This is Tripti Sharma,I have booked my flat in Supertech EcoCity on[protected], instead of making regular payments I am unable to have MY ALLOTMENT LETTER from the company. Infact I used to get threats from the people of Supertech for the cancellation of my flat.My flat number is in tower - N Floor is 14th and Flat no is 1502, Super area is 1595 and basic sale price is 2766. I am continuously getting abusive threats from the Employees of Supertech. This is my humble request to you to look into the matter and help me to have my flat so that I can make the payments accordingly. I had also mailed them many times regarding this but not getting any reply. I hope I will get some satisfactory reply after this mail.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I have booked a Studio Apartment in SUPERTECH upcoming project CZAR Suites, Greater Noida, on behalf of there commitement that they will give me "Return on Investment" cheques for repaying the monthly EMIs to bank, only after releasing 95% of the flat payment, now I have already made 95% of the flat payment by mid Nov'11 and I am following up since 2 month for getting the ROI Cheques, there responses so far are as follows

    ABHI 4-5 DIN AUR LAGENGE
    BOSS BAHAR GAYE HAIN
    SIGNING AUTHORITY NAHIN HAI
    HUMNE TO NAHIN BOLA THA KOI ROI CHEUQES DENGE
    MERE PASS TO CHEQUE BOOK NAHIN HAI JO PHAAD KE DE DOON
    AAP GALAT AADMI SE BAAT KAR RAHE HO CUSTOMER CARE MEIN PHONE KARO

    My one Home Loan EMI is already running, and affording a additional EMI of Rs. 14k per month really not possible, which is hitting the home budget very hard. Pls. suggest the way forward asap.

    I full agree with this, they are just not keeping promises they made. Even i have also booked one studio in socrates bcz they promote them on 12% assured return & 85% Bank finance. After trying so many months & paid processing fees to IDBI, Reliance & Corporation bank, no body provide 85% loan. Only IDBI offered 65% (i have proof letter for the same).

    I had only option either i have to pay rest 35% from my pocket or cancel the flat, but despite false commitment supertech's one of so called agents (brokers) told me that they will take 3-4 months to give booking money back & also after deducting 15% out of it. Then i had to sale it to some other guy, now i just heard, that guy is also facing the same situation. Nobody gets assured return cheque yet.

    I am happy that i came out from this luckily & took decision on time to sold it out. But one thing is common, supertech has very bad customer care & after sales service. After taking booking amount they treat customer's like beggar. They forced them to wait in their office for hours & even no senior is ready to greet your request.

    Friends, my suggestion is to avoid this builder like plague. Don't ever, ever invest into it. Otherwise you will get worst nightmares of your life.

    I am yet to hear something from your end on above request and the worst part is your accounts people have stopped responding me on telephone calls, they are simpling not attending my calls, today I have wrote a mail to [protected]@supertechlimited.com as well for your early response.

    Today I have called up at your Toll Free customer care no. @[protected] and again got 1 more telephone no. for followup for ROI Cheques and same case, even that guy is not attending the calls on mobile.

    CAN YOU PLEASE REACT TO THIS SITUATION AT YOUR EARLIEST.

    Friend, I just came to know one more thing, that Supertech starts their projects without getting proper approval from authorities & people invest their hard earned money in those projects & got stucked. Supertech is just a real blood Sucker, god bless you for your ROI Cheques...keep following them...

    REAL ESTATE COMPANIES ON ASSURED RETURN BASIS IS AGAINST SEBI & RBI ACTS AS PER COURT ORDER DATED 29.08.2012

    Division Bench, consisting of the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw of the High Court of Delhi, on a public interest litigation WP(C) 5324/2012 filed by an investor, have issued directions to the Reserve Bank of India and Securities & Exchange Board of India to investigate against real estate companies who are inviting booking of property from the public with assured returns. The Hon'ble High has also further issued directions to take further remedial steps not only in restraining inviting booking on assured returns but also to take other action as permissible under law as well.

    ORDER / 29.08.2012

    1. This petition is filed in public interest. The petitioner has brought to the notice of this court that respondents no. 7 to 10, real estate development companies are inviting deposits from public with assured returns with buy back options. The submission is that the same amounts to banking activity within the meaning of Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 as applicable to non-banking financial corporations and is without the permission of the Reserve Bank of India as well as SEBI and cannot be undertaken by respondents no.7 to 10. It is further pleaded that not only are the said activity illegal but it is possible that small time investors having limited funds would be duped by such companies.

    2. We find that the petitioner had sent a representation to the Reserve Bank of India and SEBI only on 10.7.2012. Learned counsel for SEBI has appeared on advance notice and has submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, action has been initiated and the matter is under investigation. He has produced copies of letter dated 06.08.2012 addressed to respondents no.7 to 10 asking them to submit required documents to take further action.

    3. Since the matter is already under examination by the concerned authorities, it is not necessary to entertain this stage except for directing the RBI and SEBI to conduct and conclude the probe at the earliest and if it is found that respondent no.7 to 10 are not eligible to undertake such activities, take further remedial steps not only in restraining these respondents but also to take other actions as permissible under law as well. Petitioner shall be intimated about the outcome of the proceedings of the SEBI. In case the petitioner remains aggrieved by the action taken by the concerned authorities, he would be at liberty to approach the Court.

    With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.

      I have booked a flat(No. 1602) in APEX SUPERTECH TOWER, Sector 93, NOIDA recently in May-2011 directly from builder . At the time of booking Builder told me that during first transfer only administrative charges( 10000/-) will be charged.
      Even it was mentioned in clause No. 52 of agreement. Now due to some unavoidable circumstances when I’m selling this flat, different person from builder’s side is asking different amount. There customer relation Manager t is asking that they have not decided amount yet, and their account manager is asking 100 /- per sq feet (One lac Rs) which is quite unreasonable. Now since last 10 days I’m just waiting to get their confirmation regarding this issue. They are not allowing me to meet any higher authority to whom I can discuss this issue.

      My complaint is that when 6 months back they confirme me 10000/- Rs transfer charges, then how and due to what reasons, all of a sudden they can raise this amount 10 times more. Now in these circumstances I have no option but to take help of court.

        Dear Sir,

        I have booked a plot in Upcountry Project of Supertech Limited in October'2010 and paid earnest money of Rs. 2.00 lac at the time of booking. At the time of booking they have committed to arrange 75% value of the plot as loan from their Financial Partners viz HDFC Bank, India Buil and LIC Housing Finance. But the loan process has delayed because of farmer agitation in Noida Extension and change in layout as per suggestion of the financial planner. Without providing an opportunity to investor, they have cancelled the allotted plots as delay in payment, having no fault from the investor point of view.

        Kindly look into this matter and advised

        This Builder is doing such practice and doing harassment of its invester's hence the rate of this builder is lower than the others in the same sectors.We also have such cases against him, we are planning to fight with him in courts.

        I'm facing same problem and finally... 4 Ocotober I paid to Supertech for all money with loan amount but my plot is cancelled by Supertech without notice and my checked return to me...

        Supertech don't have solution totally cheated with us...

          I had booked a flat Unit No. A-305, Plot size- 1000(sqy.) in upcountry project in November, 2010, a confirmatory mail from Supertech was also sent to me. After paying my 10% of booking amount i.e 1,40,000 and I have apply to loan in HDFC and got approval from HDFC 9,75,000/- in January, 2011 but after some time Supertech changed his layout and so I’m not able to disbursed due to some problem changed layout

          In February, 2011, I got new plot no. A-120 after changed layout by mail so I have contact to HDFC bank (Mr. Deepak Kumar) for loan and always get feedback from bank when I said to disbursed my loan but he said that he is waiting court result that we will disbursed and villager on road so banks is not taking risk Yamuna express land around June, 2011 - Yamuna expressway land because of Authority controversy continue

          After few days I contact to Saurabh garg (Supertech) for loan then I apply for loan again in LIC bank and got approval (12,50,000) in September, 2011 then I have said to disbursed (4,00,000) and paid 1,400,000 on 4th November 2011
          then supertech said to me that you plot is cancelled and 7 November 2011 I got a demand draft letter from supertech I have already paid to supertech then he is not taking check then said your plot is cancelled without informed me and I have requested so many times to vivek then he said you have positive result then I reached 2 and three times in supertech and talked with Abhishek and Mr. Sudi he said lets check your profile and call me on Monday after 15 days I’m not getting any feedback from supertech I reached again then discussed with Mr. Sudi he said I can’t do anything with your case we have strictly order that cancelled plot then said that nothing is solution then I have to ready my interest to delay payment then no body is talking to me on this that your plot is cancelled and you have to continue that available on new rate so supertech is cheated to me

          Please confirm to me that how to continue my plot and i'm ready to pay interest

            I had booked a flat Unit No.1305,Tower No.CG-3, Flat size-1295(sf) in captown project in July'11, a confirmatory mail from Supertech was also sent to me. After paying my 10% of booking amount i.e 4,17,000 I was told that the said unit can't be given to me as the same has already been alloted to some other customer.

            I had never expected & thought of such a blunder from a brand like Supertech, as a result of which I had to ask for my 100% refund. I was requested by Meenakshi (Marketing Manager) to speak to Mr Arun Kapoor(CMO) on the above said matter once. He offered me couple o[censored]nits in phase 1 itself but it was on 18th & 19th floor however the unit I had booked was on 13th floor in phase 1 of capetown project . Somehow things couldn't match with my requirements as Phase 1 was almost sold out & I didn't wanted to go for Phase 2.

            With this I was assured that my 100% Refund will be processed on prioirty since its not a cancellation case & the Supertech team was at fault for this blunder & since then it has been more than 5 months which is even higher than their refund process of 90 days. I requested all their levels but all in vein till date.


            Can anyone let me know what is going on here. Why are these unnecessarily follow ups??.. this is just not expected from a brand like Supertech please.
            May I please know my fault on this, what I see is the only fault that I had booked a flat with Supertech???... which was never alloted to me due to your internal processes & fault.
            It's now approaching 6 months & going by the market ROI I expect 12% return on my money.... Will you be giving me this??.

            Now I am planning to go legal, I can now wait for an year but will have my money refunded with interest & file a case of mental harrasment.

            Dear Mr. Shukla, I filed a case against Supertech in similar case at consumer council Delhi, i am sure about my winning, please go to consumer foroum and teach alession to supertech.
            I booked my flat in cape town in sept 2010, and paid them Rs. 3 lac total, when my loan was refused by ICICI bank, i offered them to pay it from my own but builder refused to accept the payment due to hike in market. i am fighting an i m, sure to take back my unit.,

              Dear Sir,
              This is with reference to my booking in Name of CHANDRA GUPTA R/O E-317, Tagore Garden Extension, New Delhi -110027 for an apartment (G-803, 7th Floor)size 1295sqft under Supertech project “ECO-CITY” at Sector 137, Noida had booked on 15/3/2010.

              I would like to bring my matter in your kind notice that clearance of documentation had pending since my booking due to some operational problem that has yet not to settled down and subsequently I did not get allotment letter too. I want to make my payment since beginning whatever pending under my plan on clearance of deal.

              Supertech had sent two letter on my communication address of dated 22/6/2011 for ref: STC//Eco-892 Subjected-“Final Demand cum cancellation notice in respect o[censored]nit G-803 in Ecocity Project” and another communication of same dated 22/6/2011 ref:STC/Eco-892 subjected-“Notice for cancellation of allotment/booking of flat no. G-803, Ecocity, sec-137, Noida.”

              This was very wondering & socking because one of the communication was about intimation for disbursement balance payment within next 15days else Supertech Ltd would cancel my booked unit (While yet not to receive any clear documentation about booking T&C) and second communication of same dated about cancellation of my booking on immediate effect which have contradictory between of both communication therefore both of communication got void and not valid legally.

              I have written many communications to get clear documentation for booked unit and clearly conveyed to Supertech Ltd that I’ll not pay any installment until-uless Supertech will not resolve my matter.

              Now, Supertech diplomatically has cancelled my booked unit and asking to get fill their affidavit to get refund after deduction as per their T&C while Supertech Ltd is using my money since March’2010.

              You are requested to get help-out me from this condition.

              I have booked a studio apartment in Ecocity sector 137 Noida. As per agreement the possession date was Dec 2012. Now it is more than 2.5 years, and there is still no news when the project will be completed and when we can get possession of our units.


              I have been regularly following up but have always been given false assurances and dates on the possession.


              The indefinate delay is costing me heavily.

                I had book a flat in the project called Eco-Village 2 (Shahbari Village) of Supertech Limited in March 2010. Due to my personal problem, I cancelled the said flat in October 2010 and requested for the refund of money. From then until now, Supertech people have asked for numerous papers on legal and other grounds and are not refunding my money. Now, that Supreme Court of India have cancelled the land allotment of Shahbari Village and have reversed it status as agricultural land and have asked the Greater Noida Authority to return those land back to the farmers of Shahbari Village, there is no question of any legality on the said property or the projects which were upcoming on those property. But, still I am not getting my money. Please do the needful. Thanks.

                  I and my few my friends have booked Flat in A1/A2 towers of Supertech Livingstone in Apr-May 2007 with procession date Dec 2009. Project is delayed by 20 months and they are not paying any penalty . Other builders in same region are paying penalty every month.

                  2nd thing-

                  We all have to pay net amount =Procession amount –Penalty but these guys are not taking care about penalty now. They are saying that please first pay the interest charges at the rate of 36%. They never talked about it earlier.
                  Every time they will call you in their office if you will raise issue and will not clarify anything just say please clear your dues. We have to fight to waive of interest charges and to get penalty.

                  We talked to following people but they are not replying.

                    your company does not take any noc by greater noida authority. you did not free the land of noida extension by order of supreme court . you are a robber, do not follow the order of supreme court.So please return the my refund with interest.My refund is 2,10,000.

                      Let me share with all you my grievances so do not face the same.
                      I had booked a flat in eco villege I, at the time of booking all i was given only rage photocopy of application form....believing SUPERTECH is big name so I can trust on oral commitment, so I filled in and given cheques for Rs, 1.10 lacs. I was told even if you dont wish to carry it you can sold it to the company with no deduction.....I was fooled by the UNICON people who are well trained to speak sweet and lie but dont give anythig in document form, Even they told me to give 10% discount but later I discovered that Booked at higher rate and I was forced psychologically to make wrong decision by saying that rates are going up. this booking was done in April2010,

                      Later I did not wanted to carry with this and wanted to sell but as i had booked at higher rate so i did not get any other investor and then i thought to cancel it then i came to know there is flat deduction of 15% as i was given allotment letter only after a gap of 9 months, even i filled for cancellation and consoled myself to have big actual and opportunity loss.

                      Filling cancellation application itself was full of hessel as i was asked to collect NOC from Unicon the booker of Supertech, I went offices o[censored]nicon but they denied to give it later I was told to give Affidafit in that matter which I gave to supertech.

                      Supertech People apparently making people run between Unicon office and their office even they had idea that unicon is not giving any NOC.

                      after successful filling Cancellation application, I patiently waited for given float period of 90 days as a good child then I called supertech people and started inquiry and still doing the same, I needed this money urgently but I can not think what to do........, as a civilized citizen I can only put request and beg.....I almost lost many productive working days and money in giving calls to supertech but they are only adding to my pain... almost 4 months passed and I am..... feeling very bad of myself.

                      The white collar crime and exploitation committed by Real Estate Developers are bigger than any thief and decoit but they are never put behind bars.

                      The are causing illegally financially loss and trauma to thousands of people but nothing is done against them.

                      Reals Estate claims to be Highest employer in the country...but have no regulator, All heavy investment and black to white is done in this industry....but Govt is doing nothing as Govt and law makers are getting their...Shares in the booty, I strongly condemn the Govt approach towards this.....A comman man can not raise his voice as they are so legally and financially trapped that his all wisdom get limited to basic needs, If an ablly positioned person like Ramdev and Anna Hazare comes....Govt hunt them with CBI and Income Tax............

                      All big economic players robs common man and pay booty to these Govt officials.......(as proved in 2G scam).

                      I appeal common man to come forward and force Govt to come up with a strict regulator like SEBI, RBI for real estate developers as well.

                      Govt morns...consul...express concerns but never came with any action...., which is grave concerns..............

                      Please dont be fools with the hand of these developers and dont listen but ask documentary proof.

                          I have shifted in Supertech provided flat nearly 6-7 months back. Supertech have charged a handsome amount to provide luxury specification. within 1st month, One of my bedroom got seepage issue and supervisor promised to repair/paint. This work is still pending.

                          Wooden floor's plank is not properly fixed. We are still waiting for replacement.

                          Bath tub is provided without hand shower and when asked then they do not have one.

                          Recenly, POP placed to hide many construction defect started coming out. When i approched to supervisor then he sent a worker who promised to correct all the items on payment of Rs. 3000.

                          Their marketing staff promised that club membership is free for residents but now they are asking for 1 lakh.

                          Their was delay of 9 month so delay penality need to be paid but silence on this point.

                          Overall I would suggest do not put your hard earned money in Supertech builder's project. Their quality is poor as well as they are not ethical.

                            we booked a house with supertech in the emerald court sec-93 n had given rs.13 lacs as booking.due to sum loan issue we requested them to shift our money in their other property, called ceyane heights which was within our budget n we wud not need a loan for that.this was suggested to us by one of the employee only n said intra-transfer is possible n cn easily b done.however the authorities refused, we dont knw on wat grounds.instead they deducted 15% from our booking amount stating late paymenti.e rs.2 lacs. they also kept on hold another rs.1lac13thousand,stating there was some internal corruption n sumbody misused tat money.Our booking was done in april2010. It is now more than a year and we have lost rs.3 lac13thousand without getting anything in return. we are calling them almost everyday. Mr.Sahoo, the sales head is never available or always on lunch break. our frustration is going beyond limit now.we are mentally tortured.we really want to know how we can take action against them.doing all these fraud, now they are building moon tower....see how corrupt they are....isnt it too much..

                                With lot of expectation, we had submitted an application form for booking a flat in Eco-village II, NOIDA extension. This application was submitted through Investors Clinic (Shri. Nawanit Kumar, Business Development Manager, Cell. No.: [protected]; Shri Neeraj Sharma, Assistant Director, Cell. No. [protected]) who had informed us the cost of flat would be Rs. 27,66,600/- and we filled up the application No. 1894 which was stamped and signed by Investors Clinic). A cheque of Rs. 2,50,000/- bearing No. 569262 issued by State Bank of India dated 14.3.2011 was submitted along with the application form No. 1894.

                                On March 18, 2011, we received an email along with scanned copy of the part of application where rates were mentioned which had been modified without our knowledge using whitener/eraser and total price was altered to Rs. 28,47,500/-. We informed Investors clinic about disagreement about the amount.

                                On March 22, 2011, it has been confirmed from the bank that the cheque of Rs. 2,50,000/- has been cleared and debited to Supertech from my account. Though till date, we have not received any communication or receipt from Supertech.

                                On March 26, 2011, we have received a call from Supertech regarding the application form submitted to book the flat in Eco-village. Immediately, we refused Supertech about the application form and requested them not to book the flat. We also informed that the manipulation has been done with the amounts submitted in the original application form is not valid as it is not signed and/or countersigned neither by the applicant nor co-applicant. After few minutes, we called Customer Relationship Manager, Supertech and also informed the same. This is the case of misinformation and cheating as we had never agreed and never signed / countersigned any document with altered prices.

                                In view of the above, we have no option but to request you to refund the debited amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- without any deductions and take up the matter with Investors Clinic. With this request, I submitted a letter to you on April 1, 2011 giving reasons in detail copy to Investors clinic.

                                On April 4, 2011, I have given letter as reminder (copy to Investors clinic) in continuation with my previous letter dated on April 1, 2011 (giving reasons) requesting to refund my amount.

                                After repeated reminders to Investors clinic, we realized that they are doing nothing except giving false commitments. This is the issue of cheating and fraud to the customers. It is therefore requested to kindly refund the debited amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- without any deductions and take up the matter with Investors Clinic so that other customers may not suffer.

                                  I booked a flat in supertech Eco vilaage - 2,
                                  After booking they not only chage my flat number and direction but also they chaged the tower name.
                                  When I ask for such a reason they people didn't give me any suitable reason , Moreover theeir behaviour so disgusting. So as a result I submit the application in supertech to make my flat to be cacelled and refund my money. Even I also submit original slips and affidevit as per they demanded to make my flat cancel and to refund money
                                  But now they extend week by week to refund money (from Last two months).
                                  It is humbly request to please take some serious action against such big cheater builder.
                                  So that they can't make fool others as they did with me and also help me to refund my money Please Please.
                                  I certainly this very cheater.

                                    I had filled an application form and given a chq for the project CAPE TOWN in Sector 74 Noida in the month of Sept 10 . Not hearing anything from them till Dec 10 I filled another form, the third form was filled by me in their office and given to supertech employee , fourth and fifth form and chq was given to VP sales and marketing . When nothing happened till Feb 11 I spoke to Mr R.K.Arora the chairman , still there was no response . I visited thier office in Noida to resolve the issue an find out the reason for holding my chqs and form. Mr Mohit Arora MD did not even have the decency to spare a minute to talk to a customer who has been harrassed for the last 6 months, Mr R.K.Arora Chairman has meetings so a single customer is not important. Mr S.J.Sodhi VP Sales , a marketing person and his language is like we can sit on any customers chq and form for as many months as we feel like without informing the customer . It is for the customer to run around the back of the people in Supertech to get their booking cleared. The attitude was rude and like if you wish to invest it is your headache.

                                    A company whose ethics run on this kind of views of Senior people is not a company wherein we investors should invest our money. Please think ten times before investing a penny in any project of Supertech . At the start of the project this is the kind of behaviour , no one knows what might happen after 3 yrs when it is time for handover of the project.

                                    It is a totally unprofessional company with unethical practices and rude people so try some other project coz they do not value their customers . In case of any issue there is no one to help the customer there .They are just making money not thinking that they should adopt the value of selling a dream home. The customer is the sufferrer at the end of the day.

                                    I have booked a 2BHK flat (E1-802) at meerut sports city on 20 Oct 2011.But I am very sorry to inform you that till to date I have not received sale to agreement/allotment letter against this flat from your side.
                                    I already communicate this matter several times to your meerut office (with Mr.Naveen Mr Sachin and miss. Neeru Sharma) and to your Noida office (with Miss Neerja chaurasia).
                                    Due to the same my loan is not getting sanction from SBI Renukoot as per bank it is necessary requirement of bank and I am unable to pay rest of amount to you.

                                    Supertech is one of the big fraud in Noida and the culture they follow is ridiculous and very unprofessional...I have so much frustrated with Supertech and still facing lots of mental trauma everyday. Supertech is not ready to return my money and even threatening me to pay them more money and everyday adding so much interest. They are threatening me to sign the stamp paper if I want to cancel the booking. The booking form was signed by JKM on my behalf without my information changing the per sq ft rate of the flat. I am everyday facing so much of mental trauma about my money which is with Supertech and not ready to return.

                                    I have booked one flat in supertech Eco-Vill-I, through your channel partner i.e. M/s Steel Sun Prop Mart Pvt. Ltd. (M/s SSP Ltd.).                                     Dear All, I have taken 3 BHK in Supertech Czar in 2013, the possession is delayed moreover in full and final payment they are asking an amount of Rs 187+ Service tax in the name of compensation to be given to farmers. The amount demanded is not mentioned any whare in the allotment letter. The letter which is being shown by the CRM team is dated 2011 issued by Greater Noida Authority, which is never discussed and mentioned anywhere. This is ridiculous and shows that they can do anything.

                                    I have made booking in Supertech "Basera project" under management quota with the name "Deepti Naga" d/o Girdhar Lal Verma.

                                    At the time of booking (July’14) the unit area promised was 746 square ft. for 2BHK. & I paid cheque of 2.63 lacs for the same in favor of Supertech.
                                    While at the time of filling application, no such area was mentioned!..

                                    At the time of filling application (Dec’14), they changed the area for which they didn’t even care to inform me.

                                    Supertech mentioned two Unit areas for 2BHK –
                                    1. Unit area of 546 sq. ft with booking amount Rs. 96, 425/-
                                    2. Unit area of 592 sq. ft. with booking amount Rs. 1, 01, 425/-

                                    I paid cheque of Rs. 1, 01, 425/- in favor of Supertech for booking o[censored]nit of 592 sq. ft.

                                    The allotment had to happen via draw. And Since I booked it under management quota, I also paid premium of Rs. 7, 16, 000 cash extra for management quota booking.

                                    I went to draw that held in Gurgaon this month (4th Sep'15), but due to disputes created by people there, I couldn't get my Unit details.

                                    I spoke to the CRM of this Project (Victoria Masih) at the draw place (Apparel House, Epicenter, Gurgaon). She told me that I don’t have to stay at draw & I would get unit of 592 sq. ft. I asked her to payback the difference of extra premium amount. She said I can get it back.

                                    After a week when I didn't received any updates on my flat allotment, I dropped a mail to Supertech. After three reminders, I got a call from Supertech stating that I would get unit size of 546sq. ft.

                                    This is a total cheating and misleading deal!
                                    They have taken all the demanded payments from me, and now they are giving me the smallest unit size which everyone is getting without paying premium amount.
                                    Why should I get area of 546 sq. ft when I have paid booking amount for 592 sq. ft.?
                                    Afterwards, My father and me spoke to Girish Kumar Gulla (VP sales & Marketing) and addressed the issue. I told them that all the premium cash was paid at Supertech Gurgaon office premises and if I am not getting the committed area (746 sq. ft.) I must get the difference of the premium amount. Girish promised us that he would speak to Gaurav Sehgal (Sehgal Esatate) and ask them to pay back the difference. Since then Mr. Girish is not even picking up the call.
                                    I am regretting a lot with the services of Supertech, seems they all are team of Cons !! This is a total mental harassment as my money is stuck with them.

                                    Supertech is Fraud. Once you buy flat and fell in their trap, Supertech will start charging meaningless charges like increased area and many more. These charges will always come during completion of your project. Supertech will also not give you penalty for full period of delay. They have many clauses added in their contract.                                     Upon completion of Construction, the Builder receives this Certificate from the Municipal Authorities.                                     A Permission to Occupy a Building, given by the Municipal Authorities, after verification of all supporting Documents, adherence to Building standards, Fire Safety standards for HighRises, Elevator and other Electrical Safety, provision for Water Supply and Disposal, etc. The legal possession of the Flat by the Owner is valid only with the Occupancy Certificate.

                                    A final completion certificate is awarded after the construction of a house is complete or if a group housing or apartment society is formed. It is a mandatory legal testimony to the fact that the builder has not violated any building rules and standards such as the floor area ratio limit, structural design, distance from road, quality of construction, distance from surrounding buildings, height of the building, number of floors and other criteria, along with an attested and approved building plan.

                                    Government Rule:-

                                    1- As per government rule, This occupancy certificate is mandatory for every residential complex, which is larger than five units, to obtain the occupancy certificate.

                                    2- It is illegal to move into a flat or house or sell out the flat without receiving the occupancy certificate whether Registry done or not.

                                    3- A buyer can move into his/her new apartment only once the occupancy certificate (OC) has been received, other wise government will considered the property as unauthorized property and they can remove buyer out of his/her house whether buyer had registered his property.

                                    Supertech pressurized me to take the physical possession and registry with out the OC and CC with saying that Supertech will charge me delay possession/Registry penalty.

                                    I had done the registry of my flat to avoid the delay penalty and now the Supertech is not giving me the OC and CC of my flat.

                                    This is my humble request to you please provide me the OC and CC of my flat ASAP so that i can Occupy/Sell out of my Flat or let me know who will bear the loss of selling amount if customer will pay me lesser amount of this property in future days or loss of the amount which i am paying as house rent to the landlord in other place.

                                    I have booked a property in Supertech Officers enclave Sohna, in month of October 2016, through Investor's clinic. One year back, Investors clinic have informed me that this particular project got scrapped and I should shift into Hill Crust in same premises .

                                    I accepted that and paid difference amount. But I have struggled for months for proper fund transfer from one account to another and still struggling for loan swipe.

                                    I tried to approach everyone but no result (no one is ready to pickup phone calls).
                                    Now I have to take one day leave to visit Supertach office at Noida, (I am in Gurgaon) just because of no one is picking my calls (neither cell phone nor board number).

                                    Now I am feeling that dealing with both organisation was my biggest mistake of life.

                                    Every time I am forced to deal with new person at Supertech (Today I don't know with whom should I talk with). Ms Rita Harpal, Ms. Ritu Singh, Mr. Praveen Kumar etc. were dealing with me but today no one is with Supertech

                                    I keeps on calling on board number, but no one is ready to pick the phone.

                                    Mr Prem Madan was my KAM at Investors Clinic, who is not with organisation now and I don't know, with whom should I contact. Finally I had approached Mr. Katyal (CEO Investors Clinic) through social media for no result other than one -two phone calls asking about my problem.

                                    I never seen this type of shameless behaviour in any oraganization, where mails are roaming with copy to MD and CEO, but issues are not getting rectified.
                                    Please let me know when should I expect closer of all issues related to this property

                                      Yes Never go with SuperTech, as this company is cheating the buyers with adding so many clauses in allotement letters.
                                      You cannot trust supertech. Once you get into their trap you will never come out of it. Be careful, if you have spare money and are willing to loose it also, please contact supertech as there are very good chances that they cancel your unit without any fault of yours and don't give your money back. you will not only loose money but spend time also following up with them.

                                      Super Tech is the most corrupt and fraud builder in Delhi NCR, Never ever think of booking a falt wiith them.

                                      Supertech submitted a false affidavit with NOIDA Authority that it has consent of all the buyers of ECO 1, 2 and 3 to increase the FAR, however none of the buyer gave their consent for FAR increment.

                                      Super tech has started giving possession without obtaining occupancy certificate from Noida authority.
                                      Both these are fraud case and Supertech may have to face legal actions against it.

                                      Same thing happen in Emrald court (sec 93) where builder started two new towers without buyers consent. Hightcourt ordered to demolish those, case is pending in Supreme court now.

                                      Overall none of its project goes without corruption. The worst builder, beware of it.
                                      Supertech is a big cheater; they will never give you the flat as committed at the time of booking. They will impose forcefully additional charges and hidden charges around 10 to 20 lakhs at the time of possession like Labor charges, Water changes, farmer charges, Escalation changes, maintenance charges, Late payment changes and many more. They will changes the layout and size of the flat without taking your consent. You cannot expect quality and timely possession from Supertech. Your whole life becomes hell in meeting with CRM team of ST. CRM is the biggest liars, they will never reply to your mails once the possession date is near. I request everyone that never ever book any flat with supertech.

                                      I paid 25% money for purchase of apartment in Supertech hilltown in 2014. The posession was promised for 2017 December, but till now the construction is not started. The government provides no protection topurchaser from builders.

                                        This is in reference to the Booking of the Flat # 008, Tower - B8, Ecovillage-I. I submitted my papers for loan approval and as per the directions of the IDBI Bank, on 14th Dec'10, I made a payment of Rs. 139000 to Supertech from my A/c as the earlier one was through my friend's Account which was not accepted by IDBI Bank as per the Banks' rules and regulations.

                                        On 16th Dec'10, the payment was credited to the A/c of Supertech and it was promised by Mr. Vishal that the payment will be credited back to me within 3 business days. earlier, it was promised by the above-stated person, that the payment will be credited back to me within 3 business days of the payment credit.

                                        On 20th Dec'10, I reached Supertech's Office at Sec-58 to collect my cheque as per the written communication received from Mr. Vishal and Ms. Neha. After reaching to the Office, I got to know th the Cheque is not ready and will be given to me in the next 2 business days.

                                        On 25th Dec'10, I reached Supertech's Office as per the communication by Mr. Vishal but was unable to collect the Cheque as your Office was closed. It was communicated to me that I may collect the Cheque on 25th Dec'10 from the persons present in the Office, but of no use.

                                        On 27th Dec'10, I contacted Mr. Sanjay (Collections), and he aplogised and promised me to arrange for the Cheque till Tuesday i.e., 28th Dec'10

                                        On 28th Dec'10, I went to Mr. Sanjay and asked for the Cheque but again, of no use. He asked me to meet a person in the same office and told me that he will assist me in getting the Cheque on the same day. I waited there for around 2 hours but resulted in no gain. At the time of leaving the Office, it was promised that the Cheque will be delivered to me the next day at my residence.

                                        Now on 29th Dec'10, I am trying to contact Mr. Sanjay but he is not attending the call, nor responding back. Nor, the cheque has been received by me, as stated on 28th Dec'10.

                                        1> Will Supertech pay the Interest on the amount I have paid in excess to them as I am already paying a huge sum of interest to a private lender ??
                                        2> Who is responsible for this mess ??
                                        3> What punishment will be given to the person responsible ??
                                        4> Do you need every customer to proceed to Consumer Court for this mis-managment ??
                                        5> Do you treat every customer like this ??

                                        If anyone of you think that you have any responsibily towards your work, please call me and provide a suitable reason.

                                        i totally agree with the above statements SUPERTECH and INVESTER CLINIC are FRAUDS they take almost 1 Lac extra during booking and second installment and now when i ask them about the above, they are putting me on loop and telling to go to merrut office or noida office etc. Now i don't have any other option other than just keeping quit as i have paid around 7 Lac to them.

                                        I just want to warn other customers who want to buy flat in SUPERTECH . Keep your eyes on the booking form and documents as they will increase some rents and charges in your documents without your information.

                                        They are experts in doing Fake signature.
