[Resolved] Sun Direct — Tamil channels are not available | |||
Sir/Mam, We are using SUN DTH for the past 6 months. Recently a satelite problem occurs and a week before, some people came and rectified it. but after that we didnt get any tamil channels. Kalaignar TV is the only tamil channel we are watching for the past 5 days. Is this the DTH service or kalaignar TV service? we complained about it to the local customer service, they are asking Rs.100 for customer service. Is this the customer service of SUN DTH? i hve the same problem. i'm calling before 3 weeks but not response from sun direct customer service center.
i'm very irritating abt the disk daily. so, plz any one help for me how the disk will be adjusted.
plz added some images from old to new satillite conversion.

Sun Direct — No Tamil Channels
Dear Readers,I have been using Sun Direct since 2 1/2 years.They have moved to a new satellite.Whenever I call up the customer service they say that an executive would come to my house within 24 hours and this is been happening since past 14 days.Iam not able to view any channel apart from Sun TV,K TV and Kalaignar TV.Iam fed up calling them everyday.
Can sumbody help me a way out of this?Iam even thiking just to break the dish in the middle of the road.
HELP ME PLS.
