Sun Direct — Service Complaint
We had Sun Direct DTH Service which was working fine until a week before. A week before the Setop box was changed and since then we are not getting the DTH service. We have made multiple complaints to the Sun Direct Service line but the issue has not been resolved. Moreover they do not even seem capable of resolving the issue. We have asked them to replace the setop box but they are not taking it seriously. We believe they are doing this because we have already paid the money for the service. Is there any way of getting the money back, which we paid for a service which was not delivered.
