will be OK within 15 minutes. My son has asked what happened to that yesterday’s recharge process, She said there was some problem in the PIN number and again she asked for that number.
What if we had destroyed the card immediately after recharging… and if At all there is a problem in the PIN… will not the computer show it immediately…why didn’t she rectify that then… that madam did not give a proper response and cut the line suddenly while speaking… again my son called the other time and the same thing repeated.
Then within a few minutes we again received a signal NO DISH after the above mentioned incident…I am wondering what is happening. Is it a deliberate reaction? or an rebellious outcome? I don’t understand what….
Kindly understand our situation and help us continue your broadcasting services even for some more years to come.

My smart card number is [protected]. I have renewed for one year. There is till more amount as credit in my account. I am not able to view the channels. I tried to contact the customer care Number[protected]. But I could not contact. I have received a recorded message that all the lines were busy. I tried more than 100 times for the past three days. Always I am getting the same error message.
I tried to contact the nodal officers. But even their numbers could not also be contacted. I do not understand as to shy they are giving such false numbers . I have never seen such a very poor customer care any company. Though they are receiving money for the services to be offered to the customers they are not more careless in this regard.

Sun Direct DTH — No proper response from customer care

I am suffering lot by purchesing SUN direct, there is no proper service from their costmar service, i have recharged rs.500/- through online on 24th july 2011from thar weblink(rechargeitnow option) but amount has diducted from my account and no channels are coming. in this regardi have made complaint but no respoince from them. on 25th they have refunded rs.400 hundered. totally i have lost rs.128/- including bank charges but there is no use.

i felt bad purchasing sun direct.

sun direct web site is not updated as the dealers contact No. are not working. new customer want connection could not get proper response and dealaers not responding to calls. can the authority look into this lapses and update.
