Surya Roshni Ltd. is a fraud company owned by Mr. Agrawal and the master fraud Mr. Ved,This company makes recruitment thru campus and take the students to the N.G.O. and show the students as thier followers to the government and grab a large funds frm govt. and spend little on students to kp der mouth shut. The cmpny has no requirement at their plant and continously picking the best students frm best colleges. Running a Hinduism ZIHAD and building students mind against MUSLIMS and trying to break the UNITY of the people. Life at Surya is miserable and worst than a prisoner in a jail. I was really shocked to see such a complaint. I didn't expect this to come out of frustration once u are out of it. Well, it depends on an individual how he perceives it. You took it negatively, and hence you were not accepted in Surya. Jhinjholi was a platform which gave an opportunity to survive in extreme conditions and within cultural limits. If you are a spoilt brat, it is tough adapting here. And so you blame it on running 10 kms a day. I am from one of the IITs, and i never ran this much. This is just an exhaggeration. Drill was tough, i accept. Meditation, yoga was new and may be tough for people. This was just an attempt so that you make them a part of your life. It was your choice. You took this negatively buddy. And hence, you keep writing here stuffs. You are out of league now, i dont know why are you trying to highlight such a pointless issue. Every company has its way of working. You go to some MNCs, there is just professionalism. In addition, Surya is homely as well.
Regarding work here, I never had any complaints. I accept that a person of X background is put in Y department, but why are you taking it as a negative aspect. Try to take it positively. You get an exposure to different sections of the company. I was initially in marketing although i didn't have any background in it. Still, I took it as a challenge and then entered quality control department and this helped me to understand the coordination between market and quality issues at the same time. It helps buddy.
Surya believes in employee statisfaction. Recently atulya bharat yatra was organised involving 5000 retailers. It makes policies based on suggestions from the retailers, dealers. If anyone has any say, they are given a chance. Each and every employee is happy to be in direct touch with the higher management. You won't find it elsewhere.
Finally, Whoever are you, i dont ask for your identity. But i would surely ask you to think twice before you act. This act of yours is not appreciable even if you exploded all your frustrations out. So, calm down. You have issues, talk to us. We are from the same breed. We understand each other well. So, it's your call now before it worsens further.

Ab personal improvement ke liye kuch to mehnat karni hi padegi. kewal air conditioned room me baith kar personality development to nahi ho sakti.
Whatever Surya teaches it's benificial for you only. Just try to analyse all the things with cool mind and you will get your true answer.

NO, that’s not true Surya company is not fraud company I have completed this 3 month Training and now I am more physically & mentally fit. In that period I attended the Naturopathy camp it benefited me a lot to be mentally as well as physically, Naturopathy treatments like nutrition, proper diets and massage helps the body and the diseases can be cured without medicine. This training has really helped me a lot and I am very fortunate to be a part of surya.

Before the Sunrise Holy Hour. In Ayurveda the time between 4 and 6is. Is known as Brahma Muhurta or Time of God. It is believed that during this period the mind can easily concentrate on mediation, prayers, life goals and studies... And they are giving Daily 7 hours time for sleep it is sufficient for the person.
If you still have doubts try it for yourself

So i like to clear one this this is new generation science is growing very fast
and in todays world if somebody will say like this then this is quite unpleasant to hear...
I just want to say that engineer are here to job...and engineering is not so easy and cheap...
so every engineer want good job and handsome salary...and engineers do follow the culture and tradition...
the thing which surya taught everybody knows if he is well qualified...that is his own wish whether he want to follow it or not...no need to force this on others will...
And i have heard about this company, my friends are working there...but no body is satisfied because of poor hr policy and lack of management...and the top management are not professional and not so much educated...
I think company should look towards its progress rather than imposing decision on other...
and one thing more if some company hire somebody from the campus that means that he is employee of that company and if he perform bad then you can throw him out of the company...
but if you judge him according to jhinjholi traning then it is wrong...
This training is good...but don't impose it on well qualified people...
Its is good for kids and children...but beside this you should also make them aware of outside world...

Its depend on your atmosphere you are living in from your birth and the antiquates taught by your parents...
Parents are enough to make there child well settled... well educated...well behaved...
if your parents cant teach you...aur you dont want ot learn from your parents then you can learn it by some external pressure...

if some had done his grad in particular stream then it is company duty to put him in that particular line only...other wise his career will be destroyed...and there will be no difference between normal graduate or 12th pass and engineer...

we feel proud that we have been trained at Jhinjholi Training centre.
i was 95kg before coming to surya but bcoz of all the physical activities, i brought it to 76kg. now i look smarter and feel very energetic.
meditation is what people are going towards now a days. same about Yoga and Pranayam. and u r being paid for this also so whats wrong in that...health+money...wht a gr8 combo poackage na...but its ur badluck that u missed it and i feel really very sorry for u...

Infact i have not called it a fraud.that post was put by some one else.
But In my opinion, with time you have to make several changes in your training schedule.
Like for ex-persons were forced not to use soap at all(allowed only once in a week).It looks quite strange.
I mean with growing years, You need to make changes.
I mean you consider this training very good right, It might be..But in any case it should not be forcible.
If you ask me the true feedback of the Jhninjholi NGO, There are various things which are not going in the right direction.There might be a possibility that even management doesn't know about it.
Anyways The only thing i would like to say some systems need to be changed or modified there to make it efficient. Some things are really not right there from our opinion.
That is the view that even my other friends also have.But they never had the courage to say.But i have.Because if something is wrong, it need to be told.
Also I have not registered any complains.The complain was registered by some other user.
Morever I posted again due to the post by "onenonlyx".It means that there are some persons in Surya who would like to see things from different prospective and understand our views.
