Surya Roshni Ltd. is a fraud company owned by Mr. Agrawal and the master fraud Mr. Ved,This company makes recruitment thru campus and take the students to the N.G.O. and show the students as thier followers to the government and grab a large funds frm govt. and spend little on students to kp der mouth shut.

The cmpny has no requirement at their plant and continously picking the best students frm best colleges.

Running a Hinduism ZIHAD and building students mind against MUSLIMS and trying to break the UNITY of the people.

Life at Surya is miserable and worst than a prisoner in a jail.

I[censored] wanna save ur career,do avoid this company and save ur future.

This is what the true culture of SURYA.
I mean u r absolutely right, the things they ask in Interviews and what the things are in actual is totally different..U know wat even my trainners used to sleep during Meditation and many many more things like Eve-teasing and all.They themselves wanted to go out of that mud but they had to pretend to be happy.The list is non-ending.

And actually we should do something at-least to save some of the future talent of INDIA.
I have already talked to my TPO regarding this.
Hopefully things will turn back.

awesome man ... i never saw so many people defending their company. Either they are brainwashed or they are stupid. and to the ppl who are talking about vyaktitva nirman and charitra nirman, Please man stop talking this ... no engineer goes in a company for vyaktitva ot charitra, they go there to earn money. Aur rahi desh seva ki baat so hum tax pay karte hi hain ... jitna kamate hain uska kuchh part tax mein bhi dete hain. And I think most of the people who are supporting the company so much are habitual of having free lunch and they dont have potential to grow any further that's why they are sticking in same company for decades.

Co With Rights To A Block Mines In Excess Of Needs, May Have Made Over 200cr

Korba: A vast grey moon-like crater lies where there was once lush green forest. In this corner of north Chhattisgarh’s Korba district, seven years ago, a company acquired rights to extract coal as raw material for the expansion of its sponge iron plant. The company emptied out coal from one sq km in Chotia block, but did not expand its plant. So where did the coal go?
As CBI probes allegations that the company, Prakash Industries Ltd, sold in black coal worth hundreds of crores of rupees, TOI has accessed documents that reveal not just a series of violations by the company, but also raise concern over the lack of government scrutiny in the allocation of coal blocks.
In fact, what Prakash Industries has done could well be the modus operandi for a number of other such units that have brazenly violated rules and mined coal which could be worth crores of rupees in the market.
All attempts to contact the company’s corporate office in New Delhi failed, even emailed queries did not get a response.
What makes Prakash Industries’ case significant is that the Chotia block is the only operational mine in Hasdeo Arand, a dense forest recently classified by the ministry of environment and forest as a ‘no go’ area, putting it out of bounds for mining, triggering an inter-ministerial war in New Delhi.
Long before the current clampdown, Prakash Industries was the first company to acquire a mining lease in the forest. In 2003, it was allocated Chotia block to extract coal exclusively for use in its proposed 8 lakh tonne sponge iron plant in the neighbouring district of Janjgir Champa. The company’s plant, which then had a capacity of 4 lakh tonnes, was to be doubled by 2004.
But, over the next five years, the capacity stayed stagnant. As per the records at the district industry office, the company added 2 lakh tonnes as late as December 2009, still short of the required 8 lakh tonnes. While it failed to expand capacity, the company rapidly accelerated coal extraction.
The approved mining plan mandated the company to extract 10 lakh tonnes of coal per annum, starting with 5.5 lakh in the first year, gradually scaling it up, to reach the 10-lakh mark in 20 years. But the company’s own despatch statements show it exceeded approved targets, mining nine lakh tonnes in the second year, violating the plan.
As the company over-extracted coal and under-produced sponge iron, a lucrative market opened up. On average, 1.2 tonnes of grade D coal is needed to produce one tonne of sponge iron. A four lakh tonne plant is likely to use 4.8 lakh tonnes of coal a year. Minus this from the nine lakh tonnes of coal the company mined every year, and it leaves at least 12-15 lakh tonnes of coal that went unused till 2009. The price of one tonne of coal is Rs 1, 500. A back-of-the-envelope calculation shows this unused coal was worth at least Rs 200 crore, a conservative estimate, based on the production figures declared by the company.

Where did the unused coal go? It’s evident the company sold it in black, ’’ said Mohammad Akbar, opposition MLA, who raised the case during the last assembly session, questioning why the state government was supporting the company’s bid for more coal blocks.
Since last year, the circle of investigations against the company has expanded, drawing in diverse agencies including the CBI, the state excise and even the ministry of steel. But this has not impeded the acquisition of more coal blocks by the company, one in MP, three in Chhattisgarh.
Recently, in a letter to Chhattisgarh CM Raman Singh, environment minister Jairam Ramesh called Hasdeo Arand ‘‘an unfragmented forest of great biodiversity, one of its only kind left in the country’’.
In May, Union environment ministry marked Hasdeo Arand as a ‘no go’ area, to protect it from being shaved off for coal mining. This upset not just Chhattisgarh government, but three Union ministries of coal, steel and power sought the PM’s intervention to reverse MoEF’s embargo. Their argument: companies need urgent access to coal to produce power and steel.
While industry’s need for coal can’t be disputed, the case of Chotia illustrates that giving a company access to mines is no guarantee of production, specially in absence of government scrutiny. This, perhaps, should introduce caution in the rush to allot coal blocks in prime forest

I am pretty new to this and I coincidently found this blog. I would not like to say many things but have got certain questions.

What is the necessity of forcing training on anyone. It should not be a compulsion for anyone to get trained.
In the era of mobile world and wifi what is the need to understand how the landline phone rather an inland letter or postcard is written???

If surya really want to build india then y everyone out in jhinjholi is frustrated. I have been to army training and all the other stuffs but never felt like being captive or in jail. However, I dont want to show my incompetence because one may think like this.

A very important question that if surya has got a revenue of 1600 carores then y the profit is just 4 carore. I dont believe this. and how come they can be so confident to make it as 5000 Cr company so early. where are they getting money from. As far as I know none of the manufacturing company is cash rich and banks give loan only on the basis of company worth and DSCR. How can a company can take such big loans from banks and where is the money coming from. by looking at companies worth a bank would give max Rs 500 Cr that too in consortium. This is not the personal view but the analysis of the balance sheet and P/L statement.

Please tell where are the funds coming from if it is not the black money.
Your views are favoring Surya bcoz u earn your bread and butter from them. I know what surya is and the environment there only that person will succeed who can do jee hujori and agree to their seniors even if they are wrong. So first assess yourself and then comment about others. training should be about company working and technical know how not on physical and mental exercises. An individual has liberty to live his/her life the way he/she wants. Everyone is independent not prisoners. Think as an individual not as an employee.
frnds..there are few things.Firstly, I have been through this training as well but most certainly..SURYA IS NOT A FRAUD. There are people who say they want to work for country but no body actually does but SURYA is doing it. Secondly, the physical and mental development it provides and the way it prepares you for the grilling in corporate world, no other company does. But still there are few negatives that seriously need to be addressed. Firstly, the health and hygiene and whatever you guys say, its pathetic. Being fit doesn't mean using a toilet used by 100 other guys. Secondly, VIPASNA...thing like it can't be forced on anyone...and what people go through during those 10 days only we know about it. Thirdly, the hate speeches by various sangha leaders...and again whatever you guys say, they are trying to spread hatred and i didn't see even a single muslim or fior that matter, a non hindu, coming to our campus during our training. Next, the people who are there 'evaluating' us, they are the biggest crap. They don't even have manners how to talk to someone, so how can they assess someone else's behavior. And finally, people who think that an IITians degree is of 4 years duration, an NITians degree of 3 and our, the ordinary b-techs, get their degrees in just 2 years, how can such people decide what work we are going to do in company. Its ridiculous. The postings are decided based on who can do yoga better and do 700 kapalbhatis daily and not what he is qualified for. An iitian is is management, an HR person is doing marketing, a marketing manager is handling the atulya bharat tours...thats complete crap.


So finally, this training is really good but these issues need to be addressed and probably the top management is being kept in dark and some middle persons are running the show as per their liking.

Surya is definitely NOT a FRAUD company..i have completed my training of 3.5 months in Surya Foundation and was then posted in one of the plants...so the allegation that there are no vacancies at plants is completely baseless...

the persons saying that the company is fraud are the ones who failed to complete the intense training and were thrown out..so their frustration is evident and natural.

i was new to this concept as well when i was recruited and now i can say that the 3.5 months spent with Surya Foundation were the most wonderful and unique months of my life..and the experience was awesome, the Basic Camp, Bharat Darshan, Naturopathy Camp, Vipassana and the Fauji Camp...and That too without spending even a single rupee..plus we were paid the full stipend as well..that too from company's account and not from the NGO's as being claimed by the persons above that the money belonged to the NGO. We were Surya Roshni's trainee and were paid by the same. And everyone who completed the training was posted as well..so the claim that there were no requirements is completely baseless as well...

Thats all i had to say as it was painful to see such a baseless forum against the most ethically postive group in the private sector.

m also from surya and doing well here. its not just a company, its a type of joint family. here atmosphere is very cool and we all njoy lot here. m also an Engineer working in Corporate Office delhi.
firstly i want to say some thing about our R/CMD Sir :
he is very nice guy and very emotional at heart means a Good Human Being and it is mandatory that every person should be of down to earth nature like he is. he is just like a Grand father and love all employees equally, if someone do something wrong than he never demoralise him even he call that one and say u can do better beta, keep it up. So in total he is a very nice person.
he gives us 3 months Training in Jhinjholi where we work very hard physically because in engineering we dont work on our physique and thats what the motto of this training is.
When i was doing training in Jhinjholi, i saw that there was total approx 900 employees (newly recruited) and salary distibution was above 20, 000 to 75, 000 and beside this we are not giving any output to our R/CMD, he is giving this training to us free of cost. In surya only, one can go at Top Level in Just couple of years and examples are present here, any one can come n see here or can ask from friends.
Personally i really appreciate this training and culture provided by R/CMD Sir. Its a better platform for every one to go at top position and can do something unexpected here means can go at top postion in a very short duration of time.
all employees here daily do prayer/meditation/yoga & their respective works And according to me this is the best thing for an Graduate or any kind of employee or a good human being.
here we are in touch with our tradition / culture / parents and all.

dil me bahut kuch hai . am in surya from 16 years . i think i was th 1st / 2nd batch in foundation . so stronger batch as opnion of rest emplyee . ya vi muskil hai bolna ki i was in foundation . coz after a little i was shift to plant . then after a long period i was again colled to jhinjoli for redusing my weight .
dear i was done there a tapashwya ... in 6 month i had done 64 days only water fast and rest period in juse and frout ...

My father D.S Ramola had been working in surya from 21 yrs and we have no complaints till now.My father is satisfy with this job. This company provides all the facilities like giving bags to children and other gifts. I also went to jhinjholi for two times and i like the atmosphere for that place all the facilities were given to us. There were many activities which keep us fit and i am very lucky that i had given a chance to visit jhinjholi . I think that it is the best company...
my father is working in surya from 21 yrs and our family is very satisfy with this company and the best part of this company is that it provides all the facilities. it organise games and camps for us which keeps us fit. i went to jhinjholi (a camp organised by surya) for two times and i enjoy their sooooo much the environment of that place is very good and i am thinking to join the in this summer again. and i think that this company is the best one...
