Sun Direct — Calling Sun direct for 2 months for a minor problem! Still no response. Very poor customer service | |||
I am a resident of K Apparajupeta (Village), Rajampeta. I have a minor dish adjustment and software updation problem that Sun direct is nor resolving for the more than 2 months till now !!! I am highly unsatisfied. The local dealer from whom I ahve bought the Sun Direct DTH is not responding to the compliants. They are busy with their business and not interested in Customer Support/ responding to customer compliants. I call them every 2 days/3 days to know the status.. every time customer care gives false promises but nothing happens. This is the worst customer care that I have ever faced. I urge sun direct to resolve this issue and I need compansation of additional two months with my Existing subscription as they have not responded to my compliant for more than 2 months now and I have already paid for the services in Oct 2010 itself for 10 months subscription. I am residence of ayanavaram, chennai.The audio sevice for vijay TV alone have not been provided completely for the past 9 months eventhough i adjusted the setof box and other AREA DIRECTED BY THE CALL CENTRE.I have complained nearly more than 7 times.hence i request the authority concern to solve the problem immediately.Action taken may be intimated as early as possible.My EMAIL IDNO;[protected]@yahoo.com.
