Suzuki Gs 150r — unavailability of spares
Suzuki like most manufacturers in India are running on the mass production bandwagon. They are solely concentrating on producing motorcycles in large numbers. What they don't do is strengthen their after sales. I own a GS 150 R purchased from Ashwek Suzuki Motors Panjim - Goa on 11th January 2010. Once my bike completed 37000 Kms, normal wear and tear set in. The swing arm bushes, Front cone set and front shock absorber oil seals have worn out. I have been visiting the suzuki service center in panjim since two months for the above mentioned spares. They have not got any in stock and neither do they know when these parts will arrive. When enquired as to who is responsible for the further damage that would re[censored] due to using the bike with worn out spares, and the service manager just shows a cheap smile. I have posted complaints in the feedback as well as enquiry form on the suzuki india website but there is no response. Was this information helpful?
