[Resolved] Surat Diamond Jewellery Pvt Ltd — My order was not delivered. | |
I have purched a set of books from India Today Book Club in which I got a gift voucher worth Rs. 5000/- by which i can either choose a holiday package or purched a diamond jwellery from Surat Diamond Jewellery Pvt Ltd. I selected second option and ordered a diamond earring of Rs. 10000/- from Surat Diamond Jewellery Pvt Ltd on 09-Sep-2008 by Order Number : SD/2008/1137. They replyed me through e-mail that my order was accepted and i have to pay ramaing Rs5000/-. I deposited that money to Surat Diamond as per their instruction. Thereafter I received their mail that they got money and sending my order within 15 days. But when i don't got my order i informed them about that so many times by e-mail and over telephone. They are now returned me check of Rs. 5000/- instead sending my order or check of Rs. 10000/- along with interest. I had complaint about this to Surat Diamond and India Today Book Club. ON THE DATE OF 1/02/2010 I GOT A CALL FROM INDIA TODAY GROUP.THEY OFFER ME THAT I HAVE COOSEN BY INDIA TODAY GROUP AND THEY RE OFFERING ME THE VOUCHER OF RS 5000 AND TOUR IN INDIA FOR 3 DAYS AND 2 NIGHT AND ALL THE EXPENSE OF THAT TOUR, WILL PAID BY INDIA TODAY GROUP .FIVE STAR HOTEL HOTEL RENT, EXPENSE OF 3 DAYS AND TWO NIGHT WITH TWO ADULTS AND ONE CHILD WITH DINNER AND LUNCH, 25000 RS JWELLERY PURCHASE VOUCHER FROM SURAT DIMOND . AND I HAVE T SOO PAY TOTAL 3198 RS . IPAY THEM THEN ALSO.THEY R NOT RESPONDING ME. THEY MUST HAVE TO PAY ME PACKGE OF TOUR 5000 CASH AND 25000 OF DIMOND JWELLARY VOUCHER.

just complain against them in consumer court and ask them to reimburse you with the intrest on Rs 5000/- as they will only bear the intrest on 5000/- not on 10000/- as the money u deposited was 5000/- . after that also write that due to the late and inconvienience caused by them u were also unable to redeem ur voucher on holiday, so ask them to issue a holiday voucher once again. C.C to india today also as they are the concerned company regarding this and u are the privielage customer to them not to surat diamond .
