I HAD TRANSFER RS.13500 DTD.[protected] BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVE THE SAME. I COMPLAIN ON CUSTOMER CARE, DISTRIBUTER & AGENT BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVE. FROM CUSTOMER CARE I RECEIVE ONLY COMPLAIN REFERNCE NOS BUT NOT BALANCE. SO THE COMPANY SERVICE FOR THE RETAILAR IS VERY POOR & LIKE FROD OLSO. I DON'T KNOW THAT WHO IS THE REPONSIBLE PERSON FOR THIS & NOT HAVE ANY CONTACT NOS. Was this information helpful? | |||

This was the reason the amount was not updated in your Agengy balance. However as you have mentioned that the amount is not yet reflecting in your bank A/C, we will check with our bank once again for the reason of non updating the transfer to Suvidhaa A/c.
