[Resolved]  Sun Direct — not sending their technicians after complaint registration

i have sun dth service my smart card number is [protected] and since last month the company have been moved to a new satalite and i am not getting some channels which i have viewed regularly. in their advertaisment they were showing our techicians will come to you for re alignining the dish on nov 5th i have complaint to realign my dish (call center no.[protected]) complaint number 1/[protected] and they have not attended my COMPLAINT TILL TODAY they are charging for all channels including the unavilable channels

i reported to the local distributor at thalasserry also

I agree this is one of the worst customer Service support centre i never seen such useless support,
I am calling customer support centre every day from last 25 days since i am not getting any chennels, but till now no technicians are turned back, it is really irritating system.

My dish TV is not work last 16th March 2011. I am suffering till now .customer care service say your Dish will start in between 24 Hours.But no responce, No one technician came in my place.My TV is show 04-4 Please insert smart card, What a Worst service is it.
I am calling customer support centre every day from last 5 days, But no responce only say technician will go in your place, but no responce...Please help.

Since from past six months we are being complaining about our query with your customer care .. so till now your technical person or what so ever .. had not turned up ...we are not satisfied with the service, ...

I have raised a complaint on 18th November 2010, Complaint # [protected],
Till now no technicians have attended the complaint.
I have raised the complaint more than 25 times past 6months.

When ever I call they take my address, landmark, phone #, and tell that this issue will be sorted within 48 hours.

I dont understand why sun network dont give good service.

Please do not take the SUN DIRECT connection. this is THE WORST COMPANY in the world. I have requested several times to transfer the connection from GURGAON to BANGALORE. i have 5 complaint numbers with me and i lost Rs 80 for the discussion over the phone but no use.my smart card number is[protected] R

No one attending this complaint despite mulitple calls with customer care.
Assuring false promise by customer care personnel everytime is not OK. If Sun Direct cannot service its customers, kindly disconnect and reverse the down-payments atleast, so that we can switch-over to other providers. Call me on my contact no, if you need more info or let this case go to Consumer court.
