[Resolved] Sun Direct — Non Availability of most channels for the past 4 months | |||
Sun Direct DTH service is most terrible in terms of customer service. The politician which it is owned by runs it like a government organization. They keep advertising about their marvelous packages but the customer service is ZERO and once there is a problem you are screwed. The latest problem where their transmission has been affected by Insat satellite problem for the past 4 months has not been resolved. They switched to a new satellite and technicians are supposed to be sent to each house to rectify the problem. I have been calling their customer care and sent numerous e-mails to no avail. I just cannot get a technician for the past 1 month to visit my house to realign the dish. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have been facing lots of problem from day1 of this Sundirect DTH connection.But it was atleast getting solved after 1 or 2weeks.
But this time, i am just getting a blank screen as my DTH is not working.
This problem exists for the past 1 and half months.
And i have given several complaints through Customer care.
For the first 2weeks they gave me some solutions like
Cleaning and reinserting the card-This didnot provide any solution
Search for all channels-Returned a Error msg saying"Search Failed".
After trying daily for the past 1months, one fine day i got my line connected to my Distributor"Geekay Distributors".They said they will come and check this issue.
But till date there is no solution for this.
