[Resolved] Sun Direct — Sun Direct's terrible delay in services | |
I wanted the IPL on SET max with the 1 year recharge offer. But no trace of channel whatsoever. I even took the set max ala carte channel recently..But still no trace of set max. Is this the way customers are treated? I dont mind paying that little extra for service. But even after paying so much for the services that I deserve, it very unfair on Sun Direct's [customer care dept] part. Last month, I took Mercury pack for watching the oscars, but it got activated after a shocking 8 hours of waiting!! Is this what you call advanced service from a company like Sun Direct? First thing is that they must have given the signal/ some kind of confirmation that I will get the channel once recharge has been done for 12 months[it comes to exactly 1320 excluding taxes]. I have recharged my account on 10th march 2010 itself for an amount of 1500, but no trace of any service still. This is terrible. I guess Sun Direct needs to update all it's systems and servers to handle its more than 5 million customers. What ever has happened has happened. Now if I doesnt get the channel atleast for the Opening ceremony of IPL3, I am going to sue you in consumer forum as part of my basic right, and all in a fair manner unlike their shoddy unfair treatment. Sun direct goes untraceable. Not able to access it thru' customer self care or customer care number.

quit sundirect ...it has the worst cust care in dth services...you have made a big mistake in selecting dth...many problems with sd...go for videocon d2h ...very very good cust care and services all transactions transparent and quick...even for a mail they will call u for any query ...
