[Resolved] Supertech Builders — Launch of Additional Tower at Livingston at NH-24

Hi, I had booked a flat in Supertech Livingston project at Crossings Republik. I had paid PLC charges related to Floor, East/Park, club Facing appartment. Now this builder has launch a new project "Glaxy Tower" on the green area/ park within the same premise thus reducing the park area. This tower as per there latest map now stand infront of our Gallery thus leaving no space to so called Park Facing. I have booked in this project in 2007 and since than this project has been modified a lot. Earlier they promised 750 flats and now with this launch the number of flats have been increased to 1500. Moreover they have not updated the old allotees about this launch of new towers. With this launch I and many other who have booked in initial time feels cheated and let down. Is there a way this greed of builders can end, they dont want to leave a single piece of land vacant just wanted to earn as much as possible by giving false promises. House — Never take home on rent from Kohli

Hi,

I had taken 1 HK from Kohali in Koparkhairene Vashi. The Owner is Sardar named Kohali. The Owner is very bad. He had not returned my deposit. He said that i will not return your deposit becoz you came here directly without broker and if you will go to police then i will do very bad with you and while i was leaving house, he was giving slang words. So i want to say every one that please donot take any flat without broker and naver take that flat.

Hi,

I too booked a flat in this reputed builder's society, which is Livingston and I was alloted a flat in Tower F. Could you please be a little specific as to where exactly this tower stands, because your point of view definitely going to hinder my view as I forced myself to be on the park-facing area.

I really trusted this Builder and their vision...and this will really change the whole lot story against them.

I think same going to happen in 34 Pavilion. They are now putting new tower as d AZURE HEIGHTS which was not in existence before. Anybody who is getting suffered?

I'm working with CMC at Noida.

We a group of 6 colleagues were going to buy six flats in e-village at Noida Extn. We had almost finalised everything with their marketing agent.

However, after going through the net & various complaints against Supertech's existing projects, we have dropper the idea. We are now considering Ajnara or Panchsheel's project.

Do not think to buy in supertech. Highly mis-managed firm. Their promises are false and their is not one to listen. They will care customer till order-booking, after that u will be on mercy of god. Try other builder. You can check also, See emerald court is still on after 5 yers of start. Their owners should be presecuted for playing with the sentiments of customers.

NEVER EVER DO THIS MISTAKE OF BUYING SUPERTECH FLATS...

Can't tell you much in details but don't get trapped with this builder.. I am the current vicitm of this builder.

I am also victim of this builder. They have weired logics for everything. Above false roofing therir will not be cemented wall :-). I do not know how many fools like me are around who are cheated by this Builder. I strongly feel that their quality team/certificate should be revoked.

God save people cheated by Supertech. Pathtic builder and patheic employees.

I have booked the Property in Supertech Eco Village -I in the month of March 2010 and we have paid 10% of the Property . When I booked the Property my flat is park facing and this additional cost is not involved in my flat. When I get allotment later from builder they add additional Rs. 20000 in my flat cost. Second thing after 6 months there is not a single construction is start from builder. And they are demanding money . And loan is approved from HDFC bank . when we talk to bank for disbursement of loan we came to know Eco Village -1 is not approved from bank because Builder has not submitted the papers to bank. And our loan is under scheme of 8.25% till 30th September. And not a single person pic up the call at Spertech and when we go personally they are not giving proper reply .

It seems Supertech is making money only... They don't care about the people... we are responsible for this as we are rushing for their projects and hence they are encasing the situation.

I have been alloted wrong flat no. in Eco Village - II and I am running behind of Supertech and thier property consultant Prithvee, Sector -18, Noida but no response.

I am really fed-up as I have sent a letter through Indian Post to their Chairman but they people don't have courtesy to reply of the same. ...

can anybody suggest how to overcome with the situation... should I approach to the court...

I had booked flat in Supertech galaxy tower and later i came to know that's disputed. i palnned to cancel the booking. at the time of cancellatoin they were assuring me that tower will start soon constructing however with grace of god i sticked to my decision and cancelled the booking. until today there is no sign of construction of the tower.
THIS BUILDER IS GREAT CHEATER.
if you want to sleep without tension then never- ever book flat in any project of this builder.
above all, all builders are cheater some more some less, so try to book flat in group and involve people like Lawyer, Govt dept etc as they have better understanding to deal with such kind of cheater

I have booked a flat in eco-village i on dtd. 31/03/2010 on cash down as per agreement passion given within 24 month but till date i have not recd passion or as per agreement 5 % per square meter compansation.

I am paying rent & EMI from 02 year. its my big loss. but builder not given any compansation or response any complaints.

Hi All,
I have also booked flat in super tech Livingston tower-F and EMIs of full amount from last 1 year. If asking for possession they increase date 3 -3 month by this way making fool to customer.

Any idea what would be exact date possession please share...
