[Resolved] Sun Direct — Not able to activate channels | |||
Dear sir, I recharged my SUN Direct Account as on[protected] after that i am getting error message service is unavailable from net work .I spoke with customer care lot of times but i did get proper response from them. More over every time they are telling we will resolve the issue within 24 hours but i did not get channels. I have complaint numbers with me. I had same experience with SUN DIRECT DTH.They won't respond for our Issue.
I would suggest you please handover your DTH connection to delaer and take Other service.Please don't wast your time regarding this.
