Sun Direct Recharge — onlinerecharge

i recharged my sundirect dish t v with Rs- 880/- on 12th march 2013,by sbi online ac. it is not recharged yet.the subscription amount has withdrawn from my ac.(ref.no.428751 IGG 8799636.my sundirect id [protected]).i complained it to the sun direct.but there is no reply

i recharged my sundth on12th march with rs-880/- by sbi online ac.the amount has debited from my ac, but it is not recharged yet.i complained this matter to sundirect, but no replay my id [protected] .it is shame to such a reputed dth company
