Till now I did't get the set top box.. I totally disappointed with the service you do. They gave some offers like pay 10 months subscription and get new HD recording box. I cannot spent that much for sun direct as you removed "Puthiya Thalaimurai" from ur network and no much HD channels. If you provide "Puthiya thalaimurai", I can top up for 10 months. Otherwise give the serviced HD box back ASAP or refund the sun direct amount,so that I can choose other vendors. I am using HD box D[protected],Given for service on 8th sep 12.till now its not serviced. i have paid 700 for 3 months for HD. that was wasted for a month now. Refund the month recharge amount or extend the validity with respect to the service delivery. Need immediate action on this.
