I tried to top-up my sun direct account through the website www.rechargeitnow.com on 15/03/2010 of Rs.200. The same money was debited from my bank account but topup was not done. I tried to contact the website coustomer care persons but there was no contact number given on the site they only have a complaint form on which i tried to contact them but all in vain. After a day again i sent an email but in return they send a conformation email of receiving request. No visible action is being done from rechargeitnow or sundirect. I am in a complete mess. Matter is not about money but they are cheating people and we are helpless. Once again i would like to alert all online users not to use this website.they are a bunch of crooks.
