m mr Deepen Bathia has taken suvidhaa service at my outlet in airoli with the name of maruti tours & travels in the month of dec but from the day of installation suvidhaa software is not operating properly at my place i am not able to book the tickets sevral times engg has come from company they tried all the thing but they also not able to rectify the problem & thet talked to senior & thet suggest to refund the money of deposit & balance money but till date i have not received any money & i have tried to contact area manager Mr Dipu Nair but he is not taking intrest in this matter & my money has unnecassrly stucked up Mr nair is also not able to commnunicate with me he is not pick up the phone only So pls Do the Needful Was this information helpful? I am distributor of suvidhaa and nominated about 21 dealers. I am repeatly asking official to pay me dealer incentive but with one reason or other they are avoiding. I am also thinking to approach consumer court for my hard work money. you are right that they are only intrest in out let not in retail business.

I cant access suvidhaa software from today morningg,
lots of time i try to run the program...
but there was errer displayed that : internet explorer errer.
Suvidhaa customer care executive said that you might have a internet problem,
but If I had internet problem, how could i open yahoo, google, and other sites..
suvidhaa is not working properly since last 20 days.
In begining it was good, but nowadays it become one type of problem...

suvidhaaa Mobil recharges services worst .in case recharge was don but not recharge the costumer Mobil .but amount was cut account.the recharge amount was also not refund.
