[Resolved]  Sundirect — not working

We bought this from Mani electronics in puducherry.the ID no is [protected].this is the name which is going on coming on the tv screen-IRDETO(S)Loader 3.01.The set up box is not workink properly.The red light on the set up box is becoming dim.I don't know what is the problem.Our house address is

top up success. value Rs25/- but, I cannot activate the channel. wrong value displayed in my account.

Hi Sir,
I am a sundirect customer. my smart card number: [protected]. From past 2 days onwards I am not receiving any channels in my DTH set top box. I called customer care several times.... some ticket numbers : [protected], [protected]... They are telling with in 3 hours I will recive my channels.. but no joy...
When I asked them to return my existing balance amount 300 Rs. They are telling they wont return as well as they are not providing solution. I am not happy to for there customer service at all.. Theres no escalation points.. no supervisors. nothing...

I dont know what standards they are maintaining there customer service.
I am not bothered about 300 rs money. now again I ordered Tata Sky HD box now. again installation, activation.. I don't know when this sundirect DTH will stop there services. instead of having poor customer services...

Friends Dont go for sundirect services at all... They will cheat all the time.
While installing they havent bought proper dish and they used my existing TATA sky equipments like dish holder etc... and signal strengh and quality always 60% only. very poor picture quality.

Please please dont go for sun direct DTH.

Sun Direct — Sun Direct not working

I have a problem with my set top box. I have called customer care and they keep providing the request numbers, however no one is attending to the problem. This problem has been there for last four months.

Below are the details. I will wait until this weekend. If this problem is not rectified , I will approach the consumer court.

Sundirect — Sun Direct - How to claim Consumer Court

HI,

Could you please provide me details..how to procede consumer court for the against Sundirect ?

Because i have been faced lot of problems with this service. And i had logged lot of complaints, havinging registered complaints id's.

Dear All the DTH users !

Please do not, never, ever think of buying Sun DTH. This company not know the after sales service. I had filed complaint on customer care on 20th May. There after 2 more compaints filed in a week time. But what you get is compaint reference code number. Nobody ever come to rectify the problem.

I have decided to switch to Tata Sky as already having one in home.

Or the best option is local cable TV wala.

So never ever think of SUN TV ? NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
