I just want to say that the supertech is making fool of people., Lot of duplicacy in the booking of flats has been seen in the inventories.
I myself is one of the victim of this, i booked one flat in supertech ecovill-2 in May'10 through one of the channel partner i.e Investor clinics. they booked my flat in A-6/705 after checking the availabilty, i agreed and gave them a 10% cheque to book that flat. On the receipt of payment the unit was mentioned C-11/705, it shocked me becoz i booked A-6/705 and on receipt it is printed different. The Investor clinic people convinced me that the supertech has just changed the tower no. but the location and flat no. which i choosed is same, so there is no need to worry it just a change in Tower no.
Then after a month Investor clinic approached me and said that the flat which i booked has been changed to 706 from 705 by supertech. I shouted on the executive of investor clinic and told them that go and get it clear from supertech becoz i have the original receipt which says C-11/705 and if there would be any change then supertech would have called me up or sent a mail. I doubt that this mistake has been done by Investor clinic. I called up at supertech office and confirm for the unit C-11/705, they said it is issued in my name i.e Kamal Deep Jain, I got relaxed and got to know that investor clinic people is cheating with me, either they have sold this unit to other customer in good price or some issue is there. Investor clinic called me up 3-4 times to come and settle down and told me everytime different story that this tower has been sold to some corporate, 705 has been alloted to some other person so come and choose other unit. I told them are they blonde(means fool) when they were selling me they checked for this unit and then i agreed to it. and now they are harassing me.
Finally i went to Supertech office sec-62, there i met the executive who check the inventories, i explained him the whole situation and check for my unit, there i found a huge blunder that on unit C-11/705 is booked for two people 1 is for me and other is for some other person. I saw this not only in my case but 4-5 more on that day that same flat booked for 2 people. Then i spoke to some senior person overthere and sort out the issue. They said that they have receive the amount from me first for this unit so ethically i have the first right to get it. Also, they have some other choice if i want to shift from that tower to other tower of the available choice and better location, its upto me if i don't then that unit 705 is mine only.
Here, i want to take your attention that SUPERTECH being a big builder and such an unprofessional approach that ' how come the one unit which has been alloted to a person can be alloted to other person' the channel partner is doing that mistake and they are following it, means in there system nothing like that to check wheather this unit is free or booked by someone to avoid duplicacy, which further creats problem to customer and their staff. they should not issue a receipt if that unit is already sold and that will avoid furhter problems. And, if channel partner is selling the sold property to other person than it's a case of forgery against them.
So, guys be aware of this and before booking any unit pls. check that is has not been booked by anyone else to avoid further trouble becoz you choose the location with thinking a lot and later on they put any where.......
