I recharge my Sun Direct DTH account with Rs 500 one month back and amount not credited yet and Sun Direct dealer does not provide me any kind of transaction id information. is it under my consumer right that i can ask details from him ....Parveen Was this information helpful? | |||

Sundirect — RECHARGE NOT DONE OF 500 RS.
Hi, frnds the sun direct is one of the most cheater channel services.I had done my recharge on 12 march 2012 of 500 rs by atm.
and mere 500 rs atm me se cut kar liye and aj 26 march ho gai abhi tak recharge nai kiya hai.
That means ye log customer k paise le lete hai but use service provide nai krte hai so frnds plz hlp me....................................
