Supertech ICON management promised at the time of booking that they will provide SWIMING POOL,Furnished Club, Security and other facilites.

Even after completion of project the management of SUPERTECH ICON is not fulfiled their committment.

Club area (INCOMPLETE) is filled up with sewer/rain water. Also no any club facilities have been provided which can prove the area as CLUB.

No swimming pool is completed.

Even their management do not listen the resident.


My suggestion to every buyer is please take all committment in writing from this kind of company and Management.


They are providing very low quality of maintenace(day to day)

    i was allotted an apartment in eco village and a payment schedule was given to me. i paid the amount as per payment required. now they have sent me a letter for overdue payment as per service tax notification. i made that payment also but their receipt does not show the payment as "Service Tax Payment", it simply mentions flat no. something wrong with the dealing with supertech limited. they are not transparent and demand payments at will.

    Supertech Ltd is not at all transparent. their demand notes are always backdated and they are behavaing like village baniyas who just want to exploite whomsoever is caught in his trap

    comfort — service tax demand

    i booked a flat there in sep 2009, now they are asking for service tax with every installment ,and there is no construction commenced yet ,if this tax is for service in construction how they can ask for it

    Dear customer, the Service Tax is as per Govt. norms and is deposited in Govt. department. Moreover we always show bifurcations of Service Tax in every Demand letter & in the allotment letter too, however the same cannot be shown in the receipts (it already includes Service Tax amount).

    FYI- Demands have been made on regular feature such that they coincide with the development at site.

    The company has never hide any thing. We are transparent & clear to our points. Thank you.

      i booked a flat in eco-village 1 with the then terms & conditions which mentioned that prices are "escalation free" for flat booked. now when i went to their office(the corenthum) i am told that service tax(+other taxes) are extra. this was not mentioned in their original terms & conditions. i opted for flexi-plan where i have to pay as per actual stage of construction. the people at supertech are sending me sms for payment which is not yet due and also threatening 'penalty'. Dont understand how much unfair amount do they want to earn. they are all into partnership with finance companies to earn more and more money. v. kumar

      this is their practice. try to raise it to consumer court so more people come to know about their malpractice and you can also save your money from their hands.
      Sir, all the payments which are raised or paid after 30th June'10, attract a service tax of 10% on the 25% of the Original Value. You can not deny on that and Supertech is not going to keep that in pocket too as it is government's money.

      Dear B. Kumar, Eco Village-1 project was launched prior to the government ruling for mandate *Service Tax, however accordingly after this implication the demands were raised accordingly ie: inclusive of Service Tax. As far as the interest (not penalty) is concerned, it was levied due to non payment of money on time and you wont deny the fact that the same is already mentioned in our terms and condition ... SO the company has never done any unethical, we follow and have to follow the policies (either govt. or ours). We guess this explanation is enough to resolve your issue. Thank You.

        i had booked a flat in eco village through mr jitender kalra nd narender mittal of Kalpana buildtech.they had promised to give me a discount of 12% nd they adjusted 10% on application form nd for remaining 2%they said they will adjust on nxt installment but they fail to do so.now wat i cud to do.

        never ever buy in supertech. They are just their to harras their customer. their staff is too rude, never attends any compaint. their documentation is just in builder favour. they even dont provide the the area and map while giving allotment. and always provide lesser area then promised, and never give possiession on time. their delay are in years. save yourself dont look towards supertech. if possible ask for your money back. go for some better builder like, gaur, jaypee, DLF, or buy a small plot and build your own house . supertech is a cheat
        They are encouging their associate to cheat and intentionally double booking flats. they offer you better location and then change it to some other one, which they were not able to sell. their agreement is also builder biased. read that before booking, you will never go for booking. their staff is too rude, treat customers like . beware of them.

          I purchased a flat in bluestone-1 supertech emerald court and now I got possession. But I found quality of flat is not as per specification. Very poor electrical quality, worst fitting and worst wood work. All rusted fittings in bathroom. Wooden work is also having poor quality. During construction , many tiles are broken but they r not willing to replace.

          Overall I see is they do not any good supervisor who can manage quality. Local worker play with our hard earned money. Whatever way they want they put the things. Director etc seems to be busy in making money in all illegal ways. God save mr. Arora. Hope he would like to grow and stay in market.

          So far, I have not recommended supertech to any one even though our close circle have taken 16 flats in last 6 months.

          Do not recommend this cheat builder to any one.

          For their new projects they are trying all illegal ways. they double book, promise more discount, charge you more then commited. they promote their projects as bank approved. and they charge you inteest till they get apporval and you get loan. they are just to squeze their customer. their agreement is totally builder biased, think 200 times before booking in supertech. if you have value for your money dont think about them. try some other buidler, check their references, ask your friends before you take any decision related to booking any flat.

            Supertech group may have executed so many projects in Noida region, still the company is not against resorting to malpractices and cheating its customers and with the experience I had with them it looks like it is in the top management of the company. I had booked a flat in Supertech Icon in Indirapuram in June 2006 & as per the written commitments of the company, possession was due in July 2007 failing which it will pay penalty of Rs 5 per sq ft. The project was delayed for more than a year and no penalty was paid by the company. In addition, there was no charges in the agreement if the unit is sold before taking possission. I was made to pay it even then as they made me run from pillar to post as they didn't transfer it without payment of charges and without adjusting penalty which it was supposed to pay due to delayed possession.

            The management of the company (including its MD) do not respond to any emails, written letters or even personally if you visit to their office. Once you have paid the money, you are treated like as if you have gone to their office for a job interview as you would be made to wait for hours and after that you will be told that the concerned person has already left for some urgent work. if you call them for any complaint, after your first call your call won't be answered. They question the genuineness of the letters issued by them on their own letterhead. Their company's logo reads as "Building your tomorrow, today". Ideally, it should read as " DESTROYING YOUR TOMORROW, TODAY". Just one advice for all home seekers, beware of such builders.

            I had similar exp with supertech. Sincere advise do not invest in supertech. They r cheat builders.
            tottaly agree. They treat their customer like . they dont care about them. i will never ever recommend Supertech.

            the same case has happened with me. I have invested in supertech pam greens merrut and after 2 years of delay they are not considering the panalty letter issued by them these guys are full cheat only

            Realy Supertech is very bad builder. I will suggest to all don't go supertech. I have also very bad exp with supettech

            Me & My 3 Friends are fresh victim of Supertech. We booked 4 Studios with Supertech in Socrates project (Greater Noida). After reading so many complaints & reviews from existing customers, we 3 friends managed to cancelled or sold to other customers before releasing final payments. But one of my Friend (Akshay Sharma) just kept his faith into Supertech & just got stucked, he has taken loans & paid 95% amount. Supertech had promised to give 12% assured return immediately after 95% payment. But my friend is just getting nightmares getting his assured return cheques. Their people are just not paying any damn & now he had to take extra burden of EMI on him along with other commitments. It's been 4 months now & he didn't get any single assured return cheque yet.

            I am happy that me & my other 2 friends just escape from this fraud builder, but at the same time i am worried about Akshay that he is just not getting what he has promised.

            I asked him to use this site to raise his voice. As a well wisher, i just advising people to not to go with this builder in any of its project. You will be getting worst nightmares at nights after that.

            In my opinion Supertech is kind of very bad name in the NCR and I recommend not to deal anything with Supertech. Even I am facing a big loss and mental harassment buying a house in Supertech capetown. The supertech people are big fraud, and they can even book the flat without your knowledge in your name...please go through the story below which is happened with me and I am going through with the very bad time...

            Supertech has ruin my dreams and left no options to write these kind of blogs

            Do you know your dream home booking documents can be forged?
            Are your booking forms for flats in safe hands….Do you think that the broker and builders are fair in their practice of providing you your dream house. Do you know how the builder along with channel partner indulges in wrong full practices of changing your booking forms and signing the booking forms on your behalf without your information?
            What happened to me…while booking a flat in Noida with Supertech Captown project?
            1. We booked a flat at Supertech Capetown Noida through JKM at pricing of INR 3217/- per sq. ft. wherein JKM executive Rahul came to our residence to collect cheque, booking form (filled and signed), photos, pan card copy
            2. We were not provided any acknowledgment copy as the executive had come to collect booking on Sunday i.e 4th Dec 2012 and were informed that we will get scanned copy of receipt through mail and all booking details.
            3. After over 1 week of taking the cheque the amount was not debited from our account when we approached Rahul(JKM) we were informed process takes some time and will be done in another weeks’ time.
            4. In between Rahul(JKM) informs that our booking amount has been increased from INR 3217/ (plus PLC INR50/- per sq. ft.) to INR 3350/-(inclusive of PLC INR 50/- per sq. ft.). We do not have to fill any other form but booking amount mail along with details of the same will be received in some time.
            5. In between Rahul(JKM) leaves job as we were informed and Rohit (JKM) takes our case, we still did not receive any mail of acknowledgment from either JKM or Supertech though our cheque had been debited.
            6. Rohit (JKM) informs that as Supertech is closing all booking acknowledgment will take some time.
            7. On……. Dec 2011 we received mail from Rohit(JKM) acknowledgment of our payment to Supertech along with flat details. We did not agree to flat so Rohit (JKM) stated he will look at the matter and get the unit changed as per our preference.
            8. We get booking details form Supertech stating that we need to pay remaining amount but the calculation of the same was not matching to 10% of { INR3350 - (INR3217+ INR50)}. So we called Rohit provide us the breakup he stated he will revert but never did.
            9. We mailed to Rohit(JKM) to provide us details of breakup and get our flat unit changed but now he was not responding to our mails and calls
            10. We got another letter from Supertech to pay 60% of the amount by 18th Feb 2012 so now seeing ourselves stuck in a very bad situation we approached Supertech for details and help.
            11. On reaching Supertech office and meeting Mr Amit Solanki we got to know of the following which ………………….
            a. We saw the amount processed for booking is INR3420/- per sq. ft. rather than INR3217/-, which I have signed and given to Rahul (JKM executive).
            b. This form was processed by JKM on my behalf without my information and someone had signed the form for me.
            c. As I understand no one can sign any legal document unless he has a written authority.
            d. Further in the forged document my contact details (phone numbers and email) along with my wife contact details had been intentionally mentioned incorrect.
            12. We asked Supertech to help us but they were favoring their channel partners JKM. We had approached lot of people from Supertech and met them in their Noida office but have been told all the times that they are looking at the matter and they will help.
            13. But then they flatly refused to look at the booking amount which had been forged by their channel partners JKM without our information and neither were they agreeing to give us our preference booking
            a. Supertech is clearly favoring their channel partner so we do not know who all are involved
            b. Supertech had many reasons to cancel our form which they clearly overlooked god knows for what reason:
            i. Our documents did not bear our signatures
            ii. Our telephone no. was invalid
            iii. The signatory on our booking form did not have our authority letter to sign on our behalf
            iv. Our booking amount was not 10% of BSP which is required for booking the flat as per their new price of INR3420/-

            I am extremely against the Supertech builder and request all the people to refrain from this builder.
            REAL ESTATE COMPANIES ON ASSURED RETURN BASIS IS AGAINST SEBI & RBI ACTS AS PER COURT ORDER DATED 29.08.2012

            Division Bench, consisting of the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw of the High Court of Delhi, on a public interest litigation WP(C) 5324/2012 filed by an investor, have issued directions to the Reserve Bank of India and Securities & Exchange Board of India to investigate against real estate companies who are inviting booking of property from the public with assured returns. The Hon'ble High has also further issued directions to take further remedial steps not only in restraining inviting booking on assured returns but also to take other action as permissible under law as well.

            ORDER / 29.08.2012

            1. This petition is filed in public interest. The petitioner has brought to the notice of this court that respondents no. 7 to 10, real estate development companies are inviting deposits from public with assured returns with buy back options. The submission is that the same amounts to banking activity within the meaning of Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 as applicable to non-banking financial corporations and is without the permission of the Reserve Bank of India as well as SEBI and cannot be undertaken by respondents no.7 to 10. It is further pleaded that not only are the said activity illegal but it is possible that small time investors having limited funds would be duped by such companies.

            2. We find that the petitioner had sent a representation to the Reserve Bank of India and SEBI only on 10.7.2012. Learned counsel for SEBI has appeared on advance notice and has submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, action has been initiated and the matter is under investigation. He has produced copies of letter dated 06.08.2012 addressed to respondents no.7 to 10 asking them to submit required documents to take further action.

            3. Since the matter is already under examination by the concerned authorities, it is not necessary to entertain this stage except for directing the RBI and SEBI to conduct and conclude the probe at the earliest and if it is found that respondent no.7 to 10 are not eligible to undertake such activities, take further remedial steps not only in restraining these respondents but also to take other actions as permissible under law as well. Petitioner shall be intimated about the outcome of the proceedings of the SEBI. In case the petitioner remains aggrieved by the action taken by the concerned authorities, he would be at liberty to approach the Court.

            With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.

            I too have invested in Eco City, Sector 137 Noida. I was to get possession in Dec 2012. But the project is continuing at a very slow pace. It does not seem likely that I will get possession of the same before Sept 2014.

            I had writtent to the Management but they do not have courtesy to even reply to our letters.

            Am very surprised that a brand like Supertech has such casual and irresponsible attitude towards its customers. Instead of delivering the current projects on time, they are just launching new projects and accumulating customers monies and making fools of them.

            Can only say one thing to all BEWARE OF SUPERTECH. Never invest in this brand
            Supertech Doesnot care the existing customer.The way they behave is horriable.They dont have commitement at all.Their possetion dates gets changed every month.Still they believe they are doing a favour to their customer
            I had booked a flat with Supertech Group in July 2010 in their project by the name of Socrates at Greater Noida in complex Czar suites. I was promised that I shall be given return cheques of 1% basic flat value every month (1.e. 12% per annum) till flat possession. The MoU also states that post-dated cheques were to be issued till possession. However, the PDCs have been stopped for 7 months now and despite repeated reminders/ requests and visits to their corporate office in Noida, there has been no response from them. I had given them a written complaint on June 1 as also written many mails/visited their CRM without positive response. I am informed through resources that some customers in the same project are indeed getting the PDCs.

            I am already having the feeling of having made a big mistake by investing in such a project, but am going to make sure I reciprocate the gesture. I am proceeding to file legal case against them and prepared for the long haul. I have also come across sordid tales of similar experience by some other customers and aligning them to be part of this battle.

            We have faced the same issue with Supertech, we have booked the flat in Socrates 2 in June 2010 & we stopped getting ROI cheques since march 2013 onwards. Earlier as per the contract we supposed to get the possession in 30 months i.e. in December 2012 & we supposed to get ROI cheques for 30 months. But as a surprise their possession date always keep changing & now their website is showing till June 2014. Now my question is why we are paying EMI when we are not getting ROI cheque & Possession (we could earn monthly amount by putting it on rent). Supertech is not paying any ROI for their 1.5 year delay (even if we assume that they providing possession in June 2014).

            I have invested in other builders projects & they clearly stated that i should get the ROI cheque till possession, but here Supertech tried to smart and played the game, hence they only provided for 30 months which they originally committed, but it was only when, when they providing us the possession on time within 30 months from booking, now, they have delayed their project bcz of their own reasons & not paying ROI to the investers & using our money for their other parallel projects.

            Me & my other friends decided long back not to invest in Supertech & we would aware more and more people about their false commitments to their customers.

            We would like to take this ahead with you Ajay let us know how we should proceed.

            Don't curse the builder, they have it in his blood. Make a big group and drag them in court.
            Our impact will be more if more people will riase voice against them,
            Otherwise they'll keep on doing whatever they did for so many years.

            We have bought in resale a flat in Socrates-3.original buyer was given a posseission date of Sep14.When we bought it, it got extended to Mar15 with provision of 6 mths delay.I am writing them almost every month. The progress of the building is like it was a year back.And every time i write, they send an e-mail and ask to bear for some more time.However i dont see any progress at ground level.Today they have asked me to wait till Dec15 again.Horrible state of affairs.I dont why dont these people r kept in the category of seasoned criminals in the interest of public safety.They r no less than people like Shardha Scamsters.Doing same thing, different ways.

              sir iahave booked a flat c 813 , 7th floor
              in yourownship near hapur bye pass meerut, my wife swati is a first party and my self is second party , but un fortunately is being separated and did not pay any emi and other dues andafter taking loan from hdfc bank in april 2010,onlymy self is paying emi , for this
              she has also given me effidevit to remove her name as a first party
              and is also not willing to pay in future
              as she written my house is not registered till now so i kindly let me know at the same time i am also not able to pay the amount so pls kindlly let me know

                I have booked 2 BHK Flat (1010 Sq. Feet) size in Eco Village - II through their property consultant Prithivee, Noida.... They have issued me different flat no. whereas i filled my desired flat no. Now I am continuously chasing this fraud property consultant and builder through E-mails and phones but they are not responding.

                I have mentioned each and every details corrected in form and as well as behind of my cheques......

                ask for your receipts. builder cant keep your money like this. either ask them for the flat you booked or your money back. send registered post letters to them and later take them to consumer court.

                  I BOOKED A FLAT IN ECO VILLAGE 2, TOWER B4, WHICH WAS FACING AN OPEN AREA.

                  AFTER 4 MONTHS OF BOOKING THEY PRINTED A NEW BROUCHURE, AND NUMBERING OF THE FLATS IN TOWER B4 AND B5 ARE CHANGED. AS PER THE NEW NUMBER MY FLAT IS FACING THE WALL OF OTHER TOWER.

                  WHEN I TALKED ABT THIS ISSUE TO THEIR AGM, HEAD, CRM, AT NOIDA SECTOR-62 OFFICE, HE TOLD, NOTHING CAN BE DONE.

                  HOW A BULIDER CAN CHEAT LIKE THIS... THERE MUST BE SOME REGULATING AUTHORITY FOR THEM. PLEASE HELP.

                    I just want to say that the supertech is making fool of people., Lot of duplicacy in the booking of flats has been seen in the inventories.
                    I myself is one of the victim of this, i booked one flat in supertech ecovill-2 in May'10 through one of the channel partner i.e Investor clinics. they booked my flat in A-6/705 after checking the availabilty, i agreed and gave them a 10% cheque to book that flat. On the receipt of payment the unit was mentioned C-11/705, it shocked me becoz i booked A-6/705 and on receipt it is printed different. The Investor clinic people convinced me that the supertech has just changed the tower no. but the location and flat no. which i choosed is same, so there is no need to worry it just a change in Tower no.
                    Then after a month Investor clinic approached me and said that the flat which i booked has been changed to 706 from 705 by supertech. I shouted on the executive of investor clinic and told them that go and get it clear from supertech becoz i have the original receipt which says C-11/705 and if there would be any change then supertech would have called me up or sent a mail. I doubt that this mistake has been done by Investor clinic. I called up at supertech office and confirm for the unit C-11/705, they said it is issued in my name i.e Kamal Deep Jain, I got relaxed and got to know that investor clinic people is cheating with me, either they have sold this unit to other customer in good price or some issue is there. Investor clinic called me up 3-4 times to come and settle down and told me everytime different story that this tower has been sold to some corporate, 705 has been alloted to some other person so come and choose other unit. I told them are they blonde(means fool) when they were selling me they checked for this unit and then i agreed to it. and now they are harassing me.
                    Finally i went to Supertech office sec-62, there i met the executive who check the inventories, i explained him the whole situation and check for my unit, there i found a huge blunder that on unit C-11/705 is booked for two people 1 is for me and other is for some other person. I saw this not only in my case but 4-5 more on that day that same flat booked for 2 people. Then i spoke to some senior person overthere and sort out the issue. They said that they have receive the amount from me first for this unit so ethically i have the first right to get it. Also, they have some other choice if i want to shift from that tower to other tower of the available choice and better location, its upto me if i don't then that unit 705 is mine only.
                    Here, i want to take your attention that SUPERTECH being a big builder and such an unprofessional approach that ' how come the one unit which has been alloted to a person can be alloted to other person' the channel partner is doing that mistake and they are following it, means in there system nothing like that to check wheather this unit is free or booked by someone to avoid duplicacy, which further creats problem to customer and their staff. they should not issue a receipt if that unit is already sold and that will avoid furhter problems. And, if channel partner is selling the sold property to other person than it's a case of forgery against them.
                    So, guys be aware of this and before booking any unit pls. check that is has not been booked by anyone else to avoid further trouble becoz you choose the location with thinking a lot and later on they put any where.......

                    Before paying ones hard earned money, it is always better to check the references. There are many posts internet about Supertech which do not reflect them as a ethical and professional organisation. There may be many surprises in store for you, once you are associated with Supertech.

                    Which builder is best for buying flats? we r searching for flats in noida (around Sec 74, 75, 76).
                    try for gaur, DLF, Jaypee or buy plot and build your own hosue. supertech is cheating people in many ways

                    Supertech Limited is known for these unethical practices. None of their projects will have satisfied referenceable customers. you made mistake by going for supertech. they simply cheat people.

                    tottaly agree. They treat their customer like . they dont care about them. i will never ever recommend Supertech.

                    never ever buy in supertech. They are just their to harras their customer. their staff is too rude, never attends any compaint. their documentation is just in builder favour. they even dont provide the the area and map while giving allotment. and always provide lesser area then promised, and never give possiession on time. their delay are in years. save yourself dont look towards supertech. if possible ask for your money back. go for some better builder like, gaur, jaypee, DLF, or buy a small plot and build your own house . supertech is just to cheat people. they dont care about their customer at all and follow all malpractices. Once you pay them money their staff treats as if you are begging for something. investing in supertech means just forget your money.

                      I have book one Flat in Supertech Eco village ,greater noida .
                      i Have asked for sales man for first to forth floor flat .but he give me flat on 10 th floor .
                      then i went to supertech office & cancel thie & again book to ground floor . but after some days when i have call there ,then they told me your flat is not book on ground floor .

                      So i deside to cancel this booking & give to application for cancelation . but till now my booking amount is not refund by bulder .

                      So pl suggest what we will do in this condition

                        I have booked a flat with Supertech Construction (Palmgreen) in Meerut in April 2009 with a comitment of delivery by Oct 2009.
                        Since then I have been visiting the site and each time they tell me that in next two month the flat would be ready.
                        In April 2010 I visited GM-Projects, Mr.Dhawan regarding the same and he tod me that maximum by June end, I would be able to get the possesion but now in June they are saying that the delivery would be done in October while their website say December 2010.

                        It is very frustating that after paying 100% money to them, we are staying in a rented house.

                        I request Meerut Development Authority to take action against them.

                          I HAD BOOKED A FLAT TOWER D4 ,GROUND FLOOR, SUPERTECH ECO VILLAGE ,GREATER NOIDA EXT. ,UP , BUILT BY SUPERTECH, ON 22ND FEB. 2010 AND PAID ADVANCE BOOKING OF RS. 2, 31, 240/-.WHEN I HAVE VISIT TO SUPERTECH OFFICE ,THEN I KNOW THAT MY FLAT IS BOOK ON 10 FLOOR , SO I HAVE CANCEL THAT FLAT & BOOK AGAIN AT GROUND FLOOR
                          .WHEN I CALL TO SUPERTECH THEY HAVE TOLD ME GROUND FLOOR FLAT BOOK SOMEONE WHICH U SELECT .THEN I HAVE cancel the booking and say to refund the advance payment as soon as possible . But till now I don’t recived my payment , So Pl return all payment alongh with interest. Otherwise I will go to consumer court for this

                            Supertech is a cheater builder.They guys cheated in Eho village-I,Greater noida,we 10 guys booked flat on 6/3/2010 through Mr Tanveer Ahmad(GM-Sales supertech) and Mr Sabiul Hasan(Manager-Supertech).We have paid cheque of 50,000 each to supertech ltd.After asking of many times they did not give us any receipt of the same but after requesting them many time they have given us one receipt.But we asked them about flat,Our flats are booked on another person's name.We talked their Vice president Mr SJ Singh,His response was very rood and even Mr Tanveer also not responding,They are trying to sattle the issue,But we are commited to get my booked location.

                            Now you have faced the real supertech. due to unprofessional, unethical once a person avail or deal with the company never again approach the company for any flat. The flats are also of bad quality and materials which come in the light after one-two weeks.
                            Poor quality = Supertech .

                            Cheating is on their blood. I was told free club facility during booking time but asked 1 lacs during possession time for club. No refund for penalty money even delaying the flat for a year. They tell 6 month is grace period.

                            Presently they r busy in selling open car parking in 2 lacs against supreme court order. Open challenge to supreme court. Must have paid heavy bribe to various departments.

                            DO NOT THINK ABOUT SUPERTECH.

                            By writing, at least I am saving people in IT sector who do some research before investment. Hope this kind of info be helpful.

                            supertech promotes cheater sales executive that is resason tanveer adhmed and Mr SJ Singh are able to act this way. they are biggest cheaters appointed by supertech to exploite the cusotmers. nver ever book with them. whenever you are talking to them video record that as they dont even agree to what they say. best is file a 420 case against them after collecting enough proofes to teach them lessons so they dont dare to fool anyone else in this world.
                            they are big cheater...i bought a flat of this builder in Meerut. they didnt give the possession at right time and now they are refusing to give the panelty as per the letter which they only sent, it has been written on the letter that the builder will pay the panelty of 4rs per sq ft per month if possession will not be given on time... and now they are saying that teh value is zero of this letter...

                            Later they can say that this flat is also nt urs..these papers do nt have any value...

                            .Apart from that they are asking the interest from us on the money which was supposed to give at the time of possession as per the allotment letter. but possesion they r giving after 2 yrs...

                              Bhoomi Pujan — Charged Brokerage for no service provided

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I Had approched Bhoomipujan, a Property sales organisers and brokers, on 28/9/2008 i.e on sunday, for my accomodation with very clear conditions that i need a good locality, Safe and secured place (especially no Men staying or coming down for long hours).

                              Based on my specification the agent had shown me 2 Pgs and by Sunday night we finalised a PG in Nerul, Near Gurudwara park, Navi Mumbai, and hence I immediately paid one month rent i.e Rs.2500/- to the broker, after confirm with him if the place was really fine and secured.

                              But that night My lfe was indeed waiting for one of the biggest shocks. I got inside the house and then got to know a lot of wrong things happening there .My roommates told me the whole lot of reality picture there.

                              I learnt that there was a Man coming in every night there and there were things being stolen every day and night from cash to food items to clothes and even soaps and cosmetics.When these girls questioned, the owner who is a professor for MBA, a lady lies saying that the person coming is his brother.She is a Punjabi where as that man is a south Indian.Also we have seen them in really intimate postions. The next day ie on Monday I did a small reserach to discover the fact.So i spoke to the neighbors and teh watch man and confirmed upon the same.So I immediately called upon the called upon the broker informed him, got the deposit money from the owner also. But now when am asking the broker to pay the money back ie rs 2500 to me, he refuses to pay me .I cant believe any reason as to why he has to charge me for no basic service rendered by him.Kinldy assist.

                              Supertech Limited / Builder — Emerald Towers - Cheating without any limits

                              Emrald Towers was started in 2004-05 in Express Way, Sector 93, Noida and was one of the first builder to start construction. While all other builders in the area have handed over the possion of flats complete with regsitration over 1 and half year back; this is still under construction.

                              An imaginary way of fooling customers has been adopted - Noida Authority is issuing Completion Certificate building by building on one plot.
                              The statement is false, when authority given possession to Supertech of land in sector-93A other 03 builders have cmpleted their construction about 80-90%.
                              Very true. There has to be some reason for so many flats unsold. Spending the amount on keeping words / promises will give better results than spent on advertisements.

                              Supertech Limited is not a company to be trusted because of its history.
                              I've a complain regarding the way they're selling their flats through Investment houses. I booked a flat in eco-1 on 27th of March, Supertech withdrew the money on April 3rd. On May 3rd, failing to receive any call or receipt from them after a month, I got conscious and went to their office to inquire about the status, I got surprised to see there was no flat allocated against my name. The tower, in which I had the booking, was been converted to smaller sizes flats and I had no clue about the whole "MESS".

                              This was my first flat, I started building my dream from the time of booking of flat. I actually lived in my dream for over a Month's time and these guys have broke them. Such a shameful act. Playing with people's emotions.

                              Since I had to buy a flat, they showed me eco village 2 project and gave the booking along with the receipt. I hope this time when i go to collect my allotment letter, they keep my flat and tower as they mentioned.

                              I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SUPERTECH.

                              Today I received call from Supertech Ltd about allotment and PAN No confirmation and I was surprise to know that Flat No is different in their records which I have been allotted at the time of original booking form done by Mr. Mukesh Thakur from Unicon.



                              After checking details with Mr. Himanshu Garg from Supertech Ltd, he confirmed that he received application form No with some overwritten from Unicon.



                              I have photo copy and acknowledgment from Unicon of Original Application form, where in this form there is no such overwriting.



                              I mean how this can be possible without customer knowledge, Unicon can change allotment.



                              Who has given rights to Unicon for this change in Allotment from original booking?
                              How come duplicate booking was allocated to customer?
                              Why original booking has been change, might be because of extra money involved in this and they did due to their personal benefits?


                              This is my first flat, I started building my dream from the time of booking of flat. I actually lived in my dream for over a Month's time and these guys have broke them. Such a shameful act. Playing with people's emotions.
                              Dear Same happened with me too.I contacted Supertech for my receipt after haven't heard anything from them for 2 months they told me that my flat is actually a duplicate booking with other buyer. I can understand what you guys have gone through. I fought with them for my unit and they told me to cancel the booking and ask me to apply for cancellation of the booking. I refused to do so and decided to go consumer forum then they asked me to shift to eco village 2 and told me that they will give goodies like AC/ Refrigerator / LCD with the flat which i refused. I asked them to give 4 lac rupees because they hold my 2.3 lac for more then a month if they don't want me to go to court. In the End They gave me the receipt for the unit i booked and cancelled the other guy booking.

                              So dear message is clear. Don't bow down and fight for your right.

                              They are doing scam basically. I was in their sec-62 Noida office today, they are managing entire inventory in MS-Excel sheet. No one will believe about such duplicity, In MS-Excel if you feed right master data once & do booking accordingly, how people’s booking could be duplicate. There is proper planning & immoral management behind this so that they can introduce new scam in real state. I heard in office some broker was convincing super sale guy that “He is in relative of the PA of Finance Minister of India & his booking got duplicate so fix it right now.” So please move on with some high profile next time to resolve your query.

                              So guys please rethink about your booking. If you not think today will weep like CZAR Gr Noida people are weeping.
                              Dear All I have booked a flat in Eco Village Phase 2 on 25th April 2010 and got the acknowledgment receipt on 15 May, and my dealer is saying that you will get the allotment letter by the end of this month.
                              I have also talked with supertech guy and they are also confirming the same.
                              This is True. There is a huge fraud going there. They keep booking same flat for more then one person.

                              I have booked my first flat in Ecovillage 2.I got cheated thrice and this time no resuce.I booked my flat end of Feb 2010.My 10% payment was cleared withing 20 days of booking.My dealer told me that you have been allotted a flat on 4th floor of some tower.I tried to confirm my payments with SuperTEch.After 15 days when i reconfirmed about the same there were 5 names allotted with same flat on same tower.Wt the hell!how this coulde be?and they reason from their side was that my cheque was bounced where as my bank staement showed clearance of all cheques with Supertech . I shouted badly on those guys then they did the next blunder which i didnt realize that time...they allotted me a flat on 2nd floor of same tower.I was a bit relaxed.I got the allotment letter yesterday that i have booked a 1155 sqft whereas i applied for a 795 sq feet one.I was shocked and again contacted them.They are giving all nonsense replies like we will see, i will do.And their VP is sitting at Punjab and saying i am out of station and couldnt do anything.WT the hell! I doubt does this VP has any power?Does he understand the meaning of being a VP? Till today i got no solutions.They are saying me to book in Ecovillage 2 which i dont want.I request you sir to kindly see to my issue and help me out.

                              It is horrible experience with Supertech. i have booked my flat in Eco village 2, at the time of booking they have shown me a brochure where my flat location is in middle, 15days later when i saw their new brochure then i came to know that they have changed the whole layout, now the which i booked, has been shifted to some where else and park facing flat became end wall facing flat. when i complaint to supertech ( sect62 office) then they have told that its in their terms and condition that the layout or specification are subject to change and buyer don’t have any rights to claim the same. buyer have to except the new layout. when i asked for cancellation they became more harsh to me and asked to pay 15% of total cost of the flat as cancellation charges, my booking amt was 1.6laks and they are asking for recovery of 2.4lakhs.
                              best part of this is that nobody neither project manager nor executive are understanding the problem. when i requested one of the executive he said "Bhai cancel mat karao ye legal case kar denge recovery ke liye" aur agar man bhi gaye refund ke liye to 5-6mahine tak koi umeed mat rakho. they will send you to desk to desk, if you do the continues followup they will stop entertaining you. i have lot of things to write of my bad experience, the above story is just a part of that. Today I am running short of time…. will continue with the bab bad experience in next blog.
                              Any one who want to buy supetech property please think 10000 times……

                              i booked my flat no in D7(tower)/102 (super area 1340) in eco village part 1 on 13-feb-2010.i have given 10% amout that is around 2.4 lakhs through cheques.some days ago i got a news that superteh is not making D6 and D7 tower.then i contact with my dealer that is named 5 elements, in noida, and said this to him.he remains careless about the matter and replied that he will look into the matter.when i realized that he is doing nothing except giving false commitments then i goto super tech office at corentham and talked the super tech guys about it. and asked him about the status of my flat.they are saying that ground floor is available but i refused to take ground floor and asked him to give me my cash back, then they tell me 2 options :- 1. wait to cancel the flats by other users and 2. to cancel the flat, and show me the terms and condition of canellation in which there is a clause that 15% of the amout will be deducted and it will take 90 days.
                              when i asked to refund the whole amout + interest to me then they are saying that they will refund the whole amout, but i dont know whether they will refund the whole amout or not???
                              really they plyed with the emotions of the people.
                              it is very shamefullllll.
                              i have given an application to super tech asking about the send me the written status of my flat.
                              and i have give recipt of this.
                              and for cancellation :-
                              they are asking to bring the following documents:-
                              1.application to cancel
                              2.pan card
                              3.bank statement
                              4.original receipt
                              5.afaidavit to cancel the flat
                              6.NOC from the dealer

                              i am confused what to do now ???

                              dear amit, i would suggest to take the unit trasfer, they will drive you crezy and even in 8 months after regular followup. quite possible they deduct 15% of yor hard money. whole system is ...??? cant wirte words in this forum...
                              I fully agree with the comments, Supertech has always betrayed their customers and I am the live sufferer of it. I had booked flat in Supertech's greater noida project. I was refused home loan by all the banks as the project was not approved. I had to fight a case in the court to take back my money after one and half year.

                              I have booked my first flat in Ecovillage 1.I got cheated thrice and this time no resuce.I booked my flat end of Feb 2010.My 10% payment was cleared withing 20 days of booking.My dealer told me that you have been allotted a flat on 4th floor of D4 tower.I tried to confirm my payments with SuperTEch.After 15 days when i reconfirmed about the same there were allotted at 10th floor on same tower.Wt the hell!how this coulde be?. I shouted badly on those guys then they did the next blunder which i didnt realize that time...they allotted me a flat on 4nd floor of same tower.I was a bit relaxed.but when i will tried to conform they was telling me 4 floor alort some one . So Still your booking on 10 floor .I was shocked and again contacted them.They are giving all nonsense replies like we will see, i will do. then we meet to their VP he was saying We will give u 4th floor .but till now it was not given by supertech .So now i asked for cancle thia flat .But till not it ws not cancel .WT the hell! I doubt does this VP has any power?Does he understand the meaning of being a VP? Till today i got no solutions.They are saying me to book in 10 floor in Ecovillage 1 which i dont want.I request you sir to kindly see to my issue and help me out.

                              I also had same experience with Supertech, I booked my two flats( one of my name and other for my brother) in april, they cleared money within a week time, later on I came to know that they have removed tower D6 from EV1 project and after lot of brain hitting at their office, Mr himanshu alloted me 11th and 12th floor in other tower, now latest on 19th Aug 2010, I came to know that again, one of the flat alloted to me has been alloted to someone else as well, this is really shocking.

                              Do we really have any control over this builder? Pl. help for resolution.

                              I too have faced the same problem with supertech. My case has become even worst due to my dealer "Krishna Infratech Pvt Ltd.", through which I made the booking in supertech ecovillage 2.
                              They are equally participating in this fraud game. I am not aware what is going on behind the scene.
                              Everytime I contact this dealer for NOC, I return with a new excuse, and they dont response at all on phone.

                              Friends I would suggest please stay away from these bunch of crooks i, e "Krishna Infratech".

                              I hope this post could save some innocent people from losing their hard earned money by these frauds.

                              I have purchased one Flat in ECO-II of Supertech Porjects and i have received Allotment letter 3rd September, 2010, when we go through the payment terms(CLP Plan) you have mentioned 10% at the time of booking and 10% after 30 days of booking, but as per your price list menitoned 10% at the time of booking and second installement i.e., 10% at the time of Bhumi pujan kindly confirm which one is correct.
                              if you will go for first (10% at the time of Booking), at the time of possession you will ask pentaly for late payment the how can we we arrange the same(pentaly).

                              Dear friends, I want to share my exp with you regarding Supertech.
                              If you don’t get your allotment letter then please go to their office and ask them.
                              Because it may possible that they are cheat you. Today (18 Sept, 2010) I go to their office for my allotment letter, and I meet with Nidhi then I got a big news that my booking has been transfer form EV-1 to EV-2 and they didn’t provide me any notification for that. I booked a 2BHK (1010 sqf) in EV-1 (Apr 2010), I paid them 10% of amount and they provide me a slip in which they mention tower number (C-6) and flat number (103). But today they say me that now my booking is in EV-2.

                              They show me the file I saw my all documents with my duplicate slip and a photocopy new slip with a new flat number in EV-2.and in the back side of the slip I read a line booking has been changed. They said me that my flat has been allotted to some one else now I have only two options

                              1) First one go to EV-2
                              2) & second they provide me a flat in EV-1 at 10th floor or above.

                              Their AGM (Mr Gurmeet) is a great guy I really impressed with him. He is so professional. I told him about the mistake and try to ask the reason, he never say me a single word regarding that he would check the history or check the case and help me. He said ok now what you want, EV-2 or flat on 10th floor on EV-1.

                              I also meet with some people there who are facing problems just like me. I met with a old men who suggest ‘Jo mil raha hai wo lai lo, yai kuch nahee karnai walia’ that old man was facing the same problem and tried to solve the problem from last 2 and a half month now HE SURRENERED IN FRONT OF SUPERTECH.

                              I ask a very simple question from the people of SUPERTECH, how can you allot a flat to some one else who didn’t have the slip. I think they sold the flat again to someone. Really very shocking exp for me.

                              1) They all are corrupt.
                              2) They are not interested in you problems.
                              3) And the fact is that we can’t do any thing against them.


                              So check for your property ASAP. And doesn't rely to them

                              You all know that supertech is a cheater. But what all we are doing? just crying on the net. Had anybody took any legal action or file any PIL (Public interest litigation) to stop supertech and all such builiders to stop them in selling the flats before getting approval from respective authorities.
                              None of the builder in this area get land allotted, lease deed signed or got approval of site plan from the requist authority. So it is joint conspiracy of both Greater Noida Authority and these builders. Rather we can seek help through RTI (Right to information from greater noida authority)

                              I too have a complaint against SUPERTECH, This is worst experience with them. Booked a flat in end of April EV1 and provided the down payment i.e. 10%. But after 6 months the amount details are wrong in the letter. Along with in this 6 months of time I faced so many things. Dont remember how many 100's of calls I made to them for all the matters. Below are some of them:

                              1. SUPERTECH withdraw the money but they did not have information about any of the cheque number of mine, flat number, tower number, etc means they did not have any information.
                              2. After talking to so many people finally I got some other flat number and receipt wherein the location is completely different which was earlier.

                              I can't explain here what exactly I went through but it was my worst experience with SUPERTECH.

                              I REQUEST EVERYBODY - DONT BUY ANY FLAT OF SUPERTECH, AND DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.

                              I booked my flat on 29 march 2010 in Ecovillage 2. That time nothing is wiritten or called for extra tax. Now at allotment time they added Rs, 40, 000 for extra tax. They told me that this tax is new added by government starting from 31 July. Yet my booking was march month, me also have to paid this tax.

                              I am unable to understand that this is Leggel or Illigel, Becuase In Ecovillage 1 this tax is not added.

                              I have booked my first flat in Ecovillage 2 in July'2010. I want to share my experiene with all of you...

                              Supertech is a well known builder, & so I invest my money in ST. But my experience is worst with ST.

                              At the time of booking I hv committed for
                              1) only 02 PLC's(corner & Floor)
                              2) This PLC's amount to be taken at the time of possession.
                              3) Possession time was given 27 months.
                              4) No service tax...


                              But when I went to take allotment letter, these all thing are ulta pulta. there are 03 PLC's mentoned corner & Floor & one more for PARK fainng. & This amount s added in my instalment. And possession time is also mensioned of 40 months. When I went to Chhota sardar, he give me NONSENSE reply.

                              & When I asked for cancellation, he said that 15% amount will be deducted, bt my mistake is none.

                              This is only FRAUD & FRAUD...Now I have realized that "SUPERTECH is a CHUTIA Builder".

I think it is advisable to all of you to create our own forum under the name of "Eco village-1 customer forum" and under this forum we can pursue our complaints to the CMD of Eco village directly or atleast we can strongly pursue the company to act as per the terms and conditions and also pursue to finish the project in time. According to me, if they are doing construction in this speed it will not be going to compleate in 5 years. furthermore, they are the king of their own policies, they are not concerned about the satisfaction of the customer and most worst thing is that they do not have professional officers to answer the querries of the customer.                               I have booked an aptt. in ev-1 and paid my instalment yesterday. i was asked to pay 'service tax' separately for which i got same receipt as 'sale of aptt' and not as receipt for 'service tax'. i do not understand whether the payment made is for service tax or the amount is going into the builders a/c. these builders are next only to politicians-sucking common man's blood. they mention in their T&c that price are 'escalation free' and then take money in other ways.

                              Don't worry. Just need to open your eye's. In the above complaints mostly fault has been happened from broker. Mostly broker cheets to clients.
                              As my experience never trust on brokers. Trust only builder company. Now that company is whatever either supertech or any other.
                              Supertech is a big and reputed company. He never cheats you. But some condition is always come in business where need to take action. But question is that who creates this situation. Answer is : Mostly broker.
                              As per my experience to book the flat in Supertech, Always need to follow the below steps when you going to purchase the flat from any builder:

                              1. Verify the broker. Is it a direct contact with super tech or any other is in middle?
                              2. Book your flat in front you, in there record and Supertech record also. The broker always says to you that, they have booked your flat and send the details of your booked flat to Supertech in bulk etc. But never trust on them. Say: I'll go with you. If you have no time then I'll come again or come with my convince I'll pick you and drop also. Never book only on builder's record.
                              3. Never call any person from broker, to collect or book your flat at home. Always go to there office or your builder office. Note: A person who collects your document from your home, you have only his contact number or there office address, nothing else. So always go to there office.
                              4. Always keep the photo copies of your documents (Including your check) which you have given to broker.
                              4. After booking keep in touch continue with your builder (personally go to there office) to get the status. If you have not got any status with in 5 to 10 days from your builder, then ask to your builder to what step should take either contact to my broker or stop your check.
                              5. If you are not getting any satisfied response then immediately stop your check.

                              By follow the above steps the cheating are reduced around 99%.

                              Note: Builder can change there layout plan before come to final proposed layout plan. Mostly people have said the supertech has changed there booked boiling location etc. Because firstly Supertech make a layout plan from his side and make add there project with that layout plan but that plan is not approved. Supertech sent that plan to Development Authority for approval. If development Authority of state makes any change then that project layout plan will be change. That why builder always take rights to change the project and there layout plans.

                              Finally: Never become relax after booking while you have not got allotment latter form your builder.

                              I have booked my flat in eco village 2 through Buniyad Retails located in sec-18. At the time of booking, Buniyad gave me a Credit note of Rs 29526 which is 2% discount on actual cost of my flat. According to credit note, when I will pay 50% of payments to supertech, then Rs 29526 will be returned back to me by buniyad. Now when i contacted Buniyad, they told me Supertech has not made payments to them yet so they cant me pay back. I think this is not my concern whether supertech has made payments to Buniyad or not. I am Buniyad client and its none of my business how both parties deal with each other. Now I am following Buniyad for discount money promised to me. Please be aware if anybody dealing with Buniyad sec 18.

                              All of the above complaints MUST be true because I have also faced alot of problem with Super Tech. I booked a flat in Eco village 2 on tower no 4 but after 2 days i came to know that this flat is already booked to some other person. When i asked the reason i got the reply that there systems are not updated across in one of the system this inventory was showing available but booked in their main system (SAP). I have to select another tower (C7). Now the trouble started again. This tower is not approved by HDFC from where I have approved by Home Loan. Tower C7 was the only tower in category 1010 size flats which was not approved but there are other towers also which are not approved. These guys never told me this thing before and i only come to know about it through my bank when they STOPPED to disburse the first payment because of problem in map of the tower C7
                              .Now i have given choice, either change the loan lender or look for other flat in some other tower. Since i dont want to go through the hassle of getting home loan approved from some other bank I have no other option but to select flat in some other tower.
                              This builder is only interested in earning our hard earned money they are least interested in people comfort, information etc. They are regular on sending demand letters only no other information is being conveyed to the buyers since there only MOTIVE is the TAKE OUR MONEY.
                              I personally DONT RECOMMEND SUPERTECH BUILDER at all. Please keep yourself away from this builder.

                              Please stay aways from Supertech. They are extremely bad in customer relations. They have the most unorganized staff I have ever seen. Expert in making false commitment and on the top of it, everyone has a new and different story.

                              Totally non-reliable.

                              I have opted to take my money back from them, thought it would be wiser not to risk 90% for the 10% initial money. They have been commiting that they will return money... no success till day.
                              I have booked a flat here in E2 Tower and post the HC order, I have been following on the status with the company. They however maintain everything is fine and nothing to worry about.

                              I have created a group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/SupertechEcoVillageII/ for all those who have invested in this project. The idea is to unite together against any odds and then talk to builder directly in group as against individual.

                              We all know that nothing happens when an individual approaches them.

                              For my flat, I have given them a letter yesterday with three options:
                              1. I ll not be demanded with any pay till the title is cleared by court of law
                              2. If there is no judgement in next 10 days, I'll be entitled to choose and shift to any other property in Supertech without any deduction.
                              3. If there is no property that I like, I'll get the refund from them within two weeks without any deduction.

                              I have been told that they will approach their directors and have some news by EOD Saturday. Will keep you updated.

                              Now while The Supreme Court Descision has come on Sabheri Village Lan Aquisition, The Supertech Builder is still not clearing the scenerio.

                              They are still misguiding us. On 14th may'2011 they had mailed a circular copy in which they had confirmed that their project is not coming on disputed land and all is OK & not to worry.

                              Now while discussion with their customer care team, they are telling that 5 acre land is affected in EV-II project. & Still they are not clearing the picture that which tower is affected.

                              If they knew all about this then why they were assuring to all is OK.

                              It's a state of complete panic for us. I just want my money back. But, they are saying that if I cancel my booking, 15 per cent of the booking amount will be deducted, which comes to Rs 1.25 lakh in my case.

                              But question is that what was the investor's mistake. Why we got loss about so much amount. Builder knew all these things & they should give all our payments with interest also.

                              I keep all the documents related fraud by this builder & If they will not give my all money with interest then I will submit a case against SUPERTECH.

                              I would like to request to all of my friends which have invested in SUPERTECH EV-II & their flats are coming in disputed land and they would like to cancel their booking "Please gather in unity & submit a case against it as we are safe in each & every aspects." I hope that we will win & receive all our amount with interest & compensation also.

                              I have booked my flat after that i got payment letter on 6th july.On the same date decision comes against you.After that you are not collecting money.I have enquired for the same.But your people says that when the problem will bw solved we will shift your flat.Even i have mail from crm that you will got flat in another tower.After that you have send the letter for cancellation to us, when the prices have been raised.So if you want to cancel my flat then you have to said it straightforward when i have enquired first time so that i can take flat from another dealer.So if you are not able to give flat then you should pay me the amount greater by this much as the prices have been raised.If you really said you are doing for customers.Then you should do that.
                              The supertech limited has done another thing.They have cancelled the flats of the persons without giving any prior notice
                              This happend with me and many other.The supertech Ltd.Cancelled the allotment on the lame excuse of not depositing the 10% amount of cost.How ever they kept on sending the next demand but did not mention any where the short fall of the amount of 10% even though I got the agreement and allotment letter from them.It is surprising that the due to short payment of 6800/-They cancelled the allotment of many people those who paid amount short by 2000/-.Its also surprising that without giving any opportunity to the person or notice of short amount they canceled the flat.
                              Since they are expecting the increase in the rates and trying such tricks to throw the old buyers and inviting new buyers at higher rates to make there losses good which they might have suffered by paying bribe to govt officials and the ruling govt.
                              My appeal to all consumers those who have got the cancellation letter without any prior notice from the supertech to join hands together and thrash them in the court of law or gather in front of the office of supertech LTd to teach them lesson and so that the cancelled flats may be restored.

                              Please advise me about any experience you have with Supertech regarding their Renessa project. I am planning to invest in the same but am wary if it would be safe or not.
                              Never believe them.They have just cancelled the flat of noida extension.I have booked my flat in may 2011 by giving 50000.After that few days they have lost the case in high court and they stop take money.I go to office in may for understanding amount.they told me file is not completed when it will be then you will be asked for money.But they never given me call.After july they are not taking the money for these projects.I have visited office to pay money.Suddenly i got the cancellation letter from office in december.As i am a innocent working person.some how for builder i submit my affidevit.But they havnot given me refund my money from that time.So this is the height of builder fraud.So rest is your wish if you want to go with them or not.In another unit they told me to give possesion on july 2012.But as everybody know they havenot start construction.So they should pay me my rent money.They are not paying that amount also.So people should unite and stop the work for other projects also like supernova, ecociti.

                              We don’t agree with your statement because cancellation letters have been issued only to those who have not paid as per conditions of the sale agreement.

                              3) Just to inform all our clients through this query that we start the process of refund, only when we get all the documents for the same. Customer query is prime importance to us, so we serve each and every problem through mails, phone calls and via internet as well.

                              Project is not in running state and Supertech is sending the demand letter, and if no one paid in time line they are cancelling the booked unit. Means aisa phasiya hai saloon ne janta to dohri maar de rehe hain. Also they are recovering the interest jo pehle nahi diya tha...aur bahut kuch hai

                              I had a demand letter from supertech dated - 7 feb 2011 and total outstanding is 4764 Rs. Which i paid on 16 Feb 2011.

                              Now i got another demand letter after 2 yrs of booking in which they asking me for the interest of RS 13909. This interest they count from beginning means before 7 FEB 2011. I visit their office so they are not ready to listen any customer and if we are not paing this amount with in given time frame they are going to cancel my unit.

                              And also project is still in dead state. so why this Installment now...

                              My flat No. is in towerB-36, 606.Supertech eco village 2.After lot of fraud, just to hide your fraud you start lying you have not send the above comment for the mentioned flat.There employee priyanka says we will restore your flat.After that supertech send the above mentioned comment.They just need money only not interested to give flats.They have given BBA by mentioning that in starting 2013 they will give flats.they are not providing flats and no penalty for that.Hype of the fraud.

                              I am totally agree with shilpa...They are blackmailing the customers indirectly.
                              1. Unnecessary interest for customers.
                              2. Unit cancellation if not paid.
                              3. No bank provide loan for noida extension.

                              And many more. Another big issue some customers complaint about the demand process.
                              Exa. Demand letter issued on 8-August-2010, and due date in that letter mentioned is 1-July-2010.
                              and now they are asking the interest for same period then why demand letter ????
                              I am also asked to pay interest for booking period to 2nd installment under DLP. I want clarification about the amount which the builder should pay to customer due to late poccession of the flat. Will the builder pay us the same...if Yes adjust it in our interest amount. They are mentally harassing us. they should atleast look at the background of the customer. We are middle class service class people. For us 85000 is a huge amount. we are already paying interests to the bank for a project which was not even approved properly. Shame on the builder for their unexpected demand. If you have so much scarcity of money ... why the hell are you starting new projects here and there ??????????????//
                              If Supertech is demanding interest for booking period to second installment period under DLP Plan that too when there project was not even approved at the time of booking, which we were totally unaware about.                               I had booked an flat in ecovillage 2 on 26 April, 2010. At the time of booking seller told me just do 10% payment and do the rest payment when DP plan will get approved from banks. I got the demand letter in November 2010 that my 85% is pending I went to supertech off and collected allotment letter on 2 December and submitted it in bank for the further documentation of bank for loan. loan get passed and transferred to supertech on 21 dec 2010. Now they are asking for the interest of that period too when the DP plan was not funded from bank also amount is quit big 161 k. They are not listening to any one.

                              At last my suggestion to future buyers pls re consider think 10 times before booking from supertech. I am caught in their bad situation where I cannot cancel my unit also cause I am paying bank emis too.

                              I (PRABIR RANJAN MISHRA) had booked Flat no 301 in Tower B 15 Eco village 2, vide your Noida office at Sector 18 on 3rd Nov (through your employee/agent Mr. Manish Srivastav (Mob No [protected]), and had also mentioned the Flat no & tower no on the back side of the cheq, but without my any confirmation or discussion I was given B306 in Tower B16 & the cheq has also been sent for clearing today. Why your MD Mr. Arora talks for transparency on TV and the company Supertech do this type of behaviour with the customer.
                              At this moment I had no other way but to withdraw money vide ATM and to let the cheq bounce, but who will pay the cheque bouncing charges and my this harrasment???

                              4. The Clause 8 pertaining to common facilities is present on Page 7 This relevant Clause has been omitted. This important clause should be inserted as it is in new agreement. (P- ) These facilities were committed to be provided by Supertech.

                              5. In Clause 10, Page 7 there is no provision of one year advance maintenance Charges. New thing has been added. In Clause 11, Page 8 there is a provision of advance one year Maintenance charges. The advance one year maintenance charges should be removed. (P-8) No such type of financial implication should be added at this stage.
                              6. The Clause 16, Page 7 is sufficient and transparent. Several New things has been added. The Clause 17, Page 9 is confusing & not in line with earlier one. This particular clause should remain as it is as per the original agreement. (P-9) Adding such new things at this stage are undesirable. Further refer remark under Sl. No. 2.
                              7.
                              - The first line of Clause 29, Page 10 should be corrected. The word ‘Commercial’ & ‘ECO VILLAGE’ is wrong. The word “Residential’ & “ECO VILLAGE I/II/III” should be used. (P-10)

                              - The Clause 35, Page 11 is a new added Clause. This Clause was not in original agreement. This Clause should be removed at first instance. (P-11) It is not desirable as par the law.

                              Note : It is our humble submission to issue an amendment to earlier signed agreement at required places by keeping earlier one intact without making it null and void to avoid future legal complicacies for successful / earlier completion of the project.

                                These guys have created a new benchmark in cheating gullible home buyers like us. I would trust my money with robbers than these fraudsters. I booked a flat in Supertech Czar in 2007 with a promise that the delivery will be complete by March 2009. If you visit the site, it'll be a miracle if the project gets completed by 2012. Everything, right from the buliding hight, landscaping, number of buildings and number of flats has undergone radical changes. I'm not sure how do these guys manage Government authorities but there is clearly no transparency in the way this company operates.
                                Unfortunately they are still able to trap customers by innovative advertising and marketing. A lot of newspaper scribes also seem to be well taken care of as they keep writing good about the promoters and the company.
                                Let us form a forum to bring these crooks to book.

                                I Agree. They are in fact goondas who does not deter to show musels to their consumers. R.K.Aroa and his associates are great cheaters, crooks.
                                I agree with the above complaint . I am also suffering with the same pain . I booked my flat in Supertech Ceaser Royale in Sep 2006 and promised to deliver by March 2009 . I visited thier office several times but they are really big cheaters . It is still far away from the stage of completion .
                                supertech is onebig [censored]in company who just want 2 sell their products anyhow..none of their project is approved and its my sincere request 2 everybody dat dont buy any flat of supertech as it will sheer loss of your hard earned money..
                                I am defence personnel in gwalior.I received pamphlete of supertech regarding their CZAR projects from settelers property agent in AFND, Race Course, N Delhi (Air Force Station) which is running by Ex Wg Cdr Sujoy Mukherjee.The spl discount is given for defence personnel i.e. only15, 0000/- is the basic price for 780 sq ft, 2 BHK with 2 toilets &2 balcony.Total price will be aprox.17, 0000/- including covered car parking. 780 sq ft is sply made for defence personnel in raksha tower.I almost convinced by them and plan to book the flat giving 50, 000/- as a booking amount.Today accidentally I open this page and confused.Can anybody advice or guide me wheather I will invest or not? pl.hurry becoz 2morrow i will start for delhi for this property. regards for everybody.

                                After going through all the posts on internet at various sites appearing since long, if you still want to fall in the trap of Supertech, no one can save you. They have the capability to manage all authorities including people connected with delivering justice.

                                Not even a single project from Supertech is without any problems and where customers have not been taken for a royal ride. I myself is one of the victims.

                                  I have just shifted in Supertech Emrald court. It is a horrible experience. After 10 days, R.) is not installed, Sewage system is blocked, Toilet is not working, etc etc.

                                  No one is responding.

                                  There people are not working during the office hours. They are ready to work in evening time for extra money. They are stealing the material from stores.

                                  Horrible. Looks like living in goverment or dda flats. Not sure, they may be better than this.

                                  I strongly suggest, If you dont want to face the situation, I am facing,

                                  Check with the people living here, before buying.
                                  Supertech Limited responds to only potential buyers questions. Once you have paid the booking amount, they simply stop responding.

                                  The best test before invsting hard earned money, is to go and see the condition of their 2-3 year old project and talk to some actual buyers.

                                  Supertech is known for bad quality, delayed delivery, issues with statutory clearances. And above all, none in the administrative machinery or Noida Authority will listen to you - money power works very well for them.

                                  Suggest, bring your compliants in writing (I am sure, no one will acknowledge your written complaint).

                                  Supertech Captown is the worst project in Noida. Although the price range is a bit cheaper than other apartments, the carpet area offered by the Supertech is much less than what other builders are offering.

                                  The carpet aread/super area percentage for Cape Town comes in the range of 50-55%. So you only get approx half of what you pay for.

                                  I would request all of you to please analyze this before going for Supertech Capetown.

                                  We booked one Flat in Golf Village at Yamuna Express way. Supertech cheated with us and the prices are change after submitting the form.
                                  We directly booked the flat with supertech sales team for being safe. But we got cheated.
                                  And nobody provide us detail of booking amount and later on when we checked the prices are changed.
                                  Supertech didn't take any approval towards us. We mention our email id, Mobile numbers and address on the Form.

                                  After this I'm also agree that supertech cheated with their customer's and changed the prices after submitting the form.
                                  Till now the sales team didn't ready to face us and continuously reply that they are on leave.

                                  As issue in Noida extension is resolved, So I am planning to buy a flat 1545 Sqft in Supertech eco Village-2... seeing layout and project progress, I already made my mind.. But seeing these many complaint and constraints. I am bit confuse. Even carpet area is really very less, what other builder is offering.
                                  If any one had any booking in last 6 month in this project let me know their experience..

                                  Right from day 1 there is leakage in flat. All the walls are spoiled.

                                  No one attends. They will even make you guilty for reporting again and again.

                                  Any Idea, when will we get the possession of Supertech Capetown.
                                  It was promised that possession will be started from Apr 2013 + 6 month grace period. After looking the progress photo of the project, they will not able to complete in another 1.5 to 2 years.

                                  What about the delay penalty. Is he paying the delay penalties to any user or we should file registered complaint about Supertech.

                                    I am a teacher in Commerce Department of Meerut College, Meerut.

                                    I had purchased a flat from M/S Supertech Limited at Palmgreens, Meerut-Hapur Bypass, Meerut in January 2007 and had made all payments upto July 2007 except the one that was to be paid at the time of possession.I was assured by the company in writing that the flat would be handed over positively by June 2008 and if the posssession was delayed beyond June 30, 2008, a penal rent @ 4/- per sq. feet will be paid for the period of delay.

                                    In November 2009 I approached the builder M/S Supertech Limited, Noida to give me the possession at the earliest and also give me a statement of balance to be paid at the time of possession afetr adjusting the penalty rent that the builder company is required to pay for the delay.

                                    Initially the company did not respond but after my insistence, visiting the site several times and giving another letter, the comapny issued a letter in which the company had claimed interest @ 3% per month on the amount that was to be paid at the time of possession. The possessions in the matters have not still been offered, nor are the flats ready for the possession even today. I had taken loan from HDFC to buy the flat and have been paying interest on a sum of Rs. 950000/-.

                                    You are requested to take up this matter to the appropriate level on my behalf and also on behalf of all others who are suffering due to such wrong practices of the builder comapnies. Since all cases like me are facing the same high headed treatment from the builder company which is behaving in totally unethical manner.

                                    Your cooperation in taking up the issue and spreading awareness in the interest of investors in general and helping in enforcement of moral and ethical discipline by builer companies will go a long way in building the trust and investor friendly environment.

                                      Hi,
                                      I had booked a flat in Supertech Livingston project at Crossings Republik. I had paid PLC charges related to Floor, East/Park, club Facing appartment. Now this builder has launch a new project "Glaxy Tower" on the green area/ park within the same premise thus reducing the park area. This tower as per there latest map now stand infront of our Gallery thus leaving no space to so called Park Facing.
                                      I have booked in this project in 2007 and since than this project has been modified a lot. Earlier they promised 750 flats and now with this launch the number of flats have been increased to 1500. Moreover they have not updated the old allotees about this launch of new towers. With this launch I and many other who have booked in initial time feels cheated and let down.
                                      Is there a way this greed of builders can end, they dont want to leave a single piece of land vacant just wanted to earn as much as possible by giving false promises.

He said that i will not return your deposit becoz you came here directly without broker and if you will go to police then i will do very bad with you and while i was leaving house, he was giving slang words. So i want to say every one that please donot take any flat without broker and naver take that flat.

                                      Can't tell you much in details but don't get trapped with this builder.. I am the current vicitm of this builder.
                                      I am also victim of this builder. They have weired logics for everything. Above false roofing therir will not be cemented wall :-). I do not know how many fools like me are around who are cheated by this Builder. I strongly feel that their quality team/certificate should be revoked.

                                      I have booked the Property in Supertech Eco Village -I in the month of March 2010 and we have paid 10% of the Property . When I booked the Property my flat is park facing and this additional cost is not involved in my flat. When I get allotment later from builder they add additional Rs. 20000 in my flat cost. Second thing after 6 months there is not a single construction is start from builder. And they are demanding money . And loan is approved from HDFC bank . when we talk to bank for disbursement of loan we came to know Eco Village -1 is not approved from bank because Builder has not submitted the papers to bank. And our loan is under scheme of 8.25% till 30th September. And not a single person pic up the call at Spertech and when we go personally they are not giving proper reply .
                                      It seems Supertech is making money only... They don't care about the people... we are responsible for this as we are rushing for their projects and hence they are encasing the situation.

                                      I have been alloted wrong flat no. in Eco Village - II and I am running behind of Supertech and thier property consultant Prithvee, Sector -18, Noida but no response.

                                      I am really fed-up as I have sent a letter through Indian Post to their Chairman but they people don't have courtesy to reply of the same. ...

                                      Please stay away from Supertech. These people are cheats. I have booked a flat in Livingston. Now they have sent a letter to me for possession after 27months of delay. And instead of feeling ashamed these craps has put penalty on me for late payment where as there was delay from Supertech side providing the papers to the bank. While booking I had opted for Covered parking and there was no mention of small car & big car. Now they are asking for another Rs50, 000/- for converting it o big car parking where as it was not as an option while booking in 2009.

                                      Please do not go to Supertech. For them once the customer has paid the money he will be treated as a dog (Customers are like God- for these people it is just opposite).The people dealing with customer are very rude. One Mr Anil Kapoor is there who is handling the Livingston project. He has done PHD in behaving rudely with customer.

                                      In furtherance to below mail full name of the liaison person of Supertech, Main accused involved in the matter is Mr Vikas Tyagi.
                                      Mr Vikas Tyagi, during current incident out burst has informed links with Criminals in the Bhangel area.

                                      So, in case of any body injury/ any further attempt of Murder/ Murder of me or any of my family member thorough investigation of Involvement of Mr Vikas Tyagi & his criminal links with Bhangel Area criminals should be investigated and he should not be allowed to leave city till complete investigation has been conducted, Immediate necessary alert on his movement watch, tel conversations may kindly be initiated and he should not be allowed to leave city till the time investigation is completed.

                                      Further clarification on the Death Enclosure constructed under the Emperor-1 are as under:
                                      1.The same has not been constructed with the approval of RWA, matter in detail has been replied by ECO RWA VIDE E.MAIL DATE 15.12.2013 transmitted at 22;25, neither any written approval from the
                                      noida Authorities is their.
                                      2.Two storage rooms constructed within the enclosure are convenient place to store dangerous material /hide out place for criminals/terrorists.
                                      3.Partition wall and Glasses doors are obstruction for obstruction free movement in case of accident.
                                      4.Noida authorities in all their show cause notices have requested for the removal of the wall.
                                      5.Non removal of partition wall is one of the main reason for Parking conjunctions.

                                      REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE NECESSARY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE REMOVAL OF DEATH TRAPS CONSTRUCTED IN THE OFFSET AREA, REMOVAL OF PARTITION WALL AND REMOVAL OF ROOMS CONSTRUCTED WITHIN ENCLOSURE.

                                      Purpose of request to Hon'ble SSP, NOIDA is happening of incidence around 12.15 hrs on Dec12, 2013 BELOW EMPEROR-1, SUPERTECH EMERALD COURT, SECTOR -93 A, NOIDA-201304 & to HON'BLE COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, DELHI is because builder Head Office is at Nehru place, New Delhi, request for thorough investigation of the previous mails pending for investigation & current incident as builder & his officials have inspired confidence for no action till date, Details of the current incident are as under :
                                      Noida Authority officials from CAP, HOUSING AND MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT visited site on Dec 12, 2013 around 11 AM for verification of facts related to serious Non compliances, continuing of Illegal Construction of Apex & ceyane Towers, Illegal occupancy, encroachment, destruction of public road, dumping of construction material in park area & Builders Acts requiring Investigation under THE PREVENTION OF TERRORISM ACT, 2002 as they are seriously endangering life of more than 450 Families staying in seriously non compliant, accident prone Supertech Emerald court ( Marketed as Dream Project of Builder as Jewel Of Perfection ), Sector-93A, Noida-201304.

                                      First Meeting was held in the Illegally occupied sales office of the builder in the Ground Floor of Illegal Apex Tower, Gist of discussions is as under :

                                      1.Noida officials in spite of being aware and information available in the record of the Illegal occupancy did not raise any objection on holding of the meeting there.
                                      2.Important References:
                                      a.Complaint filed by 56 Residents with Police and information received through RTI, INVESTIGATION OFFICER CONFIRMING SERIOUS IRREGULARITIES AND CONFIRMING CHEATING AND OTHER CHARGES FOR WHICH FURTHER ACTION FROM SSP IS STILL PENDING
                                      b.FIR filed by residents - FOR WHICH ACTION FROM SSP IS STILL PENDING
                                      c.Media report on Accident in the complex and cancellation of Fire NOC.
                                      d.All correspondences done by Undersigned, other residents & RWA with Supertech., Noida and other Administrative authorities.
                                      e.Special ref to Copy of letter dated Sept 11, 2013 written by RWA to CEO.
                                      f Final Show cause Notice date Aug 6, 2013 Issued to builder and Fire committee report.
                                      g.Issue of fake certificate.
                                      h.Allhabad High court judgement regarding U.P.Apartment act, possession & occupancy certificate.

                                      3.During review of final show cause notice requirement it was observed that not even a single requirement has been fulfilled by the builder although illegally extended compliance period has expired on 15.11.2013

                                      4.RWA members With ref to Notification ref no 2213/[protected]N./85 dated Nov 10, 2010 issued in Supersession of Notification ref no 6435/[protected]N./85 dated DEC 05, 2006 asked Noida officials
                                      Why provisions under Chapter 2 Under pra 5 & 6 Informing requirements pertaining to Building permit and layout plan .Under para 12 provisions related to Scrutiny of building permit have not been followed, even most important provision Under para 20 related to issue of Occupancy certificate have not been followed, which none of the Noida official on visit could explain, providing conclusion that these provisions have just remained in the files of concerned officials as all mandatory compliance related requirements to be fulfilled by builder have been totally ignored.
                                      5.No where In the above referred Notifications or NBC code as adopted by Noida authorities provisions related to Space Frame and relaxation of fulfilment of mandatory compliance requirement considering Interconnection between group of towers being referred by Builder & Noida authority as Building Block has been provided, Noida authorities officials were asked to provide reference which they could not provide
                                      6.Noida authority while providing reference to Above referred to certificate obtained by Builder from the Associate professor of Roorki, which has been established to be a fake certificate.
                                      7.Noida authorities have ignored Mandatory requirement of submission of NOC from FIRE and Environment by builder while giving various permits/ amendments to permits and issue of partial completion certificate, reason for same also could not be explained by VISITING Noida officials.

                                      8.CFO Noida vide letter ref 881 DATED APRIL 24, 2012 HAVE INFORMED HIS OBSERVATION ON SERIOUS NON COMPLIANCE RELATED TO DISTANCE BETWEEN TWO BUILDING BLOCKS WHICH TILL DATE HAS NEITHER BEEN EXPLAINED NOR REPLIED BY NOIDA AUTHORITIES, Mr Mukesh of CAP department informed that he shall look into this and provide reply.

                                      9.During course of discussions RWA officials explained that periodic meeting held with Supertech officials are to provide feed back on the quality of execution & expedite execution of compliances & no where intention of such meetings is to provide dilution to compliance requirement or accept delay in execution, RWA MEMBERS REPEATEDLY EMPHASIZED URGENCY OF REMOVAL OF DEATH TRAP CONSTRUCTED IN THE OFFSET AREA, however builder by using RWA meeting selective references and correspondences, ignoring subsequent correspondences tried to justify non removal, builder's act through project director to justify to avail dilution and delay is highly objectionable & illegal as Notification ref no 2213/[protected]N./85 dated Nov 10, 2010 issued in Supersession of Notification ref no 6435/[protected]N./85 dated DEC 05, 2006 clearly mentions that FINAL responsibility of execution in compliance with NBC NORMS AS ADOPTED BY NOIDA AUTHORITIES IS THE RESPONSIBILTY OF SITE PROJECT/TECHNICAL DIRECTOR OF THE BUILDER, AND APEX COURT IN VARIOUS JUDGEMENTS HAVE REFERRED THAT NO AUTHORITY HAVE GOT POWER TO DILUTE WRITTEN DOWN MANDATORY PROVISIONS, however Project Director ignoring all these written down provisions and Apex court judgements have continued with serious non compliances putting in danger life of more than 450 families staying in the complex relying on strength of false certificates obtained from the concerned authorities and have further derived strength from Noida and other authorities for not taking action according to provisions laid down in the relevant notifications as per law and working per their dictates.

                                      After meeting Noida Authorities officials made a visit and made following observations:

                                      1.Encroachment of Noida drain and footpath, continuing of Illegal construction of Apex And Ceyane Towers, illegal visitor parking outside complex as Visitor parking as Per NBC provisions have not been provided within the complex, spoiling of road, destruction of park surrounding and dumping of construction Mateial, Mr Mukesh Goyal of Noida authorities took photographs of these.

                                      2.Within complex Noida Authorities observed continuation of car parking in the offset area, not removal of death trap shade from the offset area, Immediately after entry to basement, MR MUKESH COMMENTED THAT IT APPEARS BASEMENT OF A VERY VERY OLD BUILDING AFTER HAVING FIRST GLIMPSE OF HORRIBLE CONDITION OF BASEMENT WITH DIRTY FOULING SMELL COMING FROM TOILET, spillage of water all around and adhock installation of sprinkler pipes without approved hydrology plan .
                                      3. Team was taken Below Emperor- 1 to show continuation of seriously non compliant situation, while explanation was being made showing two storage room construction within the enclosure and non removal of partition wall, MR TYAGI LIASION PERSON ASKED ME TO STOP AND NOT TO UTTER A WORD RELATED TO NON COMPLIANCE, FOLLOWED BY MR A.K.JAIN, both of them continued to shower their anger on me and attempted to Man handle me, but they were hold by colleague residents however continued with their threats to man handle and Murder me.
                                      4.At this juncture My colleague resident Mr S.K.Sharma advised me to leave the site to ensure my protection from manhandling and outbursts from Mr Tyagi & MR A.K.Jain, I followed his advice and left site and on reaching office immediately sent the E.Mail to all concerned.

                                      Request for thorough invetigation in the matter, visit site for physical verification of the information provided above, arrange recording of the statement of all concerned & conduct lie detection test at the earliest and to provide protection to me and my family members .
                                      In view of the above incident, its' very important to know what report the Noida Authority officials have prepared. It might have been the pre-planning of Supertech in connivance of Noida Authority Officials to create such scene & then walk away & finally make such report that goes against RESIDENTS.

                                      So, its' important to get in touch with Noida Authority Officials at the earliest, find out the facts & record their statements pertaining to varification & incident, concerned Noida officials names and Mobile nos are given below:

                                      I have also booked a flat in Supertech Livingston F Tower, however the builder has delayed the posession by over 1.9 year. i think we should contact all the buyer and collectively complain about the possession as it seems that they will not be giving possession before december.
                                      from last one year every month supertech GM-contruction of Livingston says that it will take another three months. last year, we could not save tax because of not getting possession and this year also supertech is trying to the same.

                                      the buyers of supertech livingston should join hands and complain against them together.

                                        Either you have created this post wrongly or have done it intentionally assuming many people may read only the sujbted and think positively of Supertech Limited.

                                        So far main line of business of Supertech Limited - builder and real estate developer, is concerned, none of the projects are free from issues.

                                        If you are actullay looking for help, approach your parents, they will give you much better advise.
