I had invested money as per their advertised Business Offers. Initially, I recieved my cheques on time and it got cleared too. I experienced the first CHEQUE BOUNCE this week due to Insufficient funds in their ICICI Bank account.

Ever since then I have been trying to reach them desperately and now I see that all their Mobile Numbers are switched off. The landline rings once and gets disconnected. I have lost over a Lac of rupees and have very little hope of recovering it.

I really wonder if they have shut shops. If anyone has information about this, please post your comments immediately.

I had invested about 40000 and I got my cheques. I went to bank to deposit the first cheque and it got bounced twice. I tried reaching them and their mobile phone is off.

i am also one of the investor of sunday biz i have also tried alot but no one has replied if any body is having any message plez reply me

I called Om Prakash Gupta's number and spoke to a person who did not have any clue about this issue.
While he agreed that he knew one Mr. Jay and Sunday business, he did not comment anything more. Upon asking about Mr. Gupta's whereabouts, he told that Gupta would be back on Friday. These are the details i obtained when i searched about Sundaybiz.com

I have invested Rs. 99, 000/- in this company on[protected] for Business plan -1 (as follows) and got a cheque for Rs. 99, 000/- of Development bank dated 24.08.2009. After one month I deposited the same cheque to my a/c but the amount was not credited. After that I contacted their office and an amount of Rs. 49000/- was credited to my ICICI bank a/c and promised that the next day the balance would be credited. But still the balance Rs. 50, 000/- is not credited and I could not contact any their office staff.

I've invested 07, 000/- in the month of jul 09 and 6, 000 in the month of Aug 09. They promised me that the amount will be credited to my account on 28 Sep 09 through ECS. Last week i tried to contact ythem. But there was no reply from their side till now. I think my invst is at stake at their hands and advise the people not to invest in any of such groups in future and get their savings spoiled.

This company has done fraud and now I realize that the company has not made payment of anybody I lost abiut 200000/ in this company if anybody gets the clue plz let me know. my email [protected]@yahoo.in
