WE PURCHASED SUN DIRECT DTH, BUT IT WAS NOT WORKING AND MADE COMPALINT WITH DELHI SERVICE CENTRE AND PROVIDED COMPLAINT NOS.[protected] and[protected]. SERVICE EGINEER TAKEN AWAY THE SET UP BOX ON 14TH SEPTEMBER, 2010 AND NOT RETURNED BACK. WE MADE MANY COMPLAINTS. NOW THE SERVICE CENTRE NOT AWARE ABOUT THE ENGINEER WHO HAS TAKEN THE SET UP BOX. NOWDAYS WE ARE NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM SUN DIRECT SERVICE.

WHO STAYING IN NOIDA PLEASE DO NOT BUY SUN DIRECT DTH SERVICE DUE POORER SERVICE. IF YOU PURCHASE YOU WILL TROUBLE MUCH THEN ANY OTHER SERVICE.

from past two weeks iam getting signal problem for some channels.
I have sbscribed TELUGU channels.for below channels iam not getting signal properly

We are using SUN DTH at Chennai and would like to state that we have never seen any Comapny providing such a poor quality of service. They are not even sure who are their local service providers and the actual money and time loss is for the consumer.

SUN DTH is the worst DTH service provider. Firstly the installation guys ask for tips! secondly they take the money for installation and topup and you get to know later that out that money these guys have mysteriously few hundred bucks go missing!
Satellite feed problems, software problems and service related problems are mainstay of this DTH service provider. I faced all of them within 2 months of installation.
Please do not opt for SUN DTH or you you will suffer.

in my sysetm problem within 1 and half month i am complaints more tahn 10 times

but yet not resolved.

Customer care person say will contact u with 24 hours plz wait. but yet no person contact to me my problem yet not resolved .
