I, mohammed anzar have invested around 80.000 in suvidhaa in 2007.till know i think i have lost around 1 lakh.Services are very bad.no good assistant.No one to solve any problems.automaticly deduction of money from irctc.equipment what they have given lying unused.so any one there to solve our problems

when i call them thy recieve call and took all details and after that they says WE WILL CONTACT YOU SOON SIR" till now they didn't contact

but Suvidhaa has good suvidhaa for us but Staff is so rude and illitriate
I own a shop in a town of my own and want to tie up with suvidhaa for business purposes.This is my request to the concerned department to consult me on my mobile number.[protected]
Suvidhaa done sifferent type fraud with me too. they told me before give franchise that they will give me rupees 3 for every electricity bill. when i try to pay bill after get franchise there i saw 5 rupees service charge. they hide that service charge. one more thing they told me 2% to 4% margin on every mobile recharge. but i checked there is minimum 1.15% and maximum 3% margin. there . and there are alot of more things about suvidhaa. that’s why i hate suvidhaa and going to fill a court case against suvidhaa.

    I'm a small retailer o[censored]ttam nagar area. I've taken suvidhaa software two months back before that i was using itz cash card. Rail ticketing in suvidhaa is free and services are very good. i'd like to appreciate uttam nagar distributor services who helped me whenever i contact him. LIC, BSES and other utility services has increased my earnings.

    With Kind Attn:

    Sir I took the services of Suvidhaa from Suvidhaa, Kolkata office Mr. Sukumar Pramanik (Sales Executive) . When I went to take the agency from them they registered in the outlet name SUVIDHAA TRAVELS instead of MAYANET TELECOMMUNICATIONS and even they assured me casually that it’s a simple thing, will be changed within 2months .As I have paid cheques, security deposit of my account so that the agency i am registering must be in the name of MAYANET TELECOMMUNICATIONS & I can be a Suvidhaa retailer but Mr.Sukumar Pramanik(Sales Executive ) and Mr.Tathagatha Saha (then present Area Sales Manager) casually informed that it will be changed without any harassment. They Said it’s just a Casual matter .

    These people from Kolkata office not only were not listening to my plea; also they stopped communicating with me, even used to reject my phone calls and now requesting me not to put mails to Mumbai office, they'll do the needful here only.

    Also would like to request your good self to put a strong hold on these Regional Sales/Marketing teams, as at the time of selling their products they commit on several things, which they often failure to fulfill after activation. Because I don't want others to suffer in the same manner like me.

    Hence it seems as a pure fraud case .

    Anyways this time strongly solicit a small & concise reply of yours, thus oblige.

      i m lokesh taunk from Raipur Chhattisgarh, i have given Rs. 1Lack (One Lakh Rupees) through cheque to Suvidhaa Infoserve Pvt. Ltd for distributorship of raipur, first they said that you have to make investment of Rs. 2 Lack (Two Lack Rupees) so i sed ok i will take distributor then i gave a Cheque of rupees One Lack and after 15 to 20 days they said that you have to give one lack more. you have to make investment of rupees 3 Lack( Three Lack Rupees). before thay said investment will be of 2 Lack and now they are saying 3 Lack. So i said that i will not work i want my money back they r saying you have to make 10 Agents then your money will be given back so sir please help me. they r not giving me refund. i have attached the documents whivh i have. so please help me.

Ltd for distributorship of NORTH 24 PARGANAS WEST BENGAL on 20/08/2009, in the regional office in kolkata, after taking the distributorship they unable to give any technical support or in there office no body is responding to solve any problem that's why on 7th april 2010 i have mailed to suvidhaa i m not interested to work with your company please refund my money back till now i have not get my money back no body is recieving phone in the office the numbers has been changed the old numbers was[protected], 30249774, 30249775 single number of these numbers is not working the new number is [protected] in this number also no body responding ring is going on. the head of this office Mrs Tomogno ghosh whose number is [protected] not recieving the call even by mistake call recieve they he will said that i m in meeting i will talk to u later and the later never comes

        We being an authorised Suvidha Point retailer, did paid Rs.15, 000/= Cheque Plus Rs.5000/- vide cash and unofficially, illigally Chetan Dhilla being a distributer of Mulund area did collected from us Rs.5000/- in cash saying that the balance generation over suvidhaa terminal is required which was illigal where as company already paid the balance of Rs.5000/- in terminal.

        Under any circumstances, we would like to have our cash back Rs.5000/-(Rupees five thousand only) with immediate effect.

            refund of money

            m mr Deepen Bathia has taken suvidhaa service at my outlet in airoli with the name of maruti tours & travels in the month of dec but from the day of installation suvidhaa software is not operating properly at my place i am not able to book the tickets sevral times engg has come from company they tried all the thing but they also not able to rectify the problem & thet talked to senior & thet suggest to refund the money of deposit...

            I Have taken a ticket PNR No [protected] of the train 4511 Nauchandi Exp.on 12/02/2009
            But Due to any Reason train was cancelled on the day of journey.
            I cancelled my ticket through Suvidhaa Centre Honey Business Point Meerut [protected] on phone same day of journey 22/02/2009.
            But payment of the ticket was not rembursed

              get a life!!!..... booking tickets through suvidhaa is an out n out pleasent experience....no more..long queues, no hassles no hidden charges !! who needs agent.......just wish click & go.....also nw we can book tickets for movies as well...way to go SUVIDHAA.......

              Three month back i have taken up the suvidhaa retailership and happy with services and its speed, it is one of smart way to face big retail competition and earn extra customer /income, if they can launch more services and advertising, i will be very happy -Jaimin Shah - KK provision Store - Mulund
              1.communication with my server PRS information not providing
              2.customer care and the relation with suvidhaa services are not attending the phone
              3.My software is corrupted i thing so i ve informed to them they were not care to change
              4.within this two months i ve booked only three tickets

                suvidhaa service is not good for any customer it is totally fail on rail booking its customer care service is also busted service of india dont trust on suvidhaa itz and done card is 1000 times better then suvidhaa

                as far as my experience goes , Suvidhaa is one of the best performer in rail.
                i don't think so, i am using suvidhaa more then two months,
                i never come a cross any issues
                suvidhaa makes the way for easy all consumers
                I AM VERY THANKFUL TO RAIL & AIR SERVICES, I BEING A TRAVEL AGENT, IT HAS MADE ME FOOL PROOF, ACCURATE & TIME SAVING OPTIONS. IT WILL BE NO1 SERVICE PROVIDER IN INDIA IN FUTURE.

The Suvidhaa services is totally hit in my area and it is running smoothly, more and more people are availing this services ( Railway is totally hit in my area ) waiting bus services to start, all the best Suvidhaa and its team ...                 I am using Suvidhaa counter, it is one of the best prformer.i had easy bill, but they have not kept their promise, e=wheras Suvidhaa's performance is good.I have recovered my money in 3 motnhs.

                Suvidhaa is failed in NCR. Even retailers have stopped working due to no tie-ups with billers as promissed.

                Distributors suggesting take EASY BILL happily to all their retailers as EASY BILL has become the BAAP IN THE INDUSTRY.

                I don't agree that suivdhaa is worst but due to the irctc fluctuation rail ticket is not coming and call centre also not pickup the phone but their mail service is best what ever the problems u r facing you just mail them they will reply you within 15 minutes. Services is also good but they have to attach more services.

                Suvidhaa servises is totaly fail. when the coustemer comes then that time the sevice is always fail. The railway ticket is booked many times but only request is given after some time it booked & some time it is not booked. there is confusion that whether the amount is debited or not. after about 1/2 hour we can know the reality. some times system also hang. coustmer care no. is also engaged & when the ring goes no body pick it. bsnl recharges are not started yet. I have complain many times, but they do not give the acect date of this.

                this is suvidhaa is not compliteded in suvidhaa services that is promised for all retailer in electricity bill complite started but today will last 16 month but electrictity bill not started,
                not complite comission, not complite booked ticket in fst time started in suvidhaa, so i like comision but today will not complite somision, for example to befor railway tickwet booked &comission 10 ruppes but today will just 4 rupes, so today will not complite suvidhaa,

                I have Done / ITZ cash & Easy bill all these terminals, but i have found ' Suvidhaa ' as better in terms of speed, easy to operate and coming up with new new services, looking forward to high margine services in future, N rao, NR Travels, Hyderabad

                There is a cliche in Hindi "Nach na jane Angan teda". People always forget that if you are pointing finger to somebody 3 fingers always point towards you. Suvidhaa had helped me grow my business and I am churning money out of it because of its multiple services. Its Flower gifting, Astrology and Mitashi products is a hit. With Rail direct I now have the complete package in Railways with no hassles of cash card.
                Ya its true suvidha is worst once they will give franchise but there is look back towards what is going on also customer care is worst of worst and always server is under maintances and no more facilities.

                i m triying to book tatkal in rail direct amount from my suvidhaa acount dedicated but after that when i go to booked history they saws trenjection failed what is the reason for that i mail to irctc suvidhaa but irctc reply that u r payment gate way is not in time and when i ask the reason from suvidhaa they no replay suvidhaa is not giving good suvidha i think except suvidhaa all software are good.i just say people not to buy suvidhaa software its not good.

                This is Prem Kumar from Chennai.
                I signup with Suvidhaa in Jan 2008. While taking the outlet order, they promised too much
                false commitment, which still not filled in their services. Due to this, we sent too many letters
                and phone calls to their Chennai and Mumbai officials. But there is no use.

                Before 6 months, we logged a complaint in our Local Police Station, they are also not taken
                necessary steps. So finally we decided to log complaint in Consumer Court. Today (Aug 25, 2010)
                we are going to log complaint in North Chennai Consumer Court regard this.

                If you are wish to log complaint, kindly contact me, i will explain you about the procedure.
                NDTV-Hindu is supporting to log this complaint, so I hope it will give an end to
                Suvidhaa malpratice in providing Outlets.
